- ऑनलाईन परिक्षेत पदनिहाय गुणानुक्रमे पात्र झालेल्या उमेदवारांची कागदपत्र पडताळणी होऊन कागदपत्र पडताळणीत पात्र होणाऱ्या उमेदवारास १० गुणांसाठी मुलाखतीस बोलविण्यात येईल.
- ५ गुण हे शैक्षणिक अर्हता, अनुभव इ. बाबींसाठी असतील व ५ गुणांसाठी बँकेने गठीत केलेल्या समिती मार्फत मौखिक मुलाखत घेण्यात येईल.
- उमेदवार मुलाखतीस गैरहजर राहिल्यास, तो अंतिम निवडीस पात्र राहणार नाही.
- शैक्षणिक पात्रतेनुसार देण्यात येणारे ५ गुण खालीलप्रमाणे राहतील.
