महामेश मेंढी गट वाटप योजनेसाठी पात्रता काय ? 

• या योजनेचा लाभ फक्त भटक्या जाती व भटक्या जमातीतील नागरिकांना घेता येईल.
• या योजनेचा जर तुम्हाला लाभ घ्यावयाचा असेल तर तुमचे वय 18 ते 60 वर्ष इतके असावे.
• या योजनेत महिलांसाठी 30 टक्के आरक्षण देण्यात आलेले आहे.
• या योजनेत अपंग नागरिकांसाठी 3 टक्के आरक्षण देण्यात आलेले आहे.
• या योजनेच्या माध्यमातून भटक्या जाती व भटक्या जमाती प्रवर्गातील नागरिकांचे बचत गट असतील पशुपालक उत्पादक कंपन्या असतील तर त्यांना प्रामुख्याने प्राधान्य दिले जाईल.
• ज्या नागरिकांनी यापूर्वी या योजनेचा लाभ घेतलेला असेल त्या नागरिकांना आता या योजनेसाठी अर्ज करता येणार नाही.
• पशुसंवर्धन विभागाकडून मागील 3 वर्षांमध्ये कोणत्याही प्रकारच्या योजनेचा नागरिकांनी जर लाभ घेतलेला असेल तर त्या नागरिकांना या योजनेसाठी अर्ज करता येणार नाही.
• कुटुंबातील एकच व्यक्ती या योजनेसाठी अर्ज करू शकतो.
• योजनेचा लाभ घ्यायचा असेल तर अर्जदाराकडे शेड बांधण्याकरिता स्वतःची जागा असणे आवश्यक आहे.
• अर्जदाराच्या कुटुंबातील व्यक्ती शासकीय , निमशासकीय स्थानिक स्वराज्य संस्थेत , सेवानिवृत्त , वेतनधारक तसेच केंद्र शासन , राज्य शासन , पदाधिकारी कोणत्याही प्रकारचा कर्मचारी नसावा.

महामेश मेंढी गट वाटप योजने अंतर्गत खालील लाभ देण्यात येतात ?

• या योजनेच्या माध्यमातून मेंढी पालन करण्यासाठी 20 मेंढ्या व 1 नर मेंढा अशा प्रकारे गट वाटप करण्यात येते.
• या योजनेच्या माध्यमातून मेंढी पालन करण्यासाठी सुधारित प्रजातीच्या मेंढ्या पालन करण्यासाठी 75 टक्के अनुदान शासनाकडून देण्यात येते.
• मेंढ्यांसाठी खाद्य उपलब्ध करून देण्यासाठी शासनाकडून 75 टक्के अनुदान देण्यात येते.
• मुरघास करण्याकरिता 50 टक्के अनुदान देण्यात येते.
• या योजनेच्या माध्यमातून पशुखाद्य उभारण्याकरिता 50 टक्के अनुदान देण्यात येते.

महामेष मेंढी पालन योजना महाराष्ट्र अंतर्गत आपल्या महाराष्ट्र राज्यातील भटक्या जमाती म्हणजेच भज-क या प्रवर्गातील तसेच मुंबई व मुंबई उपनगर हे जिल्हे वगळता उर्वरित 34 जिल्ह्यातील व्यक्तींना अर्ज करता येणार आहे.

योजनेसाठी ऑनलाईन अर्ज कसा करायचा ?

• या योजनेसाठी जर तुम्हाला अर्ज करायचा असेल तर 15 नोव्हेंबर 2023 ते 30 नोव्हेंबर 2023 या कालावधीमध्ये तुम्ही या योजनेसाठी ऑनलाईन पद्धतीने अर्ज करू शकता.
• ऑनलाइन अर्ज करण्यासाठी तुम्हाला तुमच्या मोबाईल मधून Google Play Store वरून Mahamesh Application डाऊनलोड करावे लागेल तुम्ही येथून देखील अर्ज करू शकता.

2019 च्या अर्थसंकल्पीय अधिवेशनात राज्यात मेंढीपालनाला चालना देण्यासाठी महामेश ही नवीन योजना 75 टक्के अनुदानावर मेंढ्या वाटप करण्याची घोषणा करण्यात आली होती. महामेश योजनेंतर्गत मेंढ्या वाटपासाठी ७५% अनुदान, प्रगत जातीसाठी नर मेंढ्यांचे गट वाटप, मेंढ्यांसाठी ७५% अनुदान आणि लाभार्थ्यांना २५% अनुदान दिले जाईल. त्याचप्रमाणे, बीट हिरव्या कोंबड्यांसाठी मिनी सायलेज बेलर्स कम रॅपर्ससाठी 25 टक्के अनुदान (चार लाखांच्या मर्यादेपर्यंत) आणि 50 टक्के अनुदान (पाच लाखांपर्यंत) स्थापित केले जाईल. महामेश योजना 2021-22 नुसार एकूण 1,000 मेंढ्या 20 मेंढ्या आणि 1 मेंढ्या (कायम-500 आणि स्थलांतरित-500) वाटप केल्या जातील आणि पुढील 10 वर्षांत सुमारे 53 हजार 400 नर मेंढ्या चांगल्या प्रजातींसाठी वाटप केल्या जातील. त्यापैकी यंदा 5340 नर मेंढ्या वितरणासाठी मंजूर करण्यात आल्या.

अर्जदारांनी अर्ज करण्याबाबतची कार्यवाही

1. अर्जामध्ये दर्शविण्यात आलेल्या मुद्द्यांबाबतची माहिती अर्जदारांनी काळजीपूर्वक भरावी.
2. प्रत्येक मुद्द्याची माहिती भरून झाल्यावर SAVE चे बटण दाबावे म्हणजे भरलेली माहिती SAVE होईल.
3. त्यानंतर त्याच अर्जामध्ये योजने मधील कोणत्या उपघटकामध्ये लाभ घ्यावयाचा आहे त्याची निवड करण्यात यावी.
4. अर्ज सबमीट झाल्यानंतर “Application Form is submitted successfully” असा मेसेज आल्यानंतरच अर्जदाराचा अर्ज निवडीकरिता सादर झाल्याचे समजावे.
5. त्यानंतर “View receipt” या बटनावर क्लिक केल्यास अर्जाची पावती अर्जदारास दिसेल, त्याची प्रिंट काढून घ्यावी.
