Kendriya Vidyalaya Class 1 registration process can be completed at kvsangathan.nic.in. This year, instead of 40 seats in Kendriya Vidyalaya, admission will be available on only 32 seats. Please choose a tab labeled “Select Vidyalaya 1” / “Select Vidyalaya 2” / “Select Vidyalaya 3” to enter Vidyalaya-specific details. Each of the Vidyalayas chosen in one application form will consider the admission application of the child independently. Thus, application to multiple Vidyalayas or the order in which the Vidyalayas are chosen in the application form DOES NOT affect the chances of admission to any of the Vidyalayas applied to.

Each Vidyalaya falls under exactly one category.

Region: Once the Vidyalaya is chosen, the KVS region of the Vidyalaya will also be automatically displayed.
Sponsoring Agency: Once the Vidyalaya is chosen, the sponsoring agency of the school (if information about this is available) will also be automatically displayed.
Location Type: Once the Vidyalaya is chosen, the location type of the Vidyalaya will also be automatically displayed.
Vidyalaya Location Map: Once the Vidyalaya is chosen, the Vidyalaya location can be seen on a static map by clicking this link. Note that this will open a new tab in your browser, where a map indicating the school will be displayed.
Distance of Vidyalaya from residence: This will appear as a mandatory field in the form only for those who are applying in one of the following categories: Differently Abled, SC, ST, OBC (Non-creamy layer), Economically Weaker Section (EWS), Below Poverty Line (BPL). For all others, this field will not appear in the form. A child applying in one of the above categories will be automatically considered for admission in RTE category in a Vidyalaya she/he has applied to, if the child’s residence is within a specified distance from the Vidyalaya, as per KVS admission guidelines (see here).
Since Kendriya Vidyalayas are located at places with varied density of population, they have been categorised as follows for determining the limits of neighbourhood, for purposes of determining eligibility for admission in RTE category:
Major cities and urban areas (all district Headquarters & metros): 5 km radius from Vidyalaya
Places and areas other than included in above: 8 km radius from Vidyalaya
Therefore, a child is eligible for admission to a Vidyalaya in RTE category only if the child applies in one of the categories mentioned above and the child’s residence is no farther than 5km from the Vidyalaya in major cities and urban areas, and no farther than 8km from the Vidyalaya in all other areas.
Depending on the region (urban/rural) of the Vidyalaya (see point vi above), the following options will be displayed for filling in this field: For a Vidyalaya in an urban region, there options are
Less than or equal to 5 km
More than 5 km

For Vidyalaya in a rural region, the options are
Less than or equal to 8 km
More than 8 km
Choose the correct option for the radial distance of the chosen Vidyalaya from the child’s residence. Note: This field must be separately filled for each Vidyalaya the child is applying to. Moreover, a distance declaration affirming that the radial distance of the Vidyalaya from the child’s residence, as indicated in this field, is indeed correct, must be provided by the applicant in the Declaration and Submit tab/section of the application form. If a child is offered provisional admission by a Vidyalaya in RTE category, proof of residence will have to be produced at the time of admission. However, admission cannot be denied due to non-submission of valid proof of residence.

Kendriya Vidyalaya Revised Schedule Released

KVS Admission 2022-23 : Kendriya Vidyalaya has fixed the age of admission for the first. According to this, only students who have completed six years will be able to get admission for the first time. Kendriya Vidyalaya has also announced a revised schedule for the first admission. Details are given on the official website. Further details are as follows:-

केंद्रीय विद्यालयात पहिलीसाठी होणाऱ्या प्रवेशाचे वय निश्चित करण्यात आले आहे. यानुसार सहा वर्षे पूर्ण झालेल्या विद्यार्थ्यांनाच पहिलीसाठी प्रवेश मिळू शकणार आहे. तसेच पहिलीच्या प्रवेशासाठी केंद्रीय विद्यालयात संघटनेकडून सुधारित वेळापत्रक जाहीर करण्यात आले आहे. अधिकृत वेबसाइटवर याचा सविस्तर तपशील देण्यात आला आहे.

