Extension/Corrections in submission of Private Candidates of
Class X/XII Forms for session 2020-21
Dear Candidates,
You are aware that the last date for submission of Private Candidates’ data for session 2020-21 was 11.11.2020 with normal fees and 21.11.2020 with late fees for both classes-X and XII. Correctness of students’ data is of highest importance as data of Private candidates is used for:
1. Issuing of Admit card to the students
2. Issuing of Mark Sheet/Certificates
However, after last date of submission of Private candidates’ data, some candidates have requested for correction in data and also some requests received by the Board to extend the last date. Looking into the requests made by the candidates, as one time measure, the link for submission/correction in the Private candidate’s data and filling of Private Candidates examination form is being opened. In this regard, it is informed that there are following two activities:-
1. Submission of examination form by left out candidates
2. Correction in data by the candidates already submitted examination form
To ensure that data remain intact, private candidates will be allowed to carry out activities as per following schedule:-
1 Submission of examination form by left out candidates: 05.12.2020(Saturday) to 09.12.2020(Wednesday)
2 Correction in data by the candidates already submitted examination form : 10.12.2020 (Thursday) to 14.12.2020 (Monday)
