रमाई आवास घरकुल योजनेचे वैशिष्टे:-

1. कच्चे घर असणा-या कुटुबांना नवीन पक्के् घर बांधकामासाठी आर्थिक साहाय्य
2. SECC मध्येा किंवा प्रपत्र ड मध्येघ नाव असणे आवश्यक
3. लाभार्थीची प्राधान्यय क्रमाने निवड
4. घर बांधकामासाठी 1,20,000/- रू इतकी तरतुद
5. मनरेगा माध्ययमातुन लाभार्थ्यास 90 दिवसांचा रोजगार उपलब्धथ
6. स्वच्छ भारत मिशन अंतर्गत शौचालय बांधण्यास स्वतंत्र आर्थिक तरतुद

1. Passport Size Photo – A fresh colored and clean passport size photograph of the applicant is required.
2. Aadhar Card – It is necessary to have Aadhar Card for the information related to the name of the beneficiary.
3. Identity Card – For the information related to the identity of the beneficiary, it is necessary to have the identity card of the beneficiary.
4. Residence Certificate – Because the benefits under this scheme will be given only to the native residents of Maharashtra. Therefore, it is necessary to have a residence certificate.

लाभार्थीची निवड :-

1. रमाई या योजनेसाठी लाभार्थीची निवड ही “सामाजिक, आर्थिक, जात सर्वेक्षण 2011” नुसार अत्यंरत पारदर्शकपणे केली जाते.
2. ही योजना फकत अनुसुचित जाती (SC) साठी आहे. ज्यास लाभाथीचे नाव “सामाजिक, आर्थिक, जात सर्वेक्षण 2011” यामध्येभ नाही परंतु ज्यान लाभार्थ्यांठना घराची आवश्यवकता आहे. अशा लाभार्थ्यीवचे नावे प्रपत्र ड मध्येर असतील तर त्याम लाभार्थीची निवड केली जाईल.
3. लाभार्थीची निवड करतांना ग्रामसभा, पंचायत समिती, जि.ग्रा.वि.यं. या ठिकाणी योग्यि ती कार्यवाही करुन मंजूरी देण्यावत येते.

प्रत्यक्ष कार्यपध्दती :-

1. लाभार्थीची निवड झाल्याणनंतर लाभार्थीच्याव राहत्या घराचा [कच्चे घर] Geo Tag, Job Card Mapping, निधी वितरित करण्यावसाठी लाभार्थीचे खाते PFMS प्रणालीकडे संलग्नि करुन , पंचायत समिती लाभार्थीची नावे जिल्हा  स्तररावर मान्यातेसाठी प्रस्ताववित करते.
2. जिल्हा स्तररावरुन मान्यिता प्राप्ते लाभार्थी यांना तालुकास्त रावरुन थेट लाभ हस्तां तरण [DBT] नुसार लाभार्थीस 1ला हप्तां दिला जातो.
3. लाभार्थीने स्वात: च लक्ष देऊन बांधकाम करुन घेतले पाहिजे, जेणेकरुन त्यातला स्वथत:च्यां अपेक्षेनुसार घर बांधता येईल, यासाठी 
 कुठल्याही कंत्राटदाराचा सहभाग या योजनेत नाही. यासाठी काटेकोर प्रयत्नस केले गेले आहेत.
4. घर बांधणीच्याच प्रत्येक टप्यावर Geo Tag व इतर तंत्रज्ञानाच्याा माध्य-मातून 
 प्रत्यक्ष बांधकामावर जिल्हात व तालुका स्तबरावरुन आर्थिक व भौतिक प्रगतीचा आढावा घेतला जातो व त्यातनुसार त्यातला 2रा, 3रा, व अंतिम हफ्ताही भौतिक प्रगतीशी संसंगत पध्दतीने अदा केला जातो.
5. लाभार्थीस मनरेगाच्या माध्यामातून 90 दिवसांचा रोजगार व त्यासाठी त्याला 18,000/- रू इतकी 
 रक्कम अदा केली जाते.
6. स्वच्छ भारत मिशन अंतर्गत शौचालय बांधणीसाठी स्वतंत्रपणे 12,000/- रू इतकी रक्कम उपलब्ध करुन दिली जाते.
 वरील रुपरेषेनुसार बेघरांचे “स्वत:च्या‍ हक्काच्या घरांचे” स्वप्न पुर्ण केले जाते.

1. रमाईच्याय बाबतीत योग्यस ते नियंत्रण राखण्यासाठी व योजनेच्या प्रभावी अंमलबजावणीसाठी मंत्रालयाने आवास सॉफट व आवास अॅप विकसित केले आहे.

काही बेघरांकडे स्वतःच्या मालकीची जागा नसल्याने त्यांना घरकुलाचे लाभ देणे अशक्य होते. त्या्साठी केंद्र शासनाने “ पंडित दिनदयाळ उपाध्या य जागा खरेदी” योजनेकरिता 50,000/- किंवा प्रत्यकक्ष जमिनीची किंमत यांपैकी जी 
 रक्कम कमी असेल ती या योजनेतुन मंजूर केली जाते. जेणे करुन प्रत्येक गरीब कुंटुबाला स्वत:चे घर उपलब्धर होईल.

1. Firstly, the applicant has to visit the official website of Social Justice Department, Government of Maharashtra.
2. After the official website is opened, many options will appear in front of you on the web home-page.
3. In these existing options, you will see an option of ‘Ramai Awas Gharkul Yojana’.
4. Click on this link. Now the online application form of the scheme will open in front of you.
5. In this application form, you have to fill all your information and also upload all the documents.
6. Keep in mind that while filling the information, keep the necessary documents with you so that the name, date of birth or any other information is not wrong.
7. After filling all the details, check the form once and ensure the details.
8. Thereafter, click on the ‘Submit’ button to submit the form at the end.