• केंद्रीय विद्यालय (Kendriya Vidyalaya) संघटनेने २०२२-२३ या वर्षासाठी देश आणि परदेशातील केंद्रीय विद्यालयांमध्ये होणाऱ्या प्रवेशाचे (KVS Admission 2022-23) सुधारित वेळापत्रक (Kendriya Vidyalaya Revised schedule) प्रसिद्ध केले आहे.
• संस्थेने जाहीर केलेल्या केव्हीएस प्रवेश २०२२-२३ (KVS Admission 2022-23) च्या सुधारित वेळापत्रकानुसार, ऑनलाइन लॉटरी २९ एप्रिल २०२२ रोजी आयोजित केली जाणार आहे.
• तसेच इयत्ता पहिलीच्या प्रवेशाची पहिली यादी देखील केव्हीएसतर्फे आजच प्रसिद्ध केली जाणार आहे.
• त्यानंतर ६ मे रोजी दुसरी यादी आणि १० मे २०२२ रोजी तिसरी यादी जाहीर केली जाणार आहे.
• केव्हीएसच्या सूचनेनुसार, पहिल्या दोन याद्यांनंतर जागा रिक्त राहिल्या असतील तरच तिसरी यादी जाहीर केली जाणार आहे.

पुढील वर्गांसाठी प्रवेश 

Parents whose names are included in the list released on April 21 and who have not yet been admitted were urged to complete the admission process as soon as possible. According to the revised schedule announced by the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangh, April 28 was the last date for admission to Class II and beyond.

As per the instructions of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sanghatana, the first list of KVS class first admission 2022 will be published on the official website. Apart from this, the parents will also be able to go to the concerned school and see the notice board of the Kendriya Vidyalaya. All the schools have been instructed by KVS to display the list on their notice boards.

पहिलीच्या प्रवेशासाठी वयोमर्यादा निश्चित 

• केंद्रीय विद्यालय (Kendriya Vidyalaya) संस्थेने एक महत्त्वाचा निर्णय घेतला आहे. या निर्णयानुसार इयत्ता पहिलीच्या प्रवेशासाठी (1st std admission) मुलांची वयोमर्यादा वाढविण्यात आली आहे.
• नवीन शैक्षणिक धोरणांतर्गत (New Educational Policy) केंद्रीय विद्यालयाने हा निर्णय घेतला आहे.
• शैक्षणिक सत्र २०२२-२३ पासून इयत्ता पहिली मधील नोंदणीसाठी आता मुलाचे वय १ मार्च २०२२ पर्यंत सहा वर्षे पूर्ण असणे आवश्यक आहे.
• आधी हे वय पाच वर्षे होते आणि आता त्यात बदल करण्यात आला आहे.
• दुसरीकडे देशभरातील केंद्रीय विद्यालयात शैक्षणिक आणि शिक्षकेत्तर पदांवर बंपर भरती सुरु आहे.

Kendriya Vidyalaya Admission

KVS Admission 2022-23: Kendriya Vidyalaya has low admission fee along with good education. Therefore, the majority of parents are just starting the race for admission here. Earlier, the admission was from the Union Education Minister and MP quota. Now the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangh has canceled this quota. This quota will be canceled till further notice. Further details are as follows:-

केंद्रीय विद्यालयामध्ये उत्तम शिक्षणासोबत प्रवेश शुल्क देखील कमी असते. त्यामुळे बहुसंख्य पालकांची येथील प्रवेशासाठी रस्सीखेच सुरु असते. याआधी केंद्रीय शिक्षणमंत्री आणि खासदार कोट्यातून हे प्रवेश व्हायचे. आता केंद्रीय विद्यालय संघटनेने हा कोटा रद्द केला आहे. पुढील निर्णय येईपर्यंत हा कोटा रद्द असणार आहे.

• काही खासदार या निर्णयावर खूश आहेत तर काहींनी हा कोटा रद्द न करता वाढवायला हवा होता असा आक्षेप घेतला आहे.
• करोनाच्या काळात अनाथ झालेल्या मुलांना प्रवेशात प्राधान्य देण्यात येईल अशी प्रतिक्रिया केंद्रीय शिक्षणमंत्री धर्मेंद्र प्रधान यांनी दिली.
• ‘गरीब आणि गरजू विद्यार्थ्यांना या कोट्यातून प्रवेश मिळतो.
• गरीब कुटुंबांची आर्थिक परिस्थिती हलाखीची असल्याने त्यांना खासगी शाळेत शिकता येत नाही’ असे काँग्रेस नेते उदित राज म्हणाले.
• भाजप सरकारने गरीब विद्यार्थ्यांचा हक्क हिरावून कोटा वाढवण्याऐवजी हा कोटा रद्द केला आहे.
• आमचे सरकार आल्यावर हा रद्द केलेला कोटा पूर्ववत करेल असेही ते पुढे म्हणाले.

कोट्यातून असा मिळायचा प्रवेश

Till last year, 10 seats were reserved for MPs for admission in Kendriya Vidyalaya. This means that each MP can admit 10 students in KVS in his constituency. KVS coupons were announced for Lok Sabha MPs or Rajya Sabha MPs. The quota for Education Minister was 450 seats. This means that the Ministry of Education could admit 450 students in KVS. But now all these quotas have been canceled till further orders from KVS.

