MTDC Fellowship Program 2023

MTDC Fellowship Program 2023 Registration:  A fellowship program will be implemented by the Maharashtra Tourism Development Corporation for the youth who are interested in new approaches and technology in various fields for the tourism development of the state. The opportunity of fellowship will be available to the youth under this initiative and the youth who are interested in this fellowship have been requested to send their applications by May 15, the corporation has requested.

This fellowship activity has been planned under the leadership of Tourism Minister Mangalprabhat Lodha and this activity will be implemented under the guidance of Principal Secretary of Tourism Department Saurabh Vijay, Managing Director of MTDC Shraddha Joshi Sharma.

राज्याच्या पर्यटन विकासासाठी विविध क्षेत्रातील नवीन दृष्टीकोन आणि तंत्रज्ञानाची आवड असलेल्या तरुणांसाठी महाराष्ट्रपर्यटन विकास महामंडळामार्फत फेलोशिप उपक्रम राबविण्यात येणार आहे. या उपक्रमांतर्गत तरुणांना फेलोशिपची संधी उपलब्ध होणार असून या फेलोशिपसाठी इच्छुक तरुणांनी १५ मे पर्यंत अर्ज पाठविण्याचे आवाहन, महामंडळाद्वारे करण्यात आले आहे.

या पाठ्यवृत्तीसाठी प्रवेश परीक्षा होणार असून, त्यातून निवड झालेल्या विद्यार्थ्यांना दरमहा ४० हजार रुपयांचे विद्यावेतन आणि प्रमाणपत्र दिले जाणार आहे. राज्याच्या पर्यटन विकासासाठी नवीन दृष्टिकोन आणि तंत्रज्ञानाची आवड असलेल्या विद्यार्थ्यांना काम करण्याची संधी मिळावी, या हेतूने हा उपक्रम राबविण्यात येणार आहे. या पाठ्यवृत्तीसाठी २१ ते २६ वर्षे पूर्ण झालेल्या युवक-युवतींना अर्ज करता येणार आहे. कोणत्याही शाखेतील प्रथम श्रेणीप्राप्त पदवीधारकांना अर्ज करता येणार आहे. तसेच पदवीधर किंवा पदव्युत्तर पदवी असलेल्या उमेदवारांना प्राधान्य दिले जाणार आहे.

पर्यटनमंत्री मंगलप्रभात लोढा यांच्या नेतृत्वाखाली या फेलोशिप उपक्रमाची आखणी करण्यात आली असून पर्यटन विभागाचे प्रधान सचिव सौरभ विजय, एमटीडीसीच्या व्यवस्थापकीय संचालक श्रद्धा जोशी शर्मा यांच्या मार्गदर्शनाखाली हा उपक्रम राबविला जाणार आहे.

MTDC Fellowship Program Details

एमटीडीसीच्या फेलोशिप उपक्रम २०२३ मध्ये पर्यटन क्षेत्रातील अभ्यास आणि सेवा, संशोधन, पर्यटन आधारित संस्था आणि पुढाकार विकसित करणे, प्रशिक्षण आणि फेलोची वाढ करणे समाविष्ट आहे. या उपक्रमाच्या माध्यमातून व्यवसाय विकास, विपणन, रेस्टॉरंट ऑपरेशन्स, जलपर्यटन, विधी, विशिष्ट आणि अनुभवात्मक पर्यटन, टूर पॅकेजेस, प्रशिक्षण, पर्यटन पायाभूत सुविधा, कॉर्पोरेट अकाउंटिंग, पर्यटन नावीन्यपूर्णप्रकल्प, बैठका, परिषद, प्रोत्साहन आणि प्रदर्शन (MICE) यासारख्या एमटीडीसीच्या विविध विभागांमधील तज्ज्ञांच्या आवश्यकतेमधील अंतर कमी करण्यास सहाय्य होणार आहे.

समाज माध्यम, निर्मिती-ब्रॅंडींग-डिझाइन, डिजिटल मार्केटिंग-प्रसिद्धी- आंतरराष्ट्रीय संबंध, सामान्य व्यवस्थापन, जबाबदार पर्यटन, महसुली यंत्रणेत सुधारणा आणि उत्पन्न व्यवस्थापन, माहिती तंत्रज्ञान या क्षेत्रातील तरुणांकडून, त्यांची तंत्रज्ञानाची आवड आणि नवीन दृष्टीकोन मिळवणे इत्यादी बाबी या उपक्रमात समाविष्ठ करण्यात आल्या आहे.

Age Required For MTDC Fellowship Program 2023

या फेलोशिप उपक्रमासाठी वयोमर्यादा आणि शैक्षणिक पात्रता निश्चित करण्यात आली असून  २१ ते २६ वर्ष वय असलेल्या आणि कोणत्याही शाखेतील प्रथम श्रेणी प्राप्त पदवीधारक तरुणांना फेलोशिपसाठी अर्ज करता येणार आहे.

Qualification Required For MTDC Fellowship 2023

या फेलोशिप उपक्रमातील विषयात पदव्युत्तर पदवीधारक उमेदवारांना प्राधान्य देण्यात येणार आहे. फेलोशिपसाठी उमेदवारांना किमान एक वर्षाचा अनुभव असणे आवश्यक आहे.

Eligibility:
1. Age 21 to 26 years as on 31st March 2023.
2. Candidates should be graduates with first class from any discipline. However, candidates with graduate qualification and post graduates qualification in relevant field as specified in areas of fellowship will be preferred.
3. Candidates should have work experience of minimum 1 year. Full time internship or Articleship or Apprenticeship of professional courses will be counted as experiences.
4. Candidate should have basic proficiency in Marathi language, ability to work on computer and internet. The sufficient knowledge of English and Hindi is also necessary.

MTDC Scholarship 2023

निवड झालेल्या फेलो उमेदवारांना दरमहा ३५ हजार रुपये छात्रवृत्ती आणि ५ हजार रुपये  प्रवास भत्ता व इतर खर्च असे एकूण ४० हजार रुपये दरमहा देण्यात येणार आहेत.

1. संपूर्ण नाव, जन्मतारीख, पत्ता, मोबाईल क्रमांक, ईमेल, शैक्षणिक पात्रतेचे प्रमाणपत्राच्या सॉफ्ट कॉपी, पासपोर्ट फोटो सॉफ्ट कॉपी ईमेलद्वारे पात्र उमेदवारांकडून अर्ज मागविण्यात येत आहेत.

MTDC Fellowship Written Exam Pattern 2o23

• Nature of written test
• Multiple choice objectives questions.
• Medium: Medium of the test will be English. Wherever feasible Marathi translation of the questions and optional answers will be provided.
• Total marks: each question will carry 1 mark.
• Duration: 30 minutes

•  50 Candidates having highest marks will be called for interview.

MTDC Fellowship Selection Process 2023

Final Selection:
 Following marking system will be used for the final selection of candidates.
 Marks of written test, out of 50 will be converted into marks out of 50 marks+ interview
40 marks + post graduation or professional degree 5 marks.+5 marks for Experiences
 List of selected candidates and a waiting list of candidates will be published.
