Exam portal – “poly.rgpvexam.in” is only for Diploma students not for Degree students.
परीक्षा पोर्टल – “poly.rgpvexam.in” केवल डिप्लोमा छात्रों के लिए है, डिग्री छात्रों के लिए नहीं है।
It is suggested to use chrome browser only.
इस हेतु क्रोम ब्राउजर का ही प्रयोग करना है।
Candidate must have webcam for laptop/desktop or front camera for mobile phones for successful submission of exam.
परीक्षा में सफलतापूर्वक भाग लेने हेतु उम्मीदवार के पास लैपटॉप / डेस्कटॉप अथवा मोबाइल फोन में आवश्यक रूप से फ्रंट कैमरा होना चाहिए।
Allow chrome to access the camera in the system else exam will not start.
क्रोम को सिस्टम में कैमरे तक पहुंचने की अनुमति दें, अन्यथा परीक्षा शुरू नहीं होगी।
Registration procedure :
पंजीकरण प्रक्रिया:
Open “poly.rgpvexam.in” in chrome browser.
क्रोम ब्राउजर में “poly.rgpvexam.in” खोलें ।
Click on register button at the right top of screen.
स्क्रीन के दाईं ओर रजिस्टर बटन पर क्लिक करें।
Fill the complete required details as required on this matching with the university records like Name, Enrollment number, Date of Birth (format – 13/09/2001) and father’s name.
समस्त आवश्यक विवरण जैसे नाम, नामांकन संख्या, जन्म तिथि (प्रारूप-13/09/2001) और पिता के नाम इत्यादि का मिलान विश्वविद्यालय के रिकॉर्ड के साथ कर भरें।
During the registration process, you have to provide one email address, which be used for further important communication.
पंजीकरण प्रक्रिया के दौरान, आपको एक ईमेल पता प्रदान करना होगा, जिसका उपयोग आगे के महत्वपूर्ण संचार के लिए किया जाएगा।
After clicking on create account button, system will ask to create a strong password consist of minimum 8 characters, one capital & one numeric character. Password is case sensitive, so keep it safe with you.
क्रिएट अकाउंट बटन पर क्लिक करने के बाद, सिस्टम एक मजबूत पासवर्ड बनाने के लिए कहेगा जिसमें न्यूनतम 8 वर्ण, एक बड़ा अक्षर और एक संख्या शामिल हों। पासवर्ड केस संवेदी है, अतः इसे अपने पास सुरक्षित रखें।
After creating account, click on Login button to login into exam dashboard.
अकाउंट बनाने के बाद एग्जाम डैशबोर्ड में लॉगिन करने के लिए लॉगिन बटन पर क्लिक करें।
In case if you forgot yours login credentials, you can reset the password using link given on Login page.
यदि आप अपना लॉगिन क्रेडेंशियल भूल गए हैं तो आप लॉगिन पेज पर दिए गए रीसेट पासवर्ड लिंक का उपयोग कर पासवर्ड को रीसेट कर सकते हैं।

After Log in you’ll see your dashboard in which all your upcoming papers are listed at least 2 days before scheduled date :
लॉग इन करने के पश्चात आपको अपना डैशबोर्ड दिखेगा जहां आपके सभी आगामी निर्धारित तिथि से कम से कम 2 दिन पहले तक के पेपर सूचीबद्ध दिखेंगे ।
On dashboard, if you see “Not available” in front of any exam code, then update this issue to our telegram support.
डैशबोर्ड पर,यदि आप किसी परीक्षा कोड के सामने “उपलब्ध नहीं” देखते हैं, तो इस समस्या को हमारे टेलीग्राम सपोर्ट पर अवगत कराएं।
If Subject name is mismatch then that’s not the issue for conducting examination.
यदि विषय विषय के नाम में अंतर है तो परीक्षा के आयोजन में कोई समस्या नहीं होगी।
If “Start Exam” button is not highlighted 6 hours before exam start time then report this issue to our telegram handle @RGPVExamSupport.
