न्यायालयात प्रलंबित अवमान याचिकेवरील सुनावणीपर्यंत चंद्रपूर जिल्हा मध्यवर्ती सहकारी बँकेतील ३६० पदांच्या नोकर भरतीला सहकार आयुक्त तथा निबंधक, सहकारी संस्था पुणे यांनी स्थगिती दिली आहे. १५ व १७ नोव्हेंबरला ही भरती प्रक्रिया राबविली जाणार होती. मागील अनेक वर्षांपासून बँकेतील नोकरी भरती अडकली आहे. बँकेतील नोकर भरतीसंदर्भात उच्च न्यायालयाच्या नागपूर खंडपीठात याचिका दाखल करण्यात आली होती. १९ ऑक्टोबर २०२३ रोजी झालेल्या सुनावणीवेळी बँकेने उच्च न्यायालयात एक शपथपत्र सादर केले. त्यात नोकर भरती टीसीएस या संस्थेमार्फत राबविली जाईल, असे नमूद केले. त्यानंतर ही याचिका २० ऑक्टोबर २०२३ रोजी निकाली काढली, मात्र बँकेच्या संचालक मंडळाने या शपथपत्राकडे दुर्लक्ष केले. ठराव घेऊन आयटीआय लिमिटेड या कंपनीची नोकर भरतीसाठी निवड केली. भरती प्रक्रिया राबविली. ऑनलाइन परीक्षेची तारीख जाहीर झाली. पण आचारसंहितेमुळे पुढे ढकलण्यात आली. दुसरीकडे, या नोकर भरतीच्या निर्णयाविरोधात उच्च न्यायालयाच्या नागपूर खंडपीठात एक अवमान याचिका दाखल झाली. या याचिकेत बँकेच्या नोकर भरतीला प्रक्रियेला स्थगिती द्यावी आणि टीसीएस व्यतिरिक्त अन्य कोणत्याही कंपनीमार्फत नोकर भरती प्रक्रिया न करण्याबाबत बँकेला निर्देश देण्याची विनंती केली आहे. तसेच या भरतीचे संपूर्ण अभ्यासक्रम व परीक्षा पद्धती येथे डाउनलोड करा…या भरती संदर्भातील पुढील सर्व अपडेट्स वेळेवर मिळण्यासाठी महाभरतीची अधिकृत मोबाईल अँप येथे क्लिक करून लगेच आपल्या मोबाईल मध्ये डाउनलोड करा.

याचिकेवर ३ डिसेंबरला सुनावणी होणार सहकार आयुक्तांकडे नोकर भरतीबाबत तक्रार करण्यात आली. त्यात टीसीएसऐवजी आयटीआय लिमिटेड या कंपनीची बँकेने निवड केली, याकडे लक्ष वेधले आहे. बँकेतील नोकर भरतीस स्थगित करण्याची विनंती केली. त्यानुसार विभागीय सहनिबंधक, सहकारी संस्था नागपूर यांनी बँकेने न्यायालयातील शपथपत्रानुसार नोकर भरती प्रक्रिया केली नाही. त्यामुळे भरतीपासून परावृत्त करण्यासाठी प्रतिबंधात्मक आदेश देणे आवश्यक असल्याचा अहवाल अपर आयुक्तांकडे सादर केला. या अहवालानंतर आता उच्च न्यायालयाच्या आदेशाचा अवमान होऊ नये, त्यामुळे अवमान याचिकेवरील पुढील सुनावणीपर्यंत नोकर भरती प्रक्रिया पुढे ढकलावी, असे आदेश श्रीकृष्ण वाडेकर, अपर आयुक्त व विशेष निबंधक सहकारी संस्था, पुणे यांनी दिले आहे. या याचिकेवर येत्या ३ डिसेंबरला सुनावणी होणार आहे.
