• महिला व बाल कल्याण योजना, मागासवर्गीय कल्याणकारी योजना, युवक कल्याणकारी योजना या योजनांतर्गत युवक, युवती, महिला, पुरुषांकडून खालील योजनांसाठी ऑनलाईन पद्धतीने अर्ज मागविणेत येत आहे.

Backward Classes Scheme under the PMC

1. Vocational Training – With an aim to empower the youth from backward classes, social development department of Pune Municipal Corporation conducts various types of vocational training courses at N.V. Gadgil vocational training institute, V. S. Khandekar School & Vocational training Center at PMT Commercial Building. The youth gets a grant of Rs. 10,000 to get self-employed on the completion of training course. They also get the benefit of free bus pass facility for daily commuting. The age limit for these schemes is 18 to 45 years
2. Free Bicycle Scheme –if the distance between the college and house of student is 2 km or more, the students can obtain a bicycle from Social Development department. The criterion to avail this scheme is, student should get minimum 50% marks in the last year examination.
3. Earn and learn scheme – Earn & learn scheme provides financial assistance for the higher education of student. For this, they are expected to work for social activities for at least 2 hours per day. Such students receive a subsidy of Rs. 500/- from the Pune Municipal Corporation.
4. Subsidy to PMC employees to purchase educational material for their children – The employees of Pune Municipal Corporation, who receive dirt allowance, get financial aid of Rs. 5000/- for purchasing educational material for their children.
5. Study room Facility – Pune Municipal Corporation provides Study room facility to the students of 5th to 10th standard. PMC provides a monthly grant of Rs 2000 for the staff. Educational stationary is also provided as per demand in study room.
6. Tuition Fees for 10th standard – Students of VALMIKI CASTE, who have secured 50 % marks in 9th standard, are eligible for the grant of Rs. 5000 for the private tuition fee of 10th standard.
7. Library –Four libraries functioning all over city give access to thousands of books. The user has to deposit Rs.100.
8. Subsidy for the private tuition fee of 12th Standard – Rs. 10000/- is granted as a private tuition fee for the student of 12th standard who have got 60% mark in 11th standard.
9. Financial Assistance for CET Examination – Student those who apply for CET Examination, will get a grant of Rs. 10000/- for CET preparation. (Student can opt for scheme number 8 or 9)
10. Financial Assistance for Higher Education – Student who wish to pursue higher education any vocational stream & have got minimum 60% marks in the last educational year are applicable for the scheme. If they pass every year, they are applicable to receive a financial assistance of Rs. 10000.
11. Lokshahir Annabhau Sathe educational Scheme – The students would get a financial assistance for further education of Rs. 25,000 to the students who passed Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or any equivalent examination.
12. Bharatratna Maulana Abul Kalam Azad educational scheme – Any student from Pune who passed Secondary School Certificate (SSC) or any equivalent examination this year will get the one-time financial assistance for further education of Rs. 15,000 under this scheme.
13. Financial assistance for rehabilitation – Individuals, who are in age group 18 to 45 and are addicted to drugs, will get a financial assistance of Rs. 7000 for the rehabilitation treatment in Government Hospital or Government approved De-Addiction centre.
14. Pune Municipal Corporation bores the 50 % food expenses of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedakar Hostel under Backward Class Welfare Scheme.
15. Training Centre for Competitive Examinations – Objective of the scheme is to provide coaching to the graduates for the preparation of MPSC / UPSC examinations. Social Development Department runs the centre with the collaboration of Savitribai Phule Pune University.
16. Child Development Centre – Pune Municipal Corporation runs Child Development Center for the development of children living in the slums.
17. Subsidy for personal water duct connection – Backward class beneficiaries get a subsidy up to Rs. 5000 for water duct connection.
18. Subsidy for personal electricity connection – Backward class beneficiaries get a subsidy up to Rs. 5000 for electricity connection.
19. Financial aid for repairing shed – Beneficiaries can avail the fund of Rs. 10,000 for shed repairing.
20. Financial aid for an Accessible toilet – Beneficiaries are given a fund of Rs. 15,000 to build accessible toilet.

