CISF Driver Recruitment 2024: Selection Process

CISF ड्रायव्हर भरती 2024 साठी निवड प्रक्रिया खालील टप्प्यांवर आधारित असेल:

• PET/ PST, Documentation, and Trade Test
• Written Exam
• Medical Examination

There are following two stages of recruitment before Detailed Medical Examination:-

a) PST/PET, Documentation & Trade Test.
b) OMR Base/CBT mode written examination which will be bilingual i.e. in Hindi & English languages.

CISF Medical Standards Required For Driver Post

The shortlisted candidates will be medically examined by the Medical Boards to assess their Physical and Medical fitness. The medical examination of the candidates will be conducted in terms of Uniform Guidelines for Recruitment Medical Examination for GOs and NGOs in CAPFs and ARs issued vide MHA UO NO. A. VI-1/2014-Rectt(SSB) dated 20^th May’2015 and MHA OM NO. E-32012/A/ADG(Med)/DME & RME/DA-1/2020 (Part File)/1166 dated 31^st May’2021 and other instructions issued by the Government from time to time to assess their Physical and Medical fitness.

Weight : Proportionate to height and age as per medical standard. Weight will be recorded at the time of physical measurements but the decision on fitness on account of weight will be taken at the time of Medical Examination.

The candidate must not have knock knees, flat foot, varicose vein and squint in eyes. They must be in good mental and bodily health and free from any physical defect likely to interfere with the efficient performance of the duties.

Eye Sight :

1. a) Visual Acuity unaided (Near Vision) Better eye – N6 Worse eye – N6
2. b) Uncorrected visual acuity (Distant Vision) Better eye – 6/6 Worse eye – 6/6
3. c) Refraction

Visual correction of any kind is not permitted even by glasses.

1. d) Colour Vision : CP II by ISIHARA

Remarks          : Binocular vision is required

Tattoos : Following criteria has been fixed to determine permissibility of Tattoo :

a) Content : Tattoo depicting religious symbol or figures and the name, as followed in Indian Army are to be permitted.

b) Location : Tattoo marked on traditional sites of the body like inner aspect of forearm, but only left forearm, being non saluting limb or dorsum of the hands are to be allowed.

c) Size : Must be less than ¼ of the particular part (Elbow or Hand) of the body.

CISF Recruitment Process :

• Height Bar Test (HBT) :

Candidates will be put through Height Bar Test (HBT). Qualified candidates in Height Bar Test will be further put through Physical Standard Test (PST).

• Physical Standard Test (PST)/ Physical Efficiency Test (PET)/ Documentation/ Trade Test:

All the candidates whose applications are provisionally accepted and found to be in order will be assigned Roll Number and called for the 1^st stage of recruitment. PST/PET/Documentation & Trade Test which will be conducted at various centres. Candidates who are found eligible in Height Bar Test will undergo Physical Standard Test (PST), followed by PET.

• Physical Standard Test – Candidates who qualify Height Bar Test will be screened for height, chest and weight by the Board of Officers.

CISF Physical Efficiency Test Details

Candidates who qualify the Height Bar Test (HBT) and Physical Standard Test (PST) will be put through the following Physical Efficiency Test (PET) which will be qualifying in nature:-

CISF Trade Test Details

Those who qualify in the Physical Standard Test, Physical Efficiency Test and Detailed verification of eligibility standards/documentation will be put through the following tests. Any candidates who does not secure the minimum qualifying marks in these test as shown against each, will be eliminated from that particular stage by issuing a rejection slip and will not be allowed to participate in the further recruitment process.

CISF Written Test Pattern 2024

• The candidates who qualify in PST/PET/Documentation & Trade Test will be called for Written Examination under OMR/Computer Based Test (CBT) Mode.
• The question paper will be set to assess the General Awareness/ General Knowledge, Knowledge of elementary mathematics, Analytical aptitude, ability to observe and distinguish patterns and to test the basic knowledge of the candidate in English/Hindi.
• The written test will be of 100 marks consisting of 100 objective type multiple choice questions to be answered in two hours. There shall be no negative marking.
• Minimum percentage of marks for qualifying for next stage will be as under :-
  • UR/EWS/Ex. Servicemen      :           35%
  • SC/ST/OBC                               :          33%

