AEES MODE OF SELECTION:
Selection of candidates for all posts shall be made on the basis of their Performance in a CBT followed by a Skill test/Interview.
Detailed guidelines and procedure for appearing in Computer Based Test (CBT): A Computer Based Test (CBT) requires candidates to sit in front of a computer terminal (node) allocated to them against their Roll number and Admit card. After logging the candidate will get detailed instructions for the examinations. At the designated time of start of examination, the candidates will be able to proceed and see the questions on the computer screen using the computer mouse. They will have to answer the questions on the computer by clicking the appropriate bubble. Candidates will have the option to change / modify/edit/answers already entered any time during the examination. Detailed guidelines and Procedure for appearing in CBT, along with a Sample/mock test, will be made available on the Online Application Portal of AEES (https://aees.onlineregistrationforms.com).
The mode of examination will be CBT comprising Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs). Scheme of the CBT shall be as under

उमेदवारांची निवड संगणक आधारित परीक्षा (CBT) आणि त्यानंतर पदानुसार Skill Test किंवा Interview यांच्या माध्यमातून केली जाणार आहे.
- Principal / Vice-Principal: CBT आणि Interview.
- PGT / TGT: CBT आणि Teaching Skill Test.
- PRT / Librarian / Balvatika Teacher: CBT आणि Skill Test.
शिक्षक पदांसाठी Skill Test हा Qualifying स्वरूपाचा असून, Chalk and Board पद्धतीने उमेदवारांच्या अध्यापन कौशल्याची तपासणी केली जाईल. Principal आणि Vice-Principal पदांसाठी मुलाखत घेतली जाईल.

AEES Recruitment Interview/ Skill Test:
Preparation of list of Candidates for Skill Test:
A list of qualified candidates shall be prepared on the basis of the result of CBT for all the categories under each post based on the following
a) For UR/EWS vacancies – UR/EWS candidates who score 60% or above in CBT will be eligible for short listing for skill test
b) For SC/ST/OBC/PwBD vacancies Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PwBD who scores 54% or above in CBT will be eligible for short listing for skill test
c) In case of non-availability of required no. of candidates qualifying for any category under a post in CBT as per above norms, AEES reserves the right to bring down the minimum percentage of marks for qualifying in CBT (but not less than 55% marks for UR, EWS vacancies and not less than 49% for SC, ST, OBC, PwBD vacancies)
Interview for the Post of Principal/ Vice-Principal: Candidates shall be called for interview from the list of candidates who qualified in the CBT in the order of merit.
Skill Test for the post of PGTS, TGTs, Librarian, PRT, PRT (Music) and Balvatika Teacher: The skill test shall be of qualifying nature and shall be conducted on “Go/ No Go” basis. The test shall be chalk and board-based test for teaching skills. The candidates shall be given subject oriented topic. Candidates will have to demonstrate their teaching ability to the committee.

AEES Recruitment Medical Test Details
The candidates who receive the offer of appointment will be medically examined. A candidate must be in good mental and bodily health to discharge of his/her duties. A candidate who is found not to satisfy these requirements, as may be prescribed by the competent authority, will not be appointed.
AEES Mock Test for Computer Based Test (CBT)
Candidates provisionally eligible for appearing in CBT, shall be provided with a Mock CBT Practice Link within their applicant login after issuance of call letter so that they can get accustomed to the software pattern/screens and practice the method of computer-based test, i.e. question and answering mode in MCQ. All candidates are expected to practice the same so as to minimize any query during actual exam. However, the sample questions to be used in mock test are only for reference, the pattern and standard of these questions need not be same as actual CBT.
