महात्मा फुले नविनीकरण ऊर्जा व पायाभूत प्रौद्योगिकी मर्यादित (महाप्रीत)

Mahapreet Yojana Details are available here. Mahapreet means Mahatma Phule Renewable Energy and Infrastructure Limited. Mahapreet will raise about Rs 500 crore from the Mahapreet Alternative Infrastructure Fund scheme. The other 90% of the funds will be available in the form of loans from other financial institutions. This method will not impose financial burden on the government, on the contrary, the government will get some benefit from this industry. In order to provide employment to the citizens of Scheduled Castes and Neo-Buddhists along with setting up industries, Mahatma Phule Renewable Energy and Infrastructure Limited (Mahapreet) will raise Rs. 500 cr.

अनुसूचित जाती व नवबौद्ध समाजातील नागरिकांना उद्योग उभारणीसह रोजगार देण्यासाठी महात्मा फुले नविनीकरण ऊर्जा व पायाभूत प्रौद्योगिकी मर्यादित (महाप्रीत) संस्थेकडून तीन महिन्यात महाप्रीत अल्टरनेटिव्ह इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर फंडातून ५०० कोटी रुपये उभारले जाणार आहेत. इतर ९० टक्के म्हणजे सुमारे ४,५०० कोटी रुपयांचा निधी इतर वित्तीय संस्थेकडून मिळवून राज्यात ५ हजार कोटींची गुंतवणूक केली जाईल.

महाप्रीत सुमारे ५०० कोटी रुपये महाप्रीत अल्टरनेटिव्ह इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर फंड योजनेतून उभारणार आहे. इतर ९० टक्के निधी इतर वित्तीय संस्थेकडून कर्जस्वरूपात उपलब्ध होईल. या पद्धतीने शासनावर आर्थिक भार येणार नाही, उलट या उद्योगातून होणारा लाभ काही अंशी शासनाला मिळेल. – बिपीन श्रीमाळी, मुख्य व्यवस्थापकीय संचालक, महाप्रीत, मुंबई.

How to Apply for Mahapreet Yojana

1. A new Youth Beneficiary Registry (NBR) will be created for this innovative project of Mahapreet and it will have different registration options.
2. The website will be available soon. On the NBR’s website, one has to record what one wants, including a bank ready for industry, job, technology provider, financial supply.
3. After that Mahapreet will help as needed

महाप्रीतच्या या नाविन्यपूर्ण प्रकल्पासाठी नवयुवक बेनिफिशीअरी रजिस्ट्री (एनबीआर) तयार करून त्यात वेगवेगळय़ा गटातील नोंदणीचे पर्याय राहतील. त्यासाठी लवकरच संकेतस्थळ उपलब्ध होईल. एनबीआरच्या संकेतस्थळावर उद्योगासाठी, नोकरीसाठी, तंत्रज्ञान उपलब्ध करणारे, वित्तीय पुरवठय़ात तयार बँकासह कुणाला काय हवे याची नोंद संबंधिताला करावी लागेल. त्यानंतर महाप्रीतकडून गरजेनुसार मदत केली जाणार असल्याचे महाप्रीतचे मुख्य व्यवस्थापकीय संचालक बिपीन श्रीमाळी यांनी लोकसत्ताला सांगितले.

How to work Mahapreet Yojana

1. The candidate has to invest 10% of the funds for the industry. But the Scheduled Castes and new-Buddhists often do not have funds.
2. Therefore almost Rs. 500 cr. all the funds will be raised from the market in the same manner as the mutual funds like Mahapreet Alternative Infrastructure Fund.
3. Therefore, a fund of around The other 90% will be raised by various financial institutions (banks).
4. SIDBI, National Small Industries Corporation and some other banks have responded positively to the Rs 500 crore fund.
5. The fund will be used for social upliftment as it also includes industries related to environmental protection.

उद्योगासाठी १० टक्के निधी उमेदवाराला गुंतवावा लागतो. परंतु अनुसूचित जाती व नवबौद्धांकडे अनेकदा निधी उपलब्ध नसतो. त्यामुळे सुमारे ५०० कोटींचा निधी महाप्रीत अल्टरनेटिव्ह इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर फंड या म्युचुअल फंड सारख्या पद्धतीने बाजारातून उभारला जाईल. इतर ९० टक्के निधी विविध वित्तीय संस्थांकडून (बँक) उभारला जाईल. ५०० कोटींचा निधी उभारण्यासाठी सिडबी, नॅशनल स्मॉल इंडस्ट्रीज कॉर्पोरेशनसह इतरही काही बँकांनी सकारात्मक प्रतिसाद दिला आहे. यात पर्यावरण संरक्षणाशी संबंधितही उद्योग असल्याने हा निधी सामाजिक उत्थानासाठी वापरला जाणार आहे. अशा कामासाठी बऱ्याच बँका पैसे देतात. त्यामुळे निधीसाठी काहीही अडचण नसल्याचेही श्रीमाळी यांनी सांगितले. हे उद्योग मागासवर्गीयांसाठी असून येथे मोठय़ा संख्येने त्यांनाच रोजगार मिळणार असल्याने त्यांचे जीवनमान आणखी सुधारण्यास मदत होणार, असल्याचेही त्यांनी सांगितले.

The funds raised by Mahapreet will help in setting up new industries related to non-conventional and renewable energy (solar parks), agro-processing industries, software parks, manufacturing of various commodities from ash, road construction, housing, emerging technology related to new technology related industries including robots, drones, new environment related industries. 

महाप्रीतकडून निधी उभारल्यावर अपारंपरिक व नविनीकरण ऊर्जा (सोलर पार्क), कृषी प्रक्रिया उद्योग, सॉफ्टवेअर पार्क, राखेपासून विविध वस्तूंची निर्मिती, रस्ते बांधकाम, गृह निर्माण, इमर्जिग टेक्नोलॉजीशी संबंधित म्हणजे रोबोट, ड्रोनसह नवीन तंत्रज्ञानाशी संबंधित उद्योग, पर्यावरणाशी संबंधित नवीन उद्योग उभारण्यासाठी मदत केली जाणार आहे.
