DCDRC Bharti 2025 -There are a total of 236 vacant posts in all the District Consumer Grievance Redressal Commissions in the state. This is having a bad impact on the daily functioning of the commission. It is becoming difficult to work effectively and expeditiously under DCDRC Bharti 2025. Considering this matter, the All India Consumer Panchayat has submitted a representation to Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and demanded immediate filling of the vacant posts. A law has been implemented in the country to protect the rights of consumers. Consumer commissions have been established under it. According to the law, it is mandatory to resolve consumer complaints within 90 days. However, due to lack of necessary manpower, complaints remain pending for years. Complaining consumers do not get justice in time. Therefore, it is necessary to fill the vacant posts immediately, it has been mentioned in the representation.

DCDRC – District Consumer Grievance Redress Commissions राज्यातील सर्व जिल्हा ग्राहक तक्रार निवारण आयोगांमध्ये एकूण २३६ पदे रिक्त आहेत. त्याचा आयोगाच्या दैनंदिन कामकाजावर वाईट परिणाम होत आहे. प्रभावीपणे व गतीने कामकाज करणे कठीण जात आहे. अखिल भारतीय ग्राहक पंचायतीने ही बाब लक्षात घेता मुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांना निवेदन सादर करून रिक्त पदे तातडीने भरण्याची मागणी केली आहे. ग्राहकांच्या अधिकारांचे संरक्षण करण्यासाठी देशात कायदा लागू करण्यात आला आहे. त्यांतर्गत ग्राहक आयोगांची स्थापना करण्यात आली आहे. कायद्यानुसार ग्राहकांची तक्रार ९० दिवसांमध्ये निकाली निघणे बंधनकारक आहे. परंतु, आवश्यक मनुष्यबळ नसल्यामुळे तक्रारी वर्षानुवर्षे प्रलंबित राहतात. तक्रारकर्त्या ग्राहकांना वेळेत न्याय मिळत नाही. करिता, रिक्त पदे तातडीने भरणे आवश्यक आहे, असे निवेदनात नमूद करण्यात आले आहे.

१२ अध्यक्षांची राज्यातील ४१ पैकी केवळ २९ जिल्हा आयोगांमध्येच अध्यक्ष कार्यरत आहेत. १२ आयोगांमधील अध्यक्ष पद रिक्त आहे. तसेच, सदस्यांची ८२पैकी २४ पदे रिक्त आहेत. सध्या सदस्यांची केवळ ५८ पदे २ भरलेली आहेत. याशिवाय, रिक्त पदांमुळे दहा ग्राहक आयोगांचे कामकाज बंद पडले आहे.
