५. अर्जात नमूद केलेप्रमाणे जात प्रमाणपत्र/जातवैधता प्रमाणपत्र / नॉन क्रिमीलेअर/इतर आवश्यक प्रमाणपत्र.
६. आधारकार्ड/ रेशनकार्ड.
