Maharashtra FYJC CET 2021 Application Form has been released on cet.mhssc.ac.in website link as shared on mahahsscboard.in at 11:30 am today – July 20, 2021.
11th Admission 2021 Process : Maharashtra Board has been the registration process for FYJC admissions on the official website – cet.mh-ssc.ac.in. The registration started today around 11:30 am. The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) will be conducting a CET for admissions to the first year of junior college (FYJC) or Class 11th admissions. The examination will be held on August 21, 2021, state education minister Varsha Gaikwad announced. Students will be able to apply for MHT CET 2021 exam from July 20 to July 26. MHT CET application forms 2021 are to be filled in an online mode only.

विद्यार्थ्यांसाठी विशेष फेरीबाबत सूचना- विशेष फेरीमध्ये सहभागी होण्यासाठी प्रत्येक विद्यार्थ्याने ऑनलाईन संमती देणे बंधनकारक आहे. विद्यार्थ्याने आपला Option Form लॉक करणे हीच त्याची संमती समजली जाईल. सबब सर्व विद्यार्थ्यांचे पसंतीक्रम अर्ज भाग-2 अनलॉक करण्यात आलेले आहेत. तरी ज्यांना प्रवेशासाठी विशेष फेरीमध्ये सहभागी व्हावयाचे आहे त्यांनी आपला अर्ज भाग-2 लॉक करावा. अन्यथा Option Form लॉक न केलेल्या विद्यार्थ्यांना विशेष फेरीमध्ये समाविष्ट केले जाणार नाही. Option Form लॉक करण्यापूर्वी विद्यार्थ्यांना आपले पसंतीक्रम बदलता येतील. |

Imp. note for students about special rounds- It is mandatory for every student to give online CONSENT to participate in the SPECIAL ROUND. The student’s consent will be considered to LOCK HIS OPTION FORM. The reason is that all the students’ Part-2 option forms have been unlocked. However, those who want to participate in the special round of admission should lock their Option form Part-2. Otherwise Option Form Unlocked students will not be considered in the special round. While locking Option Form students can change their preferences too. |

विशेष फेरीसाठी Allocation Logic- विशेष फेरीमध्येही नियमित फेरीप्रमाने आरक्षणाचे सर्व नियम लागू असतील. मागासवर्गीय विद्यार्थ्यांना खुल्या प्रवर्गातून अथवा त्यांचे प्रवर्गातील जागा उपलब्ध असल्यास त्या प्रवर्गातून गुणवत्तेनुसार allotment मिळेल. यानंतर जर प्रवेशासाठी उमेदवार शिल्लक नसल्याने एखाद्या राखीव प्रवर्गातील जागा रिक्त राहत असल्यास सदर प्रवर्गाच्या जागा खुल्या प्रवर्गातून भरण्यासाठी उपलब्ध होतील. यामुळे खुल्या प्रवर्गासाठी जागांची उपलब्धता वाढेल. विद्यार्थ्यास सर्वोत्तम पसंतीचे विद्यालय मिळेपर्यंत अशी प्रक्रिया सुरू राहील. |

Allocation Logic for Special Round- All the rules of reservation will be applicable even in special rounds as in regular rounds. Backward class students will get allotment as per merit from the General Category or if there is vacancy available in their category. After this, if there is vacancy in a reserved category due to non-availability of candidates for admission, these seats in that category will be made available to be filled from the General Category. This will increase the availability of seats for the open category. This process will continue until the student finds the best preferred Jr. College for allotment. |

1) Quota (Management and In-house) seat surrender will be available from 17 to 30 August, 2021 (except 25 & 26 August).
2) All Quota admissions will be available from 23 to 30 August, 2021 (Except 25 & 26 August).For students :-Application form Part-1 edit & Option from Part-2 filling will remain closed during 23 to 30 August 2021, whereas new student registration and Part-1 process will be continue till the end of admission process.

Leaving Certificate (LC) :-LC is not mandatory at application stage. However, it is mandatory at the time of Admission which you will require to upload at Proceed for Admission page after college allotment.
Mark-sheet :- For State Board students, mark-sheet is not required to upload at application stage. For other Board students, if you received the hard copy of your mark-sheet then you can upload the scan copies of your mark-sheet at document uploading stage. otherwise, you can upload the digital mark-sheet downloaded from your respective Board website.

FYJC Online Admission Process 2021-22
The Maharashtra state, first Year Junior Colleges admission process basically relies on the performance of a candidate in board exams. Though a candidate can register for the part I but Part II can only fill after the declaration of board results.
As per the latest information on Maharashtra FYJC Admission Process 2021-22, the board has made certain changes, from this year onwards, admission to “bifocal” seats will take earlier than the CAP process, breaking the pattern of past practice.
The reason to have a “zero round” is to mitigate the loss of empty seats. Which used to remain unfilled even after having a strong will. As by the time of admission of bifocal seats even willing candidates have already registered under a regular course.

