How to Apply  For NCRTC Online Form 2025
How to Apply	1. Candidates are required to apply online through website www.ncrtc.in only. No other means/mode of application will be accepted and there shall be no need to submit any hard copies of the uploaded documents. 2. Candidates are required to have a valid personal e-mail ID and valid mobile number. It should be kept active during the currency of this recruitment process. In case a candidate does not have a valid personal e-mail ID, he/she should create his/her new e-mail ID before applying online. Under no circumstances, he/she should share/mention e-mail ID to/of any other person. 3. More than one application should not be submitted by any candidate for any particular post. In case of multiple applications for one post, only the latest application will be considered. However, the candidate may apply for more than one post. 4. Steps to be followed: a) Candidates are first required to go to the NCRTC’s website www.ncrtc.in and click on the link “Career”. b) Thereafter, he/she may open the recruitment notification titled “Click here for O&M Vacancy Notice No. 13/2025”. c) He/she should thoroughly go through the vacancy notification first to know the eligibility, age criteria, etc. d) The candidate needs to register themselves. e) On Successful Completion of registration an application registration no./login id and password will be generated. (Login id & password shall be received on e-mail and mobile number). f) From 24/03/2025 onwards candidates should fill up the application form having all the details relating to age, personal details, educational qualification etc. online in the application form. Candidates will have to upload scanned copy of: – (i) Recent passport size color photo (maximum of 10KB to 200KB Size in JPEG/JPG format) (ii) Recent scanned signature (maximum of 4KB to 30KB Size in JPEG/JPG format) (iii) Category/Caste certificate(s) (OBC/SC/ST/EWS/EXM), Educational and other certificates (maximum size 10KB to 500KB and PDF format only). 5. Mere registration of candidate shall not make the candidate eligible for appearing in the examination. Until the payment is successfully made, the applications shall not be accepted. 6. While candidates can submit their online applications and make payment till 23:59 hrs. on 24/04/2025. They are advised to submit their application at least two days before the closing date so as to avoid transaction failures for any reason whatsoever. 7. Candidates should take utmost care to furnish the correct details while filling in the on-line application. CANDIDATE CAN EDIT THE INFORMATION AT ANY STAGE BEFORE SUBMISSION OF THE ONLINE APPLICATION FORM. Hence, candidates are advised to take a preview of the application form before submitting the same. Once the form is submitted, it can’t be edited.
Selection Process For NCRTC Online Recruitment 2025
Selection Process	1. The selection methodology will comprise a Computer Based Test (CBT), followed by medical fitness test in prescribed medical standards as per Indian Railway Medical Manual. 2.Syllabus of the Computer Based Test (CBT) will be hosted on the NCRTC’s website separately. 3.The candidates will have the option to appear for Computer Based Test (CBT) either in Hindi or English. 4.There shall be 100 questions in the Computer Based Test (CBT) and total marks shall be 100. Each correct answer shall carry 1 mark and there shall be no negative marking for wrong answers. 5. Duration of Computer Based Test (CBT) shall be of 90 minutes. 6.Obtaining minimum qualifying marks in the Computer Based Test (CBT) does not confer any right or claim by the candidate for being shortlisted for further consideration or the final selection, as the same depends on number of positions, ratio applied and relative performance in the respective categories. 7. TEST CENTRES: – Candidates have to give preference of city of their Test Centre while filling online application and no change under any circumstances will be considered subsequently. However, NCRTC reserves the right to assign any test centre, cancel or add any center. The test Center options are- Delhi-NCR, Lucknow, Ahmedabad, Bhopal, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bhubaneswar, Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Chennai.