मागासवर्गीय कल्याण योजने बद्दल संपूर्ण माहिती

पुणे महानगरपालिकेच्या मागासवर्गीय कल्याणकारी योजना खालीलप्रमाणे-

1. मागासवर्गीय लोकांना विविध व्यावसायिक प्रशिक्षण – १८ ते ४५ वयोगटातील तरुण-तरुणींना मोफत प्रशिक्षण दिले जाते व प्रशिक्षण काळात मासिक बस पास दिला जातो.
2. महाविद्यालयीन विद्यार्थ्यांन सायकली – इयत्ता अकरावी तसेच त्यापुढील वर्गात मान्यताप्राप्त कनिष्ठ व वरिष्ठ महाविद्यालयामध्ये प्रवेश घेतलेल्या विद्यार्थ्यांना अगोदरचे परिक्षेमध्ये ५० टक्के गुण मिळाले असल्यास तसेच घरापासून महाविद्यालयाचे अंतर २ किलोमीटरपेक्षा जास्त असल्यास सायकल दिली जाते.
3. महाविद्यालयीन विद्यार्थ्यांसाठी कमवा व शिका योजना – या योजनेअंतर्गत विद्यार्थ्यांना दरमहा ५०० रुपये अर्थसहाय्य दिले जाते. याकरिता विद्यार्थ्यांनी दररोज २ तास सामाजिक उपक्रमात काम करणे अपेक्षित आहे.
4. घाणभत्ता घेणाऱ्या मनपा सेवकांच्या मुलांना शैक्षणिक साहित्यासाठी अर्थसहाय्य देणे
   मनपा कर्मचारी ज्यांना घाणभत्ता मिळतो अशा सेवकांच्या माध्यमिक शिक्षण घेत असणाऱ्या जास्तीत जास्त दोन मुलांसाठी शैक्षणिक साहित्यासाठी प्रत्येकी ५००० रुपये अर्थसहाय्य दिले जाते.
5. पुणे महानगरपालिकेच्या शाळेतील विद्यार्थ्यांना शैक्षणिक साहित्य मागणीप्रमाणे उपलब्ध करुन दिले जाते.
6. अभ्यासिका – इयत्ता ५ वी ते १० वीतील विद्यार्थ्यांसाठी तज्ज्ञ व्यक्तींच्या मार्गदर्शनाखाली शालेय वेळेनंतर अभ्यासिकेची सोय केली जाते. शिक्षकांना दरमहा २,००० रुपये मानधन दिले जाते. अभ्यासिकेत आवश्यक ते शैक्षणिक साहित्य उपलब्ध करुन दिले जाते.
7. गुणवत्ता वाढ – इयत्त नववीत ५० टक्के गुण मिळवणाऱ्या व वाल्मिकी समाजातील ४५ टक्के गुण मिळवणाऱ्या विद्यार्थ्यांना इयत्ता १० वीसाठी खासगी क्लाससाठी ५००० रुपये अर्थसहाय्य दिले जाते.
8. ग्रंथालय -शहरातील ३ ठिकाणी ग्रंथालय सुरु करण्यात आले आहे. येथे विद्यार्थ्यांना १०० रुपये डिपॉझिटट घेऊन दर्जेदार पुस्तके उपलब्ध करुन दिली जातात. ग्रंथालयाला मासिक शुल्क नाही.