खासदारांच्या कोट्याचा फायदा कोणाला? 

• या कोट्यातून गरीब आणि गरजू विद्यार्थ्यांना प्रवेश दिला जातो असे खासदारांचे म्हणणे आहे.
• गरीब विद्यार्थी किंवा गरजू विद्यार्थी खासदारांकडे यायचे आणि नावनोंदणी करून घेत असत.
• पण हे प्रत्यक्षात खरे आहे का? यावर प्रश्नचिन्ह उपस्थित होतो.
• खासदारांकडून आपल्या ओळखीतल्या मुलांची नोंदणी करून घेतली जात असे.

• पण या निर्णयाला विरोध झाल्यावर कपिल सिब्बल यांना हा निर्णय मागे घ्यावा लागला.
• सिब्बल यांनी खासदारांचा कोटा सुरु ठेवला.
• पण शिक्षणमंत्र्यांचा कोटा समाप्त केला.
• त्यानंतर २०१४ च्या एनडीए सरकारमध्ये मनुष्यबळ विकास मंत्री असलेल्या स्मृती इराणी यांनीही शिक्षण मंत्रीपदाचा कोटा बहाल केला.

• प्रवेश वयोमर्यादेत बदल करण्याच्या निर्णयाविरुद्ध यूकेजी विद्यार्थ्याचे वकील अशोक अग्रवाल यांनी उच्च न्यायालयाला याचिका दाखल केली.
• केंद्रीय विद्यालयांमध्ये प्रवेशासाठी वयोमर्यादेत अचानक बदल करण्यात आला आहे.
• संस्थेने प्रवेश प्रक्रिया सुरू होण्याच्या चार दिवस आधी नोटिफिकेशनद्वारे वयोमर्यादा पाच वर्षांवरून सहा वर्षे केल्याची माहिती दिली असे अशोक अग्रवाल यांनी न्यायालयात सांगितले.
• हा बदल अनैतिक आणि बेकायदेशीर असल्याचा युक्तिवाद याचिकेत करण्यात आला होता.
• हा बदल शिक्षण हक्क कायदा, घटनेच्या कलम १४, २१, २१ ए, दिल्ली शालेय शिक्षण कायदा १९७३, बालकांचा मोफत आणि सक्तीच्या शिक्षणाचा अधिकार कायदा २००९ चे उल्लंघन असल्याचे यावेळी सांगण्यात आले.

केंद्रीय विद्यालयात प्रवेश घेऊ इच्छिणाऱ्या विद्यार्थ्यांसाठी मोठी बातमी आहे. यावेळी केंद्रीय संघटनेच्या शाळांमध्ये 9 वीच्या वर्गात प्रवेशासाठी कोणतीही परीक्षा घेतली जाणार नसल्याचे म्हटले आहे. साथीच्या रोगाच्या पार्श्वभूमीवर केव्हीएसने हा निर्णय घेतला.

केव्हीएसने प्रसिध्द केलेल्या नोटिसीत म्हटले आहे, की साथीच्या आजारामुळे 9 वी प्रवेशासाठी लेखी प्रवेश परीक्षा रद्द केली जात आहे. प्रसिध्द केलेल्या आदेशानुसार, केंद्रीय विद्यालयाने प्रवेश प्रक्रियेमध्ये काही बदल करण्याचा निर्णय घेतला आहे. केव्हीएसच्या म्हणण्यानुसार, या वेळी प्राथमिक प्रवर्गाच्या आधारे नवीच्या वर्गात प्रवेश असणार आहे.

या व्यतिरिक्त केंद्रीय विद्यालयाने शैक्षणिक सत्र 2021-22 मध्ये प्रथम श्रेणी प्रवेशासाठी सुरू असलेली प्रक्रिया पुढे ढकलली आहे. असे म्हणतात, की परिस्थिती सामान्य झाल्यास प्रवेश प्रक्रिया पुन्हा सुरू करण्याचा विचार केला जाईल. केव्हीएसने प्रथम वर्गात प्रवेश घेण्यासाठी ऑनलाइन नोंदणी केली होती. त्यानंतर 23 एप्रिल रोजी पहिली यादी जाहीर केली जाणार होती. यानंतर प्रथम श्रेणीसाठी ऑनलाइन नोंदणीही सुरू होणार होती. ज्या शाळांमध्ये गर्दी असायची. हे टाळण्यासाठी प्रवेश प्रक्रिया बंद करण्यात आली आहे.
