| Terms and Condition | 1. The period of appointment on contract basis shall be till availability of regular candidate or a period of 364 days whichever is earlier.
2. If the performance of the candidate is not satisfactory, his appointment will be terminated without any prior notice on the ground of gross irregularity and misconduct. 3. A candidate appointed on contract basis will be required to perform teaching, patient care and specialized duties as assigned by the Principal as per established standards. 4. Candidates appointed on contract basis will not have any right for regular appointment and the said period will not be considered for any service purpose. 5. Only casual leave shall be admissible to the candidate appointed on contract basis during his period of service. 6. Contractual appointees will be required to maintain confidentiality regarding the contents. Receipt of documents/information contained therein and Aadhaar 7. Administrative and financial powers of any kind by contractual appointees 8. A candidate cannot leave the service under any circumstances till the completion of one academic session after being appointed. It will be mandatory to submit such affidavit to the candidate before appointment. Only the candidate who submits such affidavit will be appointed on contractual basis, in any case the resignation of the candidate, including students, during the ongoing academic session. 9. If so, he will not be admissible to any benefit of previous service. 10. The applicant should submit a medical certificate that he is physically fit for the post concerned. 11. The administrator reserves the right to change the number of posts mentioned in the said advertisement / cancel the said advertisement completely. All rights in this regard shall remain with the Authority, 12. If the applicant directly/indirectly exerts any kind of pressure on the committee for his selection, he will be disqualified from the selection process. 13 Name of Applicant Must submit Certificate of Permanent Registration under Maharashtra Medical Board Act 1965 or Certificate of Permanent Registration of Liquor Council of India 14. Candidates have to appear for the interview in their own right. (Interview schedule will be arranged separately.) 15 It will be troublesome to bring all the documents submitted by the candidate along with the application to the interviewer |
