Post-Matric Scholarship to OBC Students Schemes funded by Central Government. Post-Matric Scholarship to OBC Students Schemes is order to encourage the O.B.C. students to undergo Post-Matric Courses, the Government of Maharashtra has introduced a scheme known as the Government of Maharashtra Post-Matric Scholarship to O.B.C. students. इ.मा.व. विद्यार्थ्यांना मॅट्रिकोत्तर शिष्यवृत्ती योजनेचा उद्देश

इतर मागासवर्ग प्रवर्गाच्या विद्यार्थ्यांना उच्च शिक्षण घेता यावे यासाठी शासनाने अनुसूचित जातीच्या केंद्र शासनाच्या मॅट्रिकोत्तर शिष्यवृत्ती योजनेच्या धर्तीवर शालांत परिक्षोत्तर शिष्यवृत्ती देण्याची योजना शासन निर्णय क्र.इमाव-2002/प्रक्र.414/मावक-3, दि.29.5.2003 अन्वये सन 2003-04 पासून शासकीय व शासन मान्य खाजगी अनुदानित महाविद्यालयात शिक्षण घेणा-या विद्यार्थ्यांसाठी लागू केलेली आहे. तदनंतर सदरची योजना शासन निर्णय दि.31.3.2004 नुसार सन 2003-04 पासूनच विना अनुदानित महाविद्यालयांतील इतर मागासवर्ग प्रवर्गाच्या विद्यार्थ्यांसाठी सुध्दा लागू करण्यात आली.

इ.मा.व. विद्यार्थ्यांना मॅट्रिकोत्तर शिष्यवृत्ती योजनेच्या प्रमुख अटी

  1. पालकाचे वार्षिक उत्पन्न रु.1 लाखा पर्यंत असावे.
  2. पूर्णवेळ नोकरी करणारा उमेदवार योजनेच्या लाभास पात्र नाही.
  3. त्याच इयत्तेत पुन:प्रवेशित विद्यार्थी लाभास पात्र नाही, तथापि उत्तीर्ण होवून पुढील इयत्तेत गेल्यानंतर त्यास योजनेचा लाभ अनुज्ञेय होईल.
  4. एका पालकाचे दोन विद्यार्थी (मुली वगळून) योजनेच्या लाभासाठी पात्र आहेत.
  5. इतर शिष्यवृत्तीचा लाभ स्वीकारलेल्या विद्यार्थ्यांना या योजनेचा लाभ अनुज्ञेय होणार नाही.

Required Documents for Post-Matric Scholarship to OBC Students

  1. Caste certificate issued by a competent authority (This certificate considered as proof of residence)
  2. Income certificate/Income Declaration issued by a competent authority
  3. Caste validity certificate (Mandatory for professional degree courses, professional postgraduate courses)
  4. HSC or SSC mark sheet or last examination mark sheet
  5. Gap certificate (Mandatory in case of a gap)
  6. Father/Guardians death certificate (If applicable)
  7. Ration card for identifying the number of children in the family
  8. Leaving certificate

How to apply for Post-Matric Scholarship to OBC Students

  1. Scheme is online.
  2. Student should go to https:\\mahaeschol.maharashtra.gov.in
  3. Fill the Scholarship application form, upload documents and submit it to concerned college.
  4. After scrutiny concerned college should forward his application to concerned Asstt. Comm. Social Welfare for sanction.
  5. Online application is to be filled for the first year of that course only. From 2nd year to completion of course, application is renewed by concerned college and forwarded to concerned Asstt .Comm. Social Welfare for sanction.

5 योजनेच्या प्रमुख अटी
  • पालकाचे वार्षिक उत्पन्न रु.1 लाखा पर्यंत असावे.
  • पूर्णवेळ नोकरी करणारा उमेदवार योजनेच्या लाभास पात्र नाही.
  • त्याच इयत्तेत पुन:प्रवेशित विद्यार्थी लाभास पात्र नाही, तथापि उत्तीर्ण होवून पुढील इयत्तेत गेल्यानंतर त्यास योजनेचा लाभ अनुज्ञेय होईल.

6 दिल्या जाणा-या लाभाचे स्वरुप
  • वसतिगृहात न राहणा-या पात्र विद्यार्थ्यांस दरमहा रु.90/- ते 190/- एवढी व वसतिगृहात राहणा-या विद्यार्थ्यांस दरमहा रु.150/- ते 425/- एवढी शिष्यवृत्ती दिली जाते.
  • सदर योजनांतर्गत शासन मान्यता प्राप्त विनाअनुदानित व्यावसायिक अभ्यासक्रमातील प्रवेशित विद्यार्थ्यांना शिक्षण फी व परिक्षा फी ची 50% प्रतिपूर्ती राज्य शासनातर्फे केली जाते.

या वेबसाईटवर इ.मा.व. विद्यार्थ्यांना राज्य सरकारची मॅट्रिकोत्तर शिष्यवृत्ती या योजनेंतर्गत अर्ज भरुन महाविद्यालयास सादर करावा. संबंधित महाविद्यालयाने सर्व कागदपत्रांची छाननी करुन पात्र लाभार्थ्यांचे अर्ज संबंधित सहाय्यक आयुक्त, समाज कल्याण यांचेकडे मंजूरीसाठी सादर करावेत.

4 Beneficiary Category Other Backward Classes.
5 Eligibility Criteria (1) The parents/Guardians whose annual income up to
Rs.1.00 lakh can get full scholarship and free ship.(2) Students engaged in full time employment are not
eligible Repeaters are not eligible for that standard. After passing they are eligible for higher standard.

(3) All children of the same parents are eligible for the Scholarship.

(4) No scholarship will be paid to the students under this
scheme from the date he /she accepts another
Scholarship / stipend.
6 Benefits Provided Eligible O.B.C. Students are paid maintenance allowance from Rs. 90 to Rs. 190 per month for hostellers and Rs. 150 to Rs. 425 per month for day scholar students. In addition to maintenance allowance all fees which are compulsorily payable by the students to the institutions are also being paid under the scheme.