यदि परीक्षा शुरू होने से 6 घंटे पहले विषय का “स्टार्ट एग्जाम” बटन हाइलाइट नहीं होता है, तो इस समस्या को हमारे टेलीग्राम हैंडल @RGPVExamSupport पर रिपोर्ट करें।
Exam is divided into multiple sections, if you are giving the exam using laptop then kindly changes the section using question map available on your right side in exam window. If you are using mobile device then kindly scroll down to change the section.
परीक्षा को कई खंडों में विभाजित किया गया है, यदि आप परीक्षा हेतु लैपटॉप का उपयोग कर रहे हैं तो कृपया परीक्षा विंडो में अपने दाईं ओर उपलब्ध प्रश्न मानचित्र का उपयोग करके अनुभाग को बदलें। यदि आप मोबाइल डिवाइस का उपयोग कर रहे हैं तो कृपया अनुभाग बदलने के लिए नीचे स्क्रॉल करें।
Click submit button, at bottom, only when you think you have to submit the exam finally.
पृष्ठ के निचले भाग में स्थित सबमिट बटन केवल तभी क्लिक करें, जब आप सभी प्रश्न हल कर चुके हों एवं अंततः उत्तर पुस्तिका जमा करने हेतु तैयार हों ।
Offline exam means you have to download the question paper at home, from the Students account available at www. rgpvdiploma.in as per the instructions given by Secretary RGPV.
ऑफलाइन परीक्षा का अर्थ है कि आपको घर बैठे सचिव आरजीपीवी के निर्देशों के अनुसार www. rgpvdiploma.in पर उपलब्ध छात्रों के लॉगिन-आईडी से प्रश्न पत्र डाउनलोड करना होगा ।
After completion of exam time or during the exam you can upload the Answer Book at poly.rgpvexam.in within the given upload time limit. If you fail to upload the Answer Book in given upload time limit, you will be considered as absent in that particular exam.
परीक्षा समय की समाप्ति के पश्चात अथवा परीक्षा के दौरान आपको दिए गए समय सीमा के भीतर उत्तरपुस्तिका की पीडीऍफ़ प्रतियां poly.rgpvexam.in पर अपलोड करनी होंगी। यदि आप दिए गए अपलोड समय सीमा में प्रतियां अपलोड करने में विफल होते हैं, तो आपको उस विशेष परीक्षा में अनुपस्थित माना जाएगा।
Students of RGPV affiliated polytechnic colleges (Excluding University Polytechnic), Kindly pay attention that Question paper portal is different and answer book upload portal is different. As per the schedule all the question papers will be available only in the portal account login of the student at www.rgpvdiploma.in whereas to upload answer book use poly.rgpvexam.in
आरजीपीवी से संबद्ध कॉलेजों के छात्र (यूनिवर्सिटी पॉलिटेक्निक को छोड़कर), कृपया ध्यान दें कि प्रश्न पत्र पोर्टल अलग है और उत्तर पुस्तिका अपलोड पोर्टल अलग है। कार्यक्रम के अनुसार सभी प्रश्न पत्र केवल www. rgpvdiploma.in छात्र के पोर्टल लॉगिन में उपलब्ध होंगे जबकि उत्तर पुस्तिकाएं ” poly.rgpvexam.in ” पर अपलोड करनी होंगी।
Those students who could not upload the Answer Book on this portal due to any reason, they have to submit the Answer Book at any of the RGPV authorized Answer Book collection Centres till 5 PM on the scheduled exam day. (list is available on www.rgpvdiploma.in portal)
जो छात्र किन्हीं कारणों से इस पोर्टल पर उत्तर पुस्तिकाएं अपलोड नहीं कर पा रहे हैं उन्हें आरजीपीवी अधिकृत उत्तर पुस्तिका संग्रह केंद्रों में से किसी पर भी मूल उत्तर पुस्तिका परीक्षा के दिन शाम 5 बजे तक जमा करनी होंगी (निर्धारित सूची rgpvdiploma.in पोर्टल पर उपलब्ध है ) ।
On Dashboard, In front of your Paper codes (which will be shown as per your admit card) you’ll see two buttons. One is Download Paper and second is Upload Answer book to upload your answer book. Both the buttons will be enabled during the scheduled time only.