For students who have passed/appeared secondary school certificate (std x th) Examination from state board in the year 2021-
1) While filling the form, students must fill their seat number and mother’s name in the online system. Once they submit this, other details will be filled automatically. Students should provide their Email ID (If available) in the given space.
2) Students have been given the option of selecting the medium of examination. They can select the medium as per their ‘Std. X’ Examination and provide the information regarding medium for Examination in the given space. If student selects Semi English Medium option, the English, Mathematics and Science subjects will be in English medium. For social science (History and Political Science, Geography) the student has to select one medium out of 7 other mediums as per his/her ‘Std.Xth’ Examination.
3) Students must confirm the option of selecting District and Taluka for the examination centre as per the their temporary/permanent residential address. Considering the number of students appearing for the exams from that particular Tehsil (Taluka) the board will assign any one centre to the student.
4) After filling the information as per the instructions the student must submit the form. After the submission of their form students must take a printout and keep it safe
5) Students from this category are not required to pay the examination fees.
राज्यमंडळामार्फत सन २०२१ मध्ये माध्यमिक शालान्त प्रमाणपत्र (इ.१०वी) परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण /प्रविष्ट झालेल्या विद्यार्थ्यांसाठी
१)विद्यार्थ्याने प्रथम संगणक प्रणालीमध्ये स्वतःचा बैठक क्रमांक व आईचे नाव याबाबतची माहिती भरावी. सदर माहिती सादर (Submit) केल्यानंतर उर्वरित रकान्यातील माहिती आपोआप भरली जाईल. विद्यार्थ्याने दिलेल्या रकान्यात त्याचा ई-मेल आयडी (उपलब्ध असल्यास) भरावा.
२) विद्यार्थ्याला परीक्षेसाठी माध्यमाची निवड करण्याचा विकल्प देण्यात आलेला आहे. इ. १० वीच्या परीक्षेचे माध्यमाप्रमाणे या परीक्षेसाठीचे माध्यम त्याने सदर रकान्यात निश्चित करावे. विद्यार्थ्याने सेमी इंग्रजीचा विकल्प निवडल्यास त्याला इंग्रजी, गणित व विज्ञान या विषयांच्या प्रश्नांसाठी इंग्रजी माध्यम असेल. तथापि, सामाजिक शास्त्रे (इतिहास व राज्यशास्त्र, भूगोल) या विषयासाठी विद्यार्थ्यास इ.१० वीच्या माध्यमानुसार उर्वरित अन्य ७ माध्यमांपैकी एक माध्यम निश्चित करावे लागेल.
३) सदर परीक्षेसाठी विद्यार्थ्यास त्याच्या तात्पुरत्या/कायमच्या निवासस्थानाच्या पत्त्यानुसार परीक्षा केंद्र मिळण्यासाठी जिल्हा व तालुका/शहराचा विभाग निश्चित करण्याचा विकल्प देण्यात येईल, तो विद्यार्थ्यांनी निश्चित करावा. सदर परीक्षेला प्रविष्ट होणारी विद्यार्थी संख्या विचारात घेऊन सदर विद्यार्थ्याने निवडलेल्या तालुक्यासाठी/शहरी विभागासाठी मंडळाने निश्चित केलेल्या परीक्षा केंद्रापैकी कोणतेही एक केंद्र विद्यार्थ्याला परीक्षेसाठी देण्यात येईल.
४) उपरोक्तप्रमाणे माहिती भरल्यानंतर विद्यार्थ्याने आवेदनपत्र सादर (Submit) करावे. त्यानंतर विद्यार्थ्याने आवेदनपत्राची प्रिंट काढून जतन करुन ठेवावी.
५) उपरोक्त विद्यार्थ्यांना सदर परीक्षेसाठी वेगळे शुल्क भरण्याची आवश्यकता नाही.
II) For students of other board and students who have passed/appeared secondary school certificate (STD.X th) Examination through state board (before 2021)
1) Students must provide accurate information in the online system.
2) Students have been given the option of selecting the medium of examination. They can select the medium as per their ‘Std. X’ Examination and provide the information regarding medium for Examination in the given space. If student selects Semi English Medium option, the English, Mathematics and Science subjects will be in English medium. For social science (History and Political Science, Geography) the student has to select one medium out of 7 other mediums as per his/her ‘Std.Xth’ Examination.
3) Students must confirm the option of selecting District and Taluka for the examination centre as per the their temporary/permanent residential address. Considering the number of students appearing for the exams from that particular Tehsil (Taluka) the board will assign any one centre to the student.
4) Students must upload their photo ID proof (School’s Identity Card, Aadhaar card etc.), passport size photo and specimen signature in online system for verification.
5) Divyang (Differently Abled) students must select the type of disability and upload the corresponding certificates in online system.
6) After filling the information as per the instructions the student must submit the form. After the submission of their form they must take a printout and keep it safe.
7) Students will have to pay the Examination Fee online as per the amount ascertained by the board
अन्य मंडळांमार्फत तसेच राज्यमंडळामार्फत (सन २०२१ पूर्वी) माध्यमिक शालान्त प्रमाणपत्र (इ.१०वी) परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण /प्रविष्ट झालेल्या विद्यार्थ्यांसाठी
१) विद्यार्थ्याने संगणक प्रणालीमध्ये दिलेल्या सर्व रकान्यातील माहिती अचूक भरावी.

४)सदर विद्यार्थ्यांबाबत संबंधित विद्यार्थ्यांनी ओळख पडताळणीसाठी फोटो आयडी (शाळेचे ओळखपत्र, आधार कार्ड, इ.) पासपोर्ट साईझ फोटो व स्वाक्षरी नमूना संगणक प्रणालीवर अपलोड करणे अनिवार्य राहील
५) दिव्यांग विद्यार्थ्यांनी आवेदनपत्रात दिव्यांगत्वाचा प्रकार निवडून निश्चित करावा तसेच त्याबाबतची आवश्यक कागदपत्रे संगणक प्रणालीवर अपलोड करावीत.
६) उपरोक्तप्रमाणे माहिती भरल्यानंतर विद्यार्थ्याने आवेदनपत्र सादर (Submit) करावे. त्यानंतर विद्यार्थ्याने आवेदनपत्राची प्रिंट काढून जतन करुन ठेवावी.
७) उपरोक्त विद्यार्थ्यांना सदर परीक्षेसाठी मंडळाने विहित केलेले शुल्क ऑनलाईन पध्दतीने भरावे लागेल.
