Under the Chief Minister’s Ladli Behna Yojana, beneficiaries are facing several problems, such as not receiving installments even after completing e-KYC, and difficulties in completing the e-KYC process itself. To resolve these issues, a helpline number, 181, has been launched. The state’s Minister for Women and Child Development, Aditi Tatkare, announced this on ‘X’ (formerly Twitter). It is understood that this decision was taken in the context of the upcoming Zilla Parishad elections. Considering the number of ineligible beneficiaries in the Ladli Behna Yojana, the Women and Child Development Department had made it mandatory for all beneficiaries to complete e-KYC. Despite beneficiaries completing this process, many have been complaining for days about not receiving their monthly benefits. Taking serious note of this, the Women and Child Development Department has launched the 181 helpline to address the beneficiaries’ grievances.

मुख्यमंत्री लाडकी बहीण योजनेअंतर्गत ई-केवायसी पूर्ण केल्यानंतरही हप्ता न मिळणे, ई-केवायसी पूर्ण न होणे यांसारख्या अनेक समस्या लाभार्थ्यांना भेडसावत आहेत. या समस्यांचे निराकरण करण्यासाठी १८१ ही हेल्पलाइन सुरू करण्यात आली आहे. राज्याच्या महिला व बालविकासमंत्री आदिती तटकरे यांनी यासंदर्भातील घोषणा ‘एक्स’ वरून केली. जिल्हा परिषद निवडणुकांच्या पार्श्वभूमीवर हा निर्णय घेण्यात आल्याचे समजते.लाडकी बहीण योजनेतील अपात्र लाभार्थ्यांची संख्या लक्षात घेता, महिला व बालविकास विभागाने सर्व लाभार्थ्यांना ई-केवायसी पूर्ण करण्याची सक्ती केली होती. त्यानुसार लाभार्थ्यांनी ही प्रक्रिया पूर्ण केल्यानंतरही अनेक लाभार्थ्यांना प्रतिमहिना लाभ मिळत नसल्याच्या तक्रारी अनेक दिवसांपासून केल्या जात होत्या. त्याची गंभीर दखल घेतली आहे. लाभार्थ्यांच्या तक्रारींचे निराकरण करण्यासाठी महिला व बालविकास विभागाकडून १८१ या क्रमांकाची हेल्पलाइन सुरू करण्यात आली आहे. माझी लाडकी बहीण योजनेची ई-केवायसी प्रक्रिया करत असताना काही कारणास्तव चुकीचा पर्याय निवडल्याने लाभ स्थगित झाल्याच्या काही तक्रारी विभागास प्राप्त झाल्या आहेत. अशा तक्रारी, शंकांचे निवारण करण्यासाठी १८१ या हेल्पलाइन सुरू केली आहे, असे तटकरे यांनी म्हटले आहे.
