Mahades Fellowship Application Form 2023 – Chief Minister Fellowship, 2023 Application Process has been started today. Chief Minister Fellowship Program is an important initiative of the Government of Maharashtra. The Chief Minister Fellowship Program offers the youth an opportunity to be a part of the government. The innovative ideas of the fellows help the administration. The enthusiasm and tech savviness of fellows gives momentum to the administrative processes. The program helps the young fellows in broadening their vision through knowledge and experiences. The last date for CMF Registration 2023 is 2nd March 2023. राज्यातील युवकांना प्रशासनासोबत काम करण्याचा अनुभव देत त्यांच्यातील ऊर्जा, धाडस, कल्पकता आणि तंत्रज्ञानातील गतीचा उपयोग करून प्रशासकीय प्रक्रियांना गती देणारा मुख्यमंत्री फेलोशिप उपक्रम पुन्हा सुरू करण्याचा निर्णय राज्य सरकारने घेतला आहे. त्यानुसार या फेलोशिपसाठी अधिकाधिक तरूणांनी अर्ज करावेत, असे आवाहन मुख्यमंत्री एकनाथ शिंदे आणि उपमुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांनी केले. राज्यातील युवकांना प्रशासनासोबत काम करण्याचा अनुभव देत त्यांच्यातील ऊर्जा, धाडस, कल्पकता आणि तंत्रज्ञानातील गतीचा उपयोग करून प्रशासकीय प्रक्रियांना गती देणे, नावीन्यपूर्ण संकल्पना राबविणे हा मुख्यमंत्री फेलोशिप कार्यक्रमाचा मुख्य उद्देश आहे. तसेच या कार्यक्रमाच्या माध्यमातून युवकांनाही धोरण निर्मिती, नियोजन, कार्यक्रमांची अंमलबजावणी या संदर्भात महत्त्वपूर्ण अनुभव मिळतो. त्यांच्या ज्ञानाच्या व अनुभवाच्या कक्षा रुंदावतात. या कार्यक्रमाची २०१५ ते २०२० या कालावधीत यशस्वी अंमलबजावणी झाल्यानंतर त्यात खंड पडला होता. लोकाग्रहास्तव हा कार्यक्रम आता पुन्हा सुरू करण्यात आला आहे.

मुख्यमंत्रीफेलोशिप कार्यक्रमात सहभागी होण्यासाठी विद्यार्थ्यांना २ मार्चपर्यंत अर्ज करता येणार आहे.राज्याच्या विकासात योगदान देण्याची इच्छा असणाऱ्या तरुण व होतकरू मुलामुलींना यात सहभागी होण्याचे आवाहन मुख्यमंत्री व उपमुख्यमंत्री यांनी केले आहे.
निकष काय ? Chief Minister Fellowship 2023
मुख्यमंत्री फेलोशिप कार्यक्रमाची अर्ज प्रक्रिया मंगळवारपासून सुरू झाली आहे. पुढील २४ दिवस ऑनलाइन पद्धतीने अर्ज स्वीकारले जाणार आहेत. अर्ज करण्याचा शेवटची तारीख २ मार्च आहे.
- मुख्यमंत्री फेलोशिप २०२३ साठी जातील. अर्ज करण्यासाठी वय २१ ते २६ वर्षे दरम्यान असावे.
- ६० टक्के गुणांसह पदवी व एक वर्षाचा कामाचा अनुभव, असे किमान निकष आहेत
- ऑनलाइन परीक्षा, निबंध व मुलाखत अशा त्रिस्तरीय चाचणीच्या माध्यमातून गुणवत्तेच्या आधारे फेलोंची निवड केली जाईल.
- आलेल्या अर्जांमधून ६० युवक मुख्यमंत्री फेलो म्हणून निवडले
- वरिष्ठ अधिकाऱ्यांच्या मार्गदर्शनाखाली राज्य शासनाच्या विविध विभाग व राज्यभरातील विविध कार्यालयांमध्ये हे फेलो वर्षभर काम करतील.
Eligibility For Maha Chief Minister Fellowship Programm 2023 | CM Fellowship 2023
To apply for Chief Minister Fellowship, 2023 the eligibility criteria are as follows:
1. The age of the candidate has to be between 21 years to 26 years as on the last date of submission of the application. That is a person having birthdate between 03/03/1997 to 03/03/2002(inclusive of both dates).
2. The candidate should be a graduate from any discipline with minimum 60% marks. However, preference will be given to higher educational qualification.
3. The candidate should possess at least 1 year of full time work experience. Full time internship / apprenticeship / articleship as part of a professional course will be considered as experience. Full time self-employment or entrepreneurship will also be considered as experience.
4. Candidate should be able to write, read and speak Marathi. Sufficient knowledge of Hindi and English is required. Applicants should have knowledge of internet and computer handling.

