Supreme Court of India Exam Date 2023 : The candidates who have submitted an application for appearing in the Written Test in connection with the selection process of eligible candidates for engagement as Law Clerk-cum-Research Associates for the next assignment term-2023-2024 are hereby informed that Part-I (Multiple Choice Based Questions) and Part-II (Subjective Written Examination) of the above-said Examination will be conducted in pen and paper mode on Saturday, May 27, 2023 in two shifts (Part-I : 09.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. and Part-II : 02.30 p.m. to 06.00 p.m.) at various centres across the country as mentioned in the Scheme for Engaging Law Clerk-cum-Research Associates on Short-Term Contractual Assignment in the Supreme Court of India– April, 2023, excluding Imphal, Srinagar and Visakhapatnam as adequate number of candidates have not opted/registered for the said cities. The candidates who have opted for these three cities will be allotted cities opted by them as second preference/choice

ज्या उमेदवारांनी पुढील असाइनमेंट टर्म-2023-2024 साठी लॉ क्लर्क-कम-रिसर्च असोसिएट्स म्हणून नियुक्ती करण्यासाठी पात्र उमेदवारांच्या निवड प्रक्रियेच्या संदर्भात लेखी परीक्षेत उपस्थित राहण्यासाठी अर्ज सादर केला आहे त्यांना याद्वारे सूचित केले जाते की भाग-1 (एकाधिक निवड आधारित प्रश्न) आणि वरील परीक्षेचा भाग-II (व्यक्तिपरक लेखी परीक्षा) शनिवार, 27 मे 2023 रोजी पेन आणि पेपर पद्धतीने दोन शिफ्टमध्ये (भाग-I : सकाळी 09.30 ते दुपारी 12.30 आणि भाग-II) ) दुपारी 02.30 ते संध्याकाळी 06.00) घेण्यात येईल.

The `Sample Guide’of questions and answers for the purpose of illustrations will also be uploaded on the website of Supreme Court of India shortly. All the candidates appearing in the Law Clerk-cum-Research Associates Examination-2023 are requested to visit the Supreme Court website regularly for any update relating to said Examination.

Method of Selection

• Written Test and Interview
• On the basis of the marks secured by the candidates in the Written Test, a merit list will be drawn and candidates will be short-listed.
• Short-listed candidates, three times of actual requirement, in the order of merit, will be called for an Interview.
• A final select list shall be prepared as per requirement on the basis of Written Test and Interview.
