Pragati Scholarship Scheme has been launched by the all India council for technical education (AICTE). The main aim of AICTE – Pragati Scholarship Scheme is to provide good educational facilities to all the girls’ students for pursuing technical education in the country. To promote the education of girls in the country, AICTE offers scholarships to students who want to pursue higher education in technology. Under this AICTE gives Rs. 30,000 each to 4,000 girls. Applications for AICTE Progress Scholarships start in August / September every year. No entrance test is conducted for AICTE Scholarship. This scholarship is beneficial for students from poor families who want to learn. Under Pragati Scholarship Scheme 2023, girls get help in education. The main objective of the Pragati Scholarship Scheme is to enhance the knowledge and skills of the young girls in the country so that they can contribute to the development of the country.

Pragati Scholarship Scheme 2023 Required Document

Below is the list of required document to apply for Pragati Scholarship Scheme 2023

1. Mark Sheet of standard 10th /12th / others as applicable.
2. Annual family Income Certificate for the preceding financial year in the prescribed format issued by not below the rank of Tahsildar.
3. Admission letter issued by Directorate of Technical Education for the admission in Diploma/Degree course.
4. Certificate issued by the Director/Principal/ Head of the Institute.
5.  Tuition fee receipt.
6. AADHAR seeded Bank Pass Book in the name of the student indicating Account number, IFSC code and Photograph
7. Caste Certificate for SC/ST/OBC category.
8. AADHAR Card
9. Declaration by parents duly signed stating that the information provided by their child is correct and will refund Scholarship amount, if found false at any stage.

• शिष्यवृत्तीसाठी पात्रता
• फक्त मुलगी यासाठी अर्ज करू शकते.
• अर्जदार भारतीय नागरिक असणे आवश्यक आहे.
• अर्ज करणारी मुलगी ऑल इंडिया काऊन्सिल फॉर टेक्निकल एज्युकेशन (एआयसीटीई) द्वारे मान्यताप्राप्त कॉलेज, इन्स्टिट्यूट किंवा विद्यापीठात प्रथम वर्षाची विद्यार्थीनी असावी.
• भारताच्या कोणत्याही राज्य किंवा केंद्रशासित प्रदेशाचे कायमस्वरूपी रहिवासी असणे आवश्यक आहे.
• अर्जदाराच्या पालकांचे वार्षिक उत्पन्न 8 लाखापेक्षा कमी असावे.
• कुटुंबात एकापेक्षा जास्त मुली असतील तर सर्व मुली एआयसीटीई प्रगती शिष्यवृत्ती योजनेचा लाभ घेऊ शकतात.

How to Apply for Pragati Scholarship Scheme 2023

प्रगती शिष्यवृत्ती योजना 2023 साठी अर्ज कसा करावा:

• First Visit on the AICTE’s official website
• Candidates need to have to register themself.
• After registration Candidates will get ID and password.
• Login with ID and password.
• After logging in to AICTE Pragati Scholarship Scheme you will get a form to apply for Pragati Scholarship Scheme.
• Fill in all the information requested in that form.
• After filling in all the information carefully, upload the other documents requested in it.
• Submit the form after uploading the documents.
• Once the application is selected you will be notified by mobile and email id.

Reservation for Pragati Scholarship Scheme 2023

As per the mention in AICTE guideline – AICTE decided to give reservation to the SC, ST and OBC category candidates. AICTE had reserved some percentage of the total scholarship for these categories. The percentage is as follows:-

• OBC- 27%
• SC- 15%
• ST- 7.5%