CISF SELECTION PROCEDURE 2024

The selection will consist of the following: –

i)	Stage-I	Checking   of service records.	No marks are allotted.   However, it should be ensured that candidates must have “Good” or above (i.e. marks 4 & above) for the last 05 years and unblemished service record till joining the post of ASI/Exe (LDCE) on appointment.
ii)	Stage-ll	Written Examination	Written examination will be conducted through Computer Based Test (CBT)/OMR based question paper. There shall be  one  objective  question   paper  with   multiple  choices consisting of 200 marks.    Duration will be VA hours. The candidates will be assessed in the following subjects:
		Time: 3 % Hours.			Marks: 200
		1. General Intelligence and reasoning			50 marks
		2. General awareness & Professional knowledge			50 marks
		3. Numerical ability			50 marks
		4. Comprehension and communication skill			50 marks
		Important : It will be necessary for each candidate to secure at least 45%
		marks in each part and 50% in aggregate.   Relaxation of 5% marks will be given to candidates belonging to SC/ST categories.
iii)	Stage-Ill	Physical Standard Test.	As mentioned in Para-6I above appointed in lower ranks on	. No candidate who has been
				compassionate arounds after
			availing, relaxation in standards as mentioned in Para-6(e)
			is elidible to appear in Limited Departmental Competitive
			Exam (LDCE).
iv)	Stage-IV	Physical Efficiency Test.	It will be of qualifying nature consisting of the following five events.  PET shall not carry any marks.

v)	Stage-V	Detailed Medical Examination	As per Para-6(f) above Detailed medical examination of the candidates will be conducted as per existing instructions and guidelines issued vide MHA UO No.A-vT-1/2014-Rectt/(SSB) dated 2005 2015. Each candidate will be declared either ■Fit” or “Unfit”, and no one will be categorized ‘Temporary Unfit’ Review Medical Examination of unfit candidates in DME will be conducted as per instructions and guidelines Issued vide MHA UO No.F-32012/AOG(Mod)/nMF & RME/DA.1/2020(Part file>/1166 dated 31/05/2021	Additional 10% candidates over and above the number of vacancies from amongst the qualified candidates in Written Examination and PET, in order of merit shall be called for medical examination to take care of those candidates who either remain absent or fail in DME/RME. The candidates declared fit in DME and subsequent RME will not have a right of final selection, as final selection will be merit based depending upon the number of vacancies. Hence any claim in this regard later on will not be entertained.

CISF ASI Final Selection 2024

Name of candidates will be placed in the merit list subject to the obtaining minimum qualifying marks in each subject as well as the aggregate marks (minimum 50% aggregate marks out of a total ot 200 marks for General category i.e. 100 marks and candidate belonging to SC/ST category have secured minimum 45% aggregate marks i.e., 90 marks). Final selection of candidates will be made according to availability of vacancies and subject to their being declared ‘FIT In the Detailed Medical Examination or Review medical examination as the case may be.

• The board will update the admit card for each test separately on their website only and no admit card will be sent via post so candidates must visit the official website on a regular basis
• Before PST and documentation, all candidates will have to meet the requirement of physical standard
• On clearing the physical standard they will be called for PST and documentation
• The sequence of the selection might be changed at the discretion of the CISF.
• If the written examination is conducted on the second stage then the candidates called for the third stage would depend on the marks obtained by them in the written examination
• On the basis of the written examination candidates who secure minimum qualifying marks and reference to the number of posts in each category will be called for skill test.
• On completion of the skill test, a common merit list will be prepared
• And on the basis of merit position from the list, those who perform well will be provisionally selected for the Head Constable post

शारीरिक दक्षता परीक्षा (पीईटी) में गर्व से अर्हता प्राप्त करने वाले उम्मीदवारों के दस्तावेजों की सावधानीपूर्वक जांच की जाएगी। मूल प्रमाण-पत्र/प्रमाण पत्र प्रस्तुत करने में असफल रहने वाले अभ्यर्थियों को पीठासीन अधिकारी द्वारा कारण बताते हुए स्वीकृति पर्ची देकर भर्ती प्रक्रिया से हटा दिया जाएगा और किसी भी उम्मीदवार को अंतिम रूप से अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी। आवश्यक दस्तावेजों में निम्नलिखित शामिल हैं

• जन्म तिथि (डीओबी) प्रमाण पत्र। (मैट्रिकुलेशन या 10वीं पास सर्टिफिकेट)
• सक्षम राजस्व प्राधिकारियों द्वारा उनकी अधिवास स्थिति को साबित करने के लिए अधिवास प्रमाण पत्र जारी किए गए होंगे
• एससी / एसटी, ओबीसी और ईडब्ल्यूएस प्रमाण पत्र, यदि यह लागू है। जाति प्रमाण पत्र एक निश्चित निर्धारित तरीके से होना चाहिए जैसा कि सीआईएसएफ कांस्टेबल 2022 आधिकारिक अधिसूचना में दिया गया है अन्यथा इसे स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा
