राशन कार्ड आवेदन फॉर्म के साथ कौन कौन से दस्तावेज लगते है ?

नई राशन कार्ड बनवाने के लिए आवेदन फॉर्म के साथ साथ आवश्यक दस्तावेज भी जमा करने होते है। उन सभी दस्तावेज की लिस्ट नीचे चेक कर सकते है –

1. सभी परिवार के सदस्यों का आधार कार्ड
2. आय प्रमाण पत्र
3. पुराना राशन कार्ड
4. वोटर आई कार्ड
5. पानी या बिजली का बिल
6. बैंक पासबुक
7. परिवार के सभी सदस्यों की फोटो
8. अन्य दस्तावेज

Documents required for a Ration card

1. Surrender certificate/ Deletion certificate/ No card certificate if there is no previous family card
2. Proof of identity and residence
3. A self-addressed and stamped postal cover or postcard.
4. Three passports sized photographs
5. Details about earlier applications and rejections (if applicable)
6. Details of any LPG connection
7. Mobile number/email id

Address Proof to apply for BPL Ration Card:

1. First Visit the Government of Maharashtra- Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection Department. which link is given below.
2. On the left-hand side of the page click on ‘Download’.
3. Click on ‘Form 1 – application for a new ration card’ link.
4. Get a printout of the form and duly fill it. Make sure all the details mentioned by you are correct.
5. Attach all the necessary documents and submit it to the Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection Department.
6. You will also have to affix Rs.2 stamp during the submission of your form.
