- Domicile/Permanent Resident Certificate (PRC), issued by the competent authority
- Scheduled Caste (SC)/Scheduled Tribe (ST)/Other Backward Classes (OBC)/Economically Weaker Section (EWS) certificate, in the prescribed format, where applicable
- Ex-Servicemen discharge certificate, where claiming ESM quota/relaxation
- Relaxed physical standard certificate, for candidates belonging to Garhwalis, Kumaonis, Gorkhas, Dogras and Marathas categories, issued by the competent authority
- Valid ST certificate, for ST candidates availing relaxation in physical standards
- Printout of the completed Online Application Form
- Original copy of the payment receipt/challan
- Printed copy of the notification downloaded from the Assam Rifles website
- No Objection Certificate (NOC), for departmental (serving Assam Rifles) candidates, issued by the Commanding Officer/Officer Commanding of the Unit through the Colonel (Record), HQ DGAR