9. १८ ते ४५ वयोगटातील बेरोजगारांना विविध व्यवसायाची संधी आणि प्रशिक्षणाची संधी याबाबत उद्योजकता शिबिराबाबत मार्गदर्शन केले जाते.
10. मागासवर्गीय १८ ते ४५ वयोगटातील महिला व पुरुषांना स्वयंरोजगारासाठी १०,००० रुपयांपर्यंत अनुदान दिले जाते.
11. लोकशाहीर अण्णाभाऊ साठे शैक्षणिक अर्थसहाय्य योजना (इ. १० वी) – इयत्ता दहावीत ७० टक्के गुण मिळवणाऱ्या विद्यार्थ्यांना पुढील शिक्षणासाठी अर्थसहाय्य जास्तीत जास्त १५००० रुपये अनुदान दिले जाते.
12. डॉ. मौलाना अबुल कलाम आझाद शैक्षणिक अर्थसहाय्य योजना (इ. १२ वी) – इयत्ता बारावीत किमान ७० टक्के गुण मिळवणाऱ्या विद्यार्थ्यांना पुढील शिक्षणासाठी अर्थसहाय्य २५००० रुपयांपर्यंत अनुदान दिले जाते.
13. १२ वी खासगी क्लाससाठी अर्थसहाय्य – इयत्ता अकरावीत ६० टक्के गुण मिळाल्यास विद्यार्थ्यांना बारावीच्या खासगी क्लाससाठी १०,००० रुपये अर्थसहाय्य दिले जाते.
14. इयत्ता १२ वीसाठी सीईटीसाठी अर्थसहाय्य  – जे विद्यार्थी सीईटी परीक्षेला बसतात अशा विद्यार्थ्यांना सीईटीच्या तयारीसाठी १०,००० रुपयांपर्यंत अर्थसहाय्य दिले जाते. (टिपः अ.क्र. १३ किंवा अ.क्र. १४ पैकी एका योजनेचा लाभ घेता येईल)
15. उच्च शिक्षणासाठी अर्थसहाय्य – जे विद्यार्थी व्यावसायिक शिक्षण घेत असतील व मागील परीक्षेत ६० टक्के गुण मिळाल्यास अशा विद्यार्थ्यांना अर्थसहाय्य दिले जाते. उदा. कॉम्प्युटर सायन्स, मेडिकल, इंजिनिअरिंग इत्यादी. त्यांच्या प्रशिक्षण काळात सतत उत्तीर्ण झाल्यास दरवर्षी १०,००० रुपये अर्थसहाय्य दिले जाते.
16. व्यसनमुक्तीसाठी अर्थसहाय्य – १८ ते ४५ वयोगटातील युवक अंमली पदार्थाच्य आहारी गेल्यास त्यांना त्यापासून मुक्त करण्यासाठी शासनमान्य अथवा मान्यताप्राप्त व्यसनमुक्ती केंद्रात उपचारासाठी ७००० रुपयांपर्यंत अनुदान दिले जाते.
17. डॉ. बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर वसतीगृहाती विद्यार्थ्यांना जेवणासाठी होणारा खर्च पुणे महानगरपालिकेच्या नागरवस्ती विकास योजनेअंतर्गत ५० टक्के खर्च मागासवर्गीय कल्याण निधीतून अनुदान म्हणून देण्यात येतो.
18. स्पर्धा परीक्षा मार्गदर्शन केंद्रे – सन २०१०-११ पासून सदरची योजना कार्यान्वीत झाली असून पदवीधर मागासवर्गीय मुलांना एमपीएससी/युपीएससी परीक्षांसाठी मार्गदर्शन मिळणे व सदर मुलांना स्पर्धेमध्ये यशस्वी होण्यासाठी मार्गदर्शन करणे हा योजनेचा उद्देश आहे. पुणे विद्यापीठामार्फत हे केंद्र चालविले जाते.
19. वैयक्तिक नळ कनेक्शनसाठी अर्थसहाय्य – नळ कनेक्शनसाठी ५००० रुपयांपर्यंत अनुदान दिले जाते. (ही योजना क्षेत्रिय कार्यालयामार्फत राबविली जाते.)
20. झोपडी दुरुस्तीसाठी अर्थसहाय्य – झोपडी दुरुस्तीसाठी १०,००० रुपयांपर्यंत अनुदान दिले जाते. (ही योजना क्षेत्रिय कार्यालयामार्फत राबविली जाते.)
21. वीज कनेक्शनसाठी अर्थसहाय्य – मागासवर्गीय नागरिकांना त्यांच्या वीज कनेक्शनसाठी ५००० रुपयांपर्यंतचे अर्थसहाय्य दिले जाते. (ही योजना क्षेत्रिय कार्यालयामार्फत राबविली जाते.)
22. सुलभ शौचालय बांधण्यासाठी अर्थसहाय्य – मागासवर्गीय नागरिकांना सुलभ शौचालय बांधण्यासाठी १५००० रुपयांपर्यंत अर्थसहाय्य दिले जाते. (ही योजना क्षेत्रिय कार्यालयामार्फत राबविली जाते.)
