Yashwantrao Chavan Gharkul Yojana Application Form : Yashwantrao Chavan Mukta Vasahat Yojana has been started in the Maharashtra state to uplift the standard of living of the families belonging to the deprived castes, nomadic tribes. The main objective of this scheme is to increase their sources of income and give them stability in the rural areas. There are three colonies in each district and 20 beneficiaries in each colony. Each colony must be provided with water supply, electricity supply, sewerage, septic tank, internal roads etc. The funds for this work are to be deposited by the Director in the PLA account and distributed to the concerned construction machinery. The Deputy Commissioner of the Social Welfare Department will be the controlling officer for the implementation of this scheme.

  • Under this scheme, in order to uplift the standard of living of destitute castes, nomadic tribes in the state.
  • To increase their sources of income and provide them stability in rural areas by providing five gunthas of land to each of them and constructing 269 sq. Ft. Houses on the remaining land In order to provide self-employment opportunities,
  • Three villages in each of the 33 districts in the rural areas of the state with high population of deprived castes and nomadic tribes will be selected 
  • A total of 20 families in those villages will be given the benefit of the said scheme.

  1. Beneficiary families should be from deprived castes, nomadic tribes and indigenous classes as well as nomadic nomads.
  2. The annual income of the beneficiary family is Should be less than Rs. 1 lakh.
  3. Don’t have own a home.
  4. Hut- should be living in raw house, leaves.
  5. The family should be landless.
  6. Must be a resident of Maharashtra.
  7. Nowhere in the state should the Gharkool scheme be availed.
  8. The benefit of this scheme will be given to only one person in the family.
  9. Beneficiaries should reside in one place for at least six months in a year.

यशवंतराव चव्हाण मुक्त वसाहत (घरकुल) योजनेचे लाभ

  1. या योजनेअंतर्गत निवड झालेल्या विमुक्त आणि भटक्या जमातीच्या कुटुंबास प्रत्येकी ५ गुंठे जमीन देऊन त्यांना २६९ चौरस फूट चे घर बांधून दिले जाते. उर्वरित जागेवर लाभार्थी कुटुंबास शासकीय योजनाद्वारे स्वयंरोजगाराची संधी उपलब्ध करून दिली जाते.
  2. भूखंड कोणालाही हस्तांतरीत करता येणार नाही किंवा विकता येत नाही किंवा भाडेतत्वावर देता येणार नाही.
    प्रति वर्षी ३४ जिल्ह्यातील (मुंबई व बृहन्मुंबई वगळून) प्रत्येकी तीन गावे निवडून त्या गावातील कुटुंबांना या योजनेचा लाभ देण्यात येतो.
  3. झोपडीत राहणारे दारिद्र रेषेखालील कुटुंब ज्यांच्या घरात कमावणारा व्यक्ती नाही अशा विधवा अपंग, महिला आणि पूरग्रस्त कुटुंबे यांना या योजनेअंतर्गत प्राधान्याने निवड करून लाभ देण्यात येतो.

लाभार्थी कुटूंबाचे वार्षिक उत्पन्न रु. 1 लक्ष पेक्षा कमी असावे.

लाभार्थी कुटुंबाचे स्वत:चे मालकीचे घर नसावे.

लाभार्थी कुटुंब हे झोपडी / कच्चे घर/ पालामध्ये राहणारे असावे.

लाभार्थी कुटूंब हे भूमीहीन असावे.

लाभार्थी हा महाराष्ट्र राज्याचा अधिवासी असावा.

लाभार्थी कुटुंबाने राज्यात कोठेही घरकुल योजनेचा लाभ घेतलेला नसावा.

सदरहू योजनेचा लाभ पात्र कुटुंबातील एकाच व्यक्तीस देण्यात येतो.

लाभार्थी वर्षभरात किमान 6 महिने एका ठिकाणी वास्तव्यास असावा.

6दिल्या जाणा-या लाभाचे स्वरुपया योजनेअंतर्गत ग्रामीण भागातील निवड झालेल्या विजाभज कुटुंबास प्रत्येकी पाच गुंठे जमीन देवून त्यांना 269 चौ.फु.चे घर बांधून देणे. आणि उर्वरित जागेवर लाभार्थी कुटुंबास विविध शासकीय योजनांव्दारे स्वयंरोजगाराची संधी उपलब्ध करुन देणे.
प्रतिवर्षी 34 जिल्हयातील (मुंबई व बृहन्मुंबई वगळून) प्रत्येकी 3 गावे निवडून त्या गावांतील 20 कुटुंबांना या योजनेचा लाभ देणे.
पालात राहणारे, दारिद्रय रेषेखालील कुटुंब, घरात कोणीही कमावता नाही अशा विधवा परित्यक्ता किंवा अपंग महिला व पूरग्रस्त अशा कुटुंबाची प्राधान्याने निवड केली जाते.
घर व भुखंड हे संयुक्तपणे पती पत्नीच्या नावे केले जाते. मात्र, विधवा व परित्यक्ता स्त्रियांच्या बाबतीत भूखंड व घर त्यांच्या नावेच केले जाते.
भूखंड व घर कोणालाही हस्तांतर करता येत नाही व विकता येत नाही. तसेच सदरहू भूखंड अथवा घर भाडे तत्वावर सुध्दा देता येत नाही व पोटभाडेकरु सुध्दा ठेवता येत नाही.
सदर योजनेच्या अंमलबजावणीसाठी जिल्हाधिकारी यांचे अध्यक्षतेखाली जिल्हा स्तरावर व उपविभागीय अधिकारी यांचे अध्यक्षतेखाली तालुका स्तरावर समिती निर्माण करण्यात आलेली आहे. त्यांनी शासकीय जमिनीची निवड करणे, शासकीय जमीन नसल्यास खाजगी जमीन निश्चित करुन खरेदी करणे, लाभार्थी निवड करणे, लेआऊट तयार करुन भूखंडावर घर बांधून देणे, पायाभुत सुविधा पुरविणे, विविध शासकीय योजनांव्दारे स्वयंरोजगाराच्या संधी उपलब्ध करुन देणे इ. कामे करणे आवश्यक आहे.

Total project cost is of Rs.88.63 lakhs inclusive of shelter, internal roads, drainages, water supply, electricity, community Hall (Samaj Mandir) etc. will be provided under this scheme.
Benefits of schemes run by other departments for VJNT will be given at cluster.
