Terms and Conditions	1. The period of appointment on contract basis shall be till the availability of regular candidate or for a period of 364 days whichever is earlier provided that in case of availability of regular candidate for the said post.Right to change the posting of contract candidates Hon. Commissioner (P.S.) will remain. 2. If the candidate’s performance is unsatisfactory or there is serious irregularity and misconduct Their appointment will be terminated without notice for cause. 3. Candidates appointed on contract basis are appointed by Teaching, Nursing and Superintendent as per prevailing norms It will be necessary to carry out the prescribed tasks. 4. After completing the prescribed work as above, the candidate will be allowed to practice private medical practice, taking care not to adversely affect the duties and responsibilities of the college and hospital. 5. Candidates appointed on contract basis will not have any right for regular appointment as well The period will not be considered for any other service purpose. Candidates appointed on contract basis will be admissible only casual leave during their service period. 6. 7. Documents or information received by candidates appointed on contractual basis Confidentiality of Aadhaar materials will be required. 8. Granting any type of administrative and financial authority to persons appointed on contract basis Can’t be done. 9. The candidate shall be required to submit an affidavit to the effect that he shall not leave the service for any period of time after completion of at least one academic session after his appointment.
