Educational Qualification For MERC Mumbai Recruitment 2025

| अध्यक्ष | a) The Chairperson of the Forum shall be a retired senior judicial officer; or a retired civil servant not below the rank of an Additional Collector or equivalent; or a retired Principal of a reputed Engineering college; or a retired Professor of the Electrical Engineering Department of a reputed institute; or a retired senior electrical engineer of the Government: b) The Chairperson shall preferably have working knowledge of the vernacular language of the State of Maharashtra |
| सदस्य | a) Independent Member shall have experience of working for at least ten (10) years on matters concerning consumer Grievances. b) Candidate shall be well conversant with Marathi language. c) Candidate recommended by registered Voluntary Consumer Protection Organisation/registered NGO’s in the area working on the matters concerning consumer grievances or Chairperson CGRF, will be preferred. d) The Member shall not have been in the employment in any capacity under, or agency of, the Distribution Licensee or provided consultancy services to electricity consumers for a minimum period of three (3) years prior to being appointed as member of the Forum: e) Preference shall be given to a representative of a registered voluntary consumer protection organization or Industrial Association and preference shall be given to a person who resides in the same area of CGRF Location mentioned in Advertisement |
