WRD Water Resources Department Recruitment 2023 Exam Format

1. The exam will be conducted online (Computer Based Test). The examination papers will be of objective multiple choice format. Each question in the question paper carries 02 marks. Government Decision Revenue and Forest Department no. As per the provisions of Pranim- 2009/P.No.356/E-10, dated 01/02/2010 and Government Decision, General Administration Government Decision No. Animals 1222/P.No.4/Ka.13 A dt. Oral Examination (No Interview) for these posts as per provision on 4th May 2022.
2. As a combined examination will be conducted for the posts of Office Clerk, Accountant and Canal Inspector, only one application will have to be submitted for the said post. While submitting the application for the said posts, you have to select the circle first and give priority to the selection of the said posts. Merit list and selection list will be prepared taking into consideration the priority given by the candidate, the marks obtained by the candidate and the available posts.
3. According to the priority given by the candidate, if the candidate is selected in the first priority, his name will be included in the merit list and selection list of the first priority and will not be included in the merit list and selection list of the remaining priority posts. However the waiting list for the said posts will be common. The written test of lower grade stenographer will be of 120 marks.
4. Candidates securing at least 45% marks in the said written test will qualify for the next shorthand typing test of 80 marks. The marks obtained in written test and shorthand test together will be considered for final merit list and selection list. The date and venue of the examination for shorthand writing test will be separately communicated online to the candidates qualified for the shorthand writing test and the list of qualified candidates for the shorthand writing test will be announced on the website.
5. Government circular for preparation of shortlist of candidates, General Administration Department no. SRV-1097/P.No.31/98/16A, dt. 16/3/1999 and Government Circular, General Administration Department no. Miscellaneous 1119/P.No.39/16-A, dt. Dated 19/12/2018 as well as Government Decision no. Prani 1222/P.No.4/Ka.13-A dt. Action will be taken by May 4, 2022.
6. Government Decision, General Administration Department no. Animals 1222/P.No.54/Ka.13 A dt. As per the provision dated May 4, 2022, candidates will be required to secure at least 45 percent of the aggregate marks to be included in the merit list.
7. While preparing the examination result (select list) the candidates who have equal marks in the examination will be given priority order: This Government of Maharashtra Decision, General Administration Department Government Decision no. Animals 1222/P.No.54/Ka.13 A dt. 4 May 2022 Basis will be sequenced. However for the post of Geo Scientist Assistant candidates having equal marks will be given first preference if they have practical experience in subsurface.
8. Also for the post of Junior Survey Assistant, first preference will be given to degree holders in Agriculture.) The exam will be conducted in the Computer Based Test mode and the question papers of each session will be made available separately and the exam will be conducted in more than one session. Session 1 Final session will check the format of the question paper and its difficulty and determine the coefficient by normalization method and announce the result. (Normalization) The formula given by TCS company is published on the website for information. Said (Normalization) will be compulsory for all the examinees
