NHM Salary Structure 2025 PDF – The state government has decided to give a 15 percent increase in remuneration to employees working on contractual basis under the National Health Mission (NHM). This decision will benefit 50 thousand employees in the state. The New NHM Salary Increment 2025 Details are given below. For the effective implementation of various national health programs in the public health department of the state, employees have been appointed on contractual basis in many posts under the National Health Mission. These employees had been demanding a substantial increase in remuneration for the last many years. Finally, the state government has approved this demand. Accordingly, the increase in remuneration will be calculated on the remuneration payable for June 2025. State Government has approved a 15% increase in the honorarium of contractual employees working under the National Health Mission (NHM). This long-awaited decision, sanctioned by the Health Minister Prakash Abitkar will benefit more than 50,000 employees across Maharashtra. The announcement of this New Salary Hike in NHM Employees has been welcomed with great enthusiasm by NHM workers, who have expressed their gratitude towards the Health Minister.

राष्ट्रीय आरोग्य अभियानांतर्गत (एनएचएम) कंत्राटी तत्त्वावर कार्यरत असलेल्या कर्मचाऱ्यांना १५ टक्के मानधन वाढ देण्याचा निर्णय राज्य सरकारने घेतला आहे. या निर्णयाचा फायदा राज्यातील ५० हजार कर्मचाऱ्यांना होणार आहे.राज्यातील सार्वजनिक आरोग्य विभागात विविध राष्ट्रीय आरोग्य कार्यक्रमांच्या प्रभावी अंमलबजावणीसाठी राष्ट्रीय आरोग्य अभियान अंतर्गत अनेक पदांवर कंत्राटी तत्त्वावर कर्मचाऱ्यांची नियुक्ती करण्यात आली आहे. या कर्मचाऱ्यांची गेल्या अनेक वर्षांपासून भरीव मानधनवाढीची मागणी होती. अखेर या मागणीला राज्य सरकारने मंजुरी दिली आहे. त्यानुसार जून २०२५च्या देय मानधनावर मानधनवाढीची गणना करण्यात येणार आहे.

असे असेल मानधनवाढीचे सूत्र – पंधरा टक्क्यांपैकी पाच टक्के मानधनवाढ सरसकट लागू होणार असून, उर्वरित मानधनवाढ ही कर्मचाऱ्यांच्या कार्यमूल्यांकनानुसार (परफॉर्मन्स रिपोर्ट) करण्यात येणार असल्याचे आरोग्यमंत्री प्रकाश आबिटकर यांनी स्पष्ट केले.
