In this training scheme is being implemented under special component scheme in which various skill development training is given free of cost. During the training period, Rs. 1,000 per month. Also, a maximum of Rs. Up to 12,000 / – per student training fee is paid by the corporation. The duration of training is at least two months to four months. Under this scheme students are trained to become self-employed. Generally the training fee per candidate is decided according to the nature of the business. Training is provided mainly for the following occupations. E.g. Training is provided for drivers, TV, video, radio repair, tailoring, welding, fitter, computer, e-mail and various occupations. Under the training scheme, trainees get Rs. 1,000 / – Scholarship is given. Also training fee is paid to the training institute by the corporation.

प्रशिक्षण योजना राबविताना अवलंबविण्याची कार्यपद्धती

• महात्मा फुले मागासवर्ग विकास महामंडळामार्फत विविध योजना राबविल्या जातात. यामध्ये विशेष घटक योजनेअंतर्गत प्रशिक्षण योजना राबविण्यात येत असून यामध्ये विविध कौशल्य विकास प्रशिक्षण मोफत देण्यात येते. प्रशिक्षण कालावधीमध्ये प्रति विद्यार्थी रु. 1,000 दरमहा एवढे विद्यावेतन देण्यात येते. तसेच प्रशिक्षण अभ्यासक्रमावर जास्तीत जास्त रु. 12,000/- पर्यंत प्रति विद्यार्थी प्रशिक्षण शुल्क महामंडळामार्फत अदा करण्यात येते. प्रशिक्षणाचा कालावधी किमान दोन महिने ते चार महिने या स्वरुपाचा असतो.
• महामंडळामार्फत सदर प्रशिक्षण योजना राबविताना पुढीलप्रमाणे आवश्यक कागदपत्रे अर्जदाराकडून घेतली जातात व त्यानुसार योग्य अर्जदारांची निवड प्रादेशिक व्यवस्थापक यांच्या अध्यक्षतेखाली निवड समितीमधून केली जाते.

• सदर योजनेअंतर्गत विद्यार्थ्यांना स्वयंरोजगार करण्याचे दृष्टीने प्रशिक्षण दिले जाते. साधारणपणे प्रशिक्षण फी प्रति उमेदवार व्यवसायाच्या स्वरुपानुसार ठरविण्यात येते. प्रामुख्याने खालील व्यवसायाकरिता प्रशिक्षण देण्यात येते. उदा. वाहनचालक, टी.व्ही.व्हीडीओ, रेडीओ दुरुस्ती, टेलरिंग, वेल्डींग, फिटर, संगणक, ई-मेल व विविध व्यवसायनुरुप प्रशिक्षण दिले जाते. प्रशिक्षण योजनेअंतर्गत प्रशिक्षणार्थींना दरमहा रु. 1,000/- विद्यावेतन देण्यात येते. तसेच महामंडळामार्फत प्रशिक्षण संस्थेला प्रशिक्षण फी दिली जाते.

• The following documents are taken from the applicant while implementing the training scheme by the corporation and accordingly the suitable applicants are selected from the selection committee under the chairmanship of the regional manager.