Nature Of Maharashtra CMF Program 2023
1. The term of the Fellowship will be of 12 months from the day of joining as a Fellow. All the Fellows will join on the same day. It will be mandatory for all the fellows to be present at the time and place, as directed
2. The selected Fellow will be appointed (placed) at the office of a specific authority. These authorities include offices of District Collectors, Chief Executive Officers of districts, Commissioners, Secretaries in the government, Managing Directors of the corporations or other senior government officers.
3. The decision about appointment at a specific authority will be taken by the Directorate of Economics and Statistics. The Fellows will not have any right or choice in the selection of authority.
4. The Fellows will work under the guidance of the chief officer of the concerned authority. They will work for the effective functioning of the authority. This will be called Field Work.
5. Along with the field work, the Fellows will be bound to complete the special course designed by IIT, Mumbai or IIM, Nagpur. The Directorate of Economics and Statistics will have the rights to select one of these institutions for each fellow. The fellows will not have any right to select the academic institution.
6. Only those fellows who successfully complete the field work and academic course will be eligible to get the Fellowship completion certificate.
अटी व शर्ती
१. मुख्यमंत्री फेलोशिप कार्यक्रम हा पूर्ण वेळ कार्यक्रम असून फेलोशिपच्या कार्यकाळात फेलोंना इतर नोकरी, खाजगी प्रॅक्टीस, असाईनमेंट किंवा शैक्षणिक अभ्यासक्रम (आयआयटी, मुंबई व आयआयएम, नागपूर यांनी फेलोशिपसाठी तयार केलेल्या विशेष अभ्यासक्रमाखेरीज) स्विकारता येणार नाही.
२. या १२ महिन्यांच्या कार्यक्रमात एकदाच सहभागी होता येते व मुदतवाढीची किंवा पुनर्नियुक्तीची तरतूद नाही.
३. १२ महिन्यांच्या कालावधीनंतर हा कार्यक्रम नोकरीची कोणतीही हमी देत नाही.
४. ज्या प्राधिकरणासोबत फेलो काम करेल त्या प्राधिकरणाच्या कामाच्या वेळा फेलोसही लागू राहतील.
५. फेलोंना कामाच्या गरजेनुसार अधिक तास काम करणे किंवा प्रवास करणे आवश्यक राहील.
६. फेलोंच्या मुलाखतीच्यावेळी शैक्षणिक अर्हता, अनुभव, वय तसेच ओळखपत्र आदी संदर्भातील कागदपत्रांची पडताळणी केली जाईल. फेलोंनी रूजू होताना वैद्यकीय प्रमाणपत्र सादर करणे गरजेचे आहे. नियुक्तीनंतर फेलोंची पोलीस पडताळणी केली जाईल.
७. फेलोशिपच्या कालावधीत जेथे नेमणूक केलेली आहे त्या शहर व जिल्ह्यामध्ये फेलोस वास्तव्य करावे लागेल.
८. फेलोंच्या राहण्याची व्यवस्था केली जाणार नाही
९. नियुक्तीचे पत्र (ऑफर लेटर) मिळाल्यानंतर रुजू होण्याच्या दिवशी निर्देशित ठिकाणी वेळेत हजर राहण्याचे बंधन फेलोंवर असेल. अन्यथा त्यांची नियुक्ती रद्द केली जाईल.
१०. फेलोशिपच्या कालावधीत फेलो कुठल्याही राजकीय चळवळीत भाग घेऊ शकणार नाही

Medium of the test will be English. Wherever feasible Marathi translation of the questions and optional answers will be provided

Shortlisting candidates for Stage 2
- Total marks shall be out of 100
- 210 candidates having highest marks will be called for interview
- Shortlisted candidates shall submit 3 written essays. The essays can be in Marathi, Hindi or English
- Topics of essays will be conveyed to candidates through email and website
- Only those shortlisted candidates who have submitted all 3 essays will be called for the interview. Shortlisted candidates not having submitting all 3 essays will not be eligible for the interview
Final Selection
Following marking system will be used for the final selection of candidates
- Marks of online test, out of 100 will be converted into out of 15 marks + essays 30 marks + interview 50 marks + post graduation or professional degree 5 marks
- List of selected 60 candidates and a waiting list of 15 candidates will be published
- Vacancies created as a result of selected candidates not accepting the offer letter within stipulated time period will be filled from the waiting list
Please note
- The selected candidates need to carry the original copy and photocopies of all the marksheets, experience letters, proof of identity and other relevant documents at the time of interview
- Candidates eligible for interview will be conveyed the date and time of interview by email
- Travel or any other expense made towards appearing for the interview shall not be reimbursed
Entitlements For Maharashtra CMF 2023
1. The position of fellows will be equivalent to that of Grade – A officer in the government service.
2. Fellows will be provided a temporary ID-Card and Email ID for official purpose during the period of fellowship.
3. Fellows will be paid a stipend of Rs. 70,000/- and Rs. 5,000/- for travel and related expenses i.e. in all Rs. 75,000/- per month
4. Fellows are entitled for 8 days of leave during the period of fellowship.
5. Fellows will be provided with accidental insurance cover during the period of fellowship.
6. Fellows completing the special academic course implemented by IIT, Mumbai or IIM, Nagpur will be awarded a separate certificate by the concerned institution.
7. Fellows successfully completing the fieldwork of 12 months and special academic course implemented by IIT, Mumbai or IIM, Nagpur will be awarded a certificate by the Government for completion of the fellowship.
