Maha Non-Creamy Layer Certificate New GR – The government of Maharashtra has issued New Revised GR regarding NCL Crtificate !! Regarding the assumption of a non-criminal certificate of the candidate for that financial year to verify that he/she does not fall under Scheduled Castes, Nomadic Tribes, Other Backward Classes and Special Backward Classes advanced and advanced persons/groups. The last date for filing/acceptance of applications for a post or the particular crucial date fixed for that post shall be assumed for verifying that the candidate concerned does not fall under advanced and advanced person/group.

शासन शुध्दीपत्रक खालील प्रमाणे आहे

एखाद्या पदाकरिता अर्ज दाखल करावयाची/ स्विकारण्याची अंतिम तारीख किंवा त्या पदाकरिता निश्चित करण्यात आलेली विशिष्ट निर्णायक (crucial) तारीख हीच संबंधित उमेदवार उन्नत आणि प्रगत व्यक्ती/ गटात मोडत नसल्याबाबतची पडताळणी करण्यासाठी गृहित धरण्यात यावी.”

उक्त परिच्छेद-२ (ii) मध्ये सुधारणा करण्यात येत असून सदरहू परिच्छेद-२ (ii) खालीलप्रमाणे वाचावा.
* (iii) संबंधित उमेदवार उन्नत आणि प्रगत व्यक्ती/गटात मोडत नसल्याबाबतची पडताळणी करण्यासाठी उमेदवाराचे त्या वित्तीय वर्षातील नॉनक्रिमीलेअर प्रमाणपत्र गृहित धरण्यात यावे. “

2) Passport
3) RSBY Card
4) Water Bill
5) Aadhaar Card
6) Voter ID Card
7) MNREGA Job Card
8) Driving License
9) Photo of Applicant
10) Property Tax Receipt
11) Identity card issued by Govt or Semi Govt organisations

1) Property tax receipt
2) Proof of caste of a relative
3) If proof of father’s caste not available, a relative’s caste certificate and genealogical affidavit with details of relation to relative
4) If applicant migrated from other state/ district, then caste certificate of applicant’s father issued by competent authority in that state/district
5) If married women, aProof of caste before marriage, as prescribed in point no 3 bProof of marriage–marriage registration certificate and name change notification in gazette
