After receiving applications from aspiring candidates for engagement as Trade Apprentices, Western Coalfields Limited is offering to the aspiring candidates, whose name appears in the list attached herewith for verification of documents, subject to Merit Seniority, Medical fitness and availability of allotted seats. The committee shall carry out the Document Verification processes constituted for the purpose, at Western Coalfields Limited, Coal Estate, Civil Lines, Nagpur 440001 (MS) on 29/12/2022.

All enlisted aspirants are advised to attend the document verification process positively on the date and time allotted to them as mentioned in the lists before the committee. Date and time of verification is final. Please note that failure to attend the Document verification process on the allotted slot and date, candidature shall be deemed to be canceled.

WCL Apprentice Nagpur Document Verification List

Following documents / Scanned Soft copies have to be submitted / produced before the committee by the candidates.

A. Original Documents to be produced:

• 1. Final Year/Sem. Mark-sheet of ITI (SCVT/NCVT)
• 2. Proof of Date of Birth (Mark-sheet or Certificate of SSC HSC (10th)/HSSC (12th) in which DOB is mentioned}
• 3. Aadhar Card
• 4. Domicile Certificate
• 5. Caste Certificate (Valid till date): Non Creamy Layer certificate is compulsory for OBC
• 6. Apprentice registration document

(Note: Provisional Mark-sheet or other documents shall not be accepted) 

B. Documents to be submitted:

• 7. Copy of WCL’s Web Application form as downloaded. Self-attested Photocopy of:
• 8. Final Year/Sem. Mark-sheet of ITI (SCVT/NCVT)
• 9. Proof of Date of Birth {Mark-sheet or Certificate of SSC HSC (10th)/HSSC (12th) in which DOB is mentioned}
• 10. Aadhar Card
• 11. Caste Certificate (Valid till date): Non Creamy Layer certificate is compulsory for OBC
• 12. Apprentice registration document.

C. Legible Scanned Softcopies of photograph and documents to be submitted:

• 1. Final Year/Sem. Mark-sheet of ITI (SCVT/NCVT)
