Educational Qualification For RGNAU Recruitment 2025

| प्राध्यापक (विमानचालन विज्ञान अभ्यासक्रम) | (i) Doctor of Philosophy qualification(s) in the Aviation Science or a relevant discipline (*) and published work of high quality, actively engaged in research with evidence of published work with a minimum of 10 publications as books and/or research or policy papers (ii) Associate Professor with ten years of teaching experience in university or college and five years of experience in research at the University or National level institutions or industries, including experience of guiding candidates for research at doctoral level (iii) Contribution to educational innovation, design of new curricula and courses, and technology – mediated teaching learning process; and (iv) A minimum score as stipulated in the Academic Performance Indicator based Performance Based Appraisal System, set out in “University Grant Commission Regulations on Minimum Qualifications for Appointment of Teachers and other Academic Staff in Universities and Colleges, 2018 as amended time to time” (v) Should be qualified in National Eligibility Test. |

Master’s Degree in Business Management or Administration or in a relevant management related discipline Post Graduate Diploma in Management declared equivalent by Association of Indian Universities or recognized by All India Council for Technical Education or University Grant Commission with 55% marks. or Graduate Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant or Company Secretary of the concerned statutory body. |

| सहाय्यक प्राध्यापक (विमानचालन विज्ञान अभ्यासक्रम) | a) The Ph.D. degree of the candidate has been awarded in a regular mode; b) The Ph.D. thesis has been evaluated by at least two external examiners; c) An open Ph.D. viva voce of the candidate has been conducted; d) The Candidate has published two research papers from his/her Ph.D. work, out of which at least one is in a refereed journal; e) The candidate has presented at least two papers based on his/her Ph.D. work in conferences/seminars sponsored/funded/supported by the UGC / ICSSR/ CSIR or any similar agency. The fulfilment of these conditions is to be certified by the Registrar or the Dean (Academic Affairs) of the University concerned. Note: NET shall also not be required for such Masters Programmes in disciplines for which NET is not conducted by the UGC, CSIR. |
