उमेदवारांनी शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा दिली. यात पहिली ते पाचवीच्या शिक्षक पदासाठी ३४ केंद्रांवर पेपर एकची सकाळच्या सत्रात परीक्षा घेण्यात आली. तर सहावी ते आठवी च्या शिक्षकपदासाठी  दुपारच्या सत्रात २७ परीक्षा केंद्रांवर पेपर दोनची परीक्षा घेण्यात आली. यातील किरकोळ अपवाद वगळता सर्व परीक्षा केंद्रावर परीक्षा सुरळीत पार पडल्याची माहिती शिक्षण विभागाने दिली.
सर्व साहित्याची गोपनीयता राखण्यासाठी तसेच परीक्षेदरम्यान गैरप्रकार घडणार नाही यासाठी दक्षता घेण्याच्या सूचना केल्या होत्या. त्यानुसार प्रत्येक परीक्षा केंद्रावर सहाय्यक परीरक्षकांनी बैठे पथकाची भूमिका बजावत करडी नजर ठेवली. तसेच प्रश्नपत्रिकांच्या गोपनीयतेसाठी परीक्षा परिषदेच्या सूचनांनुसार प्रक्रियेचे चित्रीकरणही करण्यात आले. दरम्यान, शहरातील सीडीओ मेरी येथे तीन परीक्षार्थींना तर  नवरचना विद्यालयातील केंद्रावर एका परीक्षार्थीला उशीर झाल्यामुळे परीक्षेला मुकावे लागले. परंतु परीक्षा परिषद व शिक्षण विभागाने सर्व परीक्षार्थींनी नियोजित वेळेच्या २० मिनिटे पूर्वीच परीक्षा कें द्रावर उपस्थित राहण्याच्या सूचना केल्या होत्या.त्यामुळे उशीर झाल्याच्या कारणावरून कोणतीही तक्रार प्राप्त झालेली नसल्याचे शिक्षण विभागाने स्षष्ट केले आहे.

शिक्षक पदासाठी चुरस 
डीएड अथवा बीएड उत्तीर्ण करूनही अनेक उमेदवारांना केवळ टीईटी उत्तीर्ण नसल्यामुळे ३१ डिसेंबरपासून नोकरी गमवावी लागली आहे. तसेच यापुढील शिक्षक भरतीसाठीही टीईटी उत्तीर्ण होणे अनिवार्य असल्याने टीईटीला प्रविष्ठ परीक्षार्थींमध्ये शिक्षक पदासाठी चुरस दिसून आली.

MAHA TET Answer Key 2020: Maharashtra State Council of Examination invited the aspirants for Teachers Eligibility Test through an examination MAHA TET 2020 and the applications were submitted from October.
