DHE NOC Portal 2026 – The Department of Higher Education has granted approval to fill 5,012 vacant teaching positions within the state’s aided colleges. Accordingly, in the first phase, the Department of Higher Education had communicated the subject-wise vacancies to the respective colleges. Subsequently—following the verification of the ‘Roster’ (Bindu Namavali)—the ‘DHE NOC’ portal has now been operationalized to issue ‘No Objection Certificates’ (NOCs) for the purpose of filling these vacancies. Dr. Shailendra Deolankar, the State Director of Higher Education, informed that NOCs will be issued to all colleges through this portal. In the initial phase, the Divisional Joint Directors granted subject-wise approval for filling specific vacancies from among the total vacant positions across all aided colleges. Subsequently, the concerned institutions were directed to have their Rosters verified by the Backward Class Cell. Once this verification process is complete, the Department of Higher Education will issue the ‘No Objection Certificates’ to the colleges to proceed with the recruitment of staff. This portal has been launched specifically to facilitate this process. The issuance of User IDs and Passwords—required to access and utilize the portal—is now commencing for colleges affiliated with institutions holding minority status.

राज्यातील अनुदानित महाविद्यालयातील रिक्त जागांपैकी ५ हजार १२ प्राध्यापकांच्या जागा भरण्यास उच्च शिक्षण विभागाने मान्यता दिली आहे. त्यानुसार पहिल्या टप्प्यात उच्च शिक्षण विभागाने महाविद्यालयांना विषयानुसार रिक्त जागा कळविल्या होत्या. त्यानंतर आता बिंदू नामावली तापासल्यानंतर जागा भरण्यासाठी ‘ना हरकत प्रमाणपत्र’ (NOC) देण्यासाठी ‘DHE NOC’ पोर्टल कार्यान्वित केले आहे. त्या पोर्टवरून सर्व महाविद्यालयांना ‘NOC’ देण्यात येणार असल्याची माहिती राज्याचे उच्च शिक्षण संचालक डॉ. शैलेंद्र देवळाणकर यांनी दिली. पहिल्या टप्प्यात सर्व अनुदानित महाविद्यालयातील रिक्त जागा, त्यापैकी जागा भरण्यास विषयनिहाय मान्यता विभागीय सहसंचालकांनी दिली. त्यानंतर संस्थांना मागासवर्गीय कक्षाकडून बिंदू नामावली तपासून घेण्याचे आदेश दिले. ती तपासून आल्यानंतर महाविद्यालयांना पदभरतीसाठी ‘ना हरकत प्रमाणपत्र’ उच्च शिक्षणाकडून देण्यात येणार आहे. त्यासाठी हे पोर्टल कार्यान्वित झाले. अल्पसंख्याक दर्जा असलेल्या संस्थेच्या महाविद्यालयांना पोर्टलचा वापर करण्यासाठी युझर आयडी आणि पासवर्ड देण्यास सुरुवात होत आहे.

पोर्टलवर संपूर्ण माहिती असणार – उच्च शिक्षण विभागाने ‘एनओसी’साठी तयार केलेले हे पोर्टलवर सर्व महाविद्यालयाच्या भरण्यात येणाऱ्या विषयनिहाय जागा, रिक्त जागांची माहिती अपडेट असेल.