डैशबोर्ड पर, आपके पेपर कोड के सामने (जो आपके एडमिट कार्ड के अनुसार दिखाया जाएगा) दो बटन, एक डाउनलोड पेपर और दूसरा अपलोड उत्तर पुस्तिका – आपकी उत्तर पुस्तिका अपलोड करने हेतु है। दोनों बटन केवल निर्धारित समय के दौरान सक्षम होंगे।
We suggest using Adobe Scan app / Google Drive Scanning app to scan the answer book. Size of Answer book should not exceed 30 MB. Kindly scan the answer book in proper day light.
हम उत्तर पुस्तिका को स्कैन करने के लिए एडोब स्कैन ऐप / Google ड्राइव स्कैनिंग ऐप का उपयोग करने की सलाह देते हैं। उत्तर पुस्तिका का आकार 30 एमबी से अधिक नहीं होना चाहिए। उत्तर पुस्तिका को उचित दिन की रोशनी में स्कैन करें।
Student using physical scanner must ensure that scanning resolution should not exceed more than 300 DPI.
भौतिक स्कैनर का उपयोग करने वाले छात्र को यह सुनिश्चित करना चाहिए कि स्कैनिंग रिज़ॉल्यूशन 300 डीपीआई से अधिक नहीं होना चाहिए।
You upload the answer book doesn’t means that the copy is submitted to University, you have to check the preview of uploaded answer book by pressing the “Preview” button that whether the uploaded file is correct or not. Finally you have to press the “Submit Answer book” button to submit the answer book.
आपने उत्तर पुस्तिका अपलोड की है इसका अर्थ यह नहीं है कि कॉपी जमा हो गई है, आपको अपलोड की गई उत्तर पुस्तिका को preview बटन दबाकर जांच करें कि फ़ाइल सही अपलोड हुई है अथवा नहीं। संतुष्ट होने के पश्चात ही आप ” Submit Answer book ” बटन दबाकर उत्तर पुस्तिका सबमिट करें ।
You can submit the Answer Book only one time.
आप केवल एक बार उत्तर पुस्तिका जमा (सबमिट) कर सकते हैं ।
Number of pages in answer book should be 20 Page approx.
उत्तर पुस्तिका में पृष्ठों की संख्या 20 पृष्ठ लगभग होनी चाहिए।
Rough work should be done separately, which should not be uploaded with the main answer book.
रफ़ कार्य को को अलग से किया जाना चाहिए, जिसे मुख्य उत्तर पुस्तिका के साथ अपलोड नहीं किया जाना चाहिए।
Ensure that the scanned answer book is clearly visible in Laptop/Desktop (Technically minimum 75 DPI), try to keep the file size of scanned PDF file at lowest for faster uploads but it should be clearly visible.
यह सुनिश्चित करें कि स्कैन की गई उत्तर पुस्तिका लैपटॉप / डेस्कटॉप (न्यूनतम 75 डीपीआई) में स्पष्ट रूप से दिखाई दे, तेज अपलोड के लिए स्कैन की गई पीडीएफ फाइल का आकार सबसे कम रखने की कोशिश करें लेकिन यह स्पष्ट दिखाई देनी चाहिए।
Use of blue pen is compulsory to write the answers.
उत्तर लिखने के लिए नीले पेन का उपयोग करना अनिवार्य है।
Mock drill for uploading the test answer book will be conducted as per the instructions given by Secretary, RGPV, Bhopal.
परीक्षा उत्तर पुस्तिका अपलोड करने हेतु मॉक सेशन का आयोजन सचिव आरजीपीवी भोपाल के निर्देशानुसार किया जावेगा।
