Income Tax Pune Recruitment Selection Process: Income Tax Pune Recruitment 2026 अंतर्गत आयकर आयुक्त, पुणे यांच्या आस्थापनेवरील लिपिक-टंकलेखक (Clerk-Typist), कर सहाय्यक (Tax Assistant) आणि बहु-कार्य कर्मचारी (Multi-Tasking Staff) या पदांसाठी भरती प्रक्रिया राबविण्यात येत आहे. या भरतीद्वारे एकूण 85 रिक्त पदे भरण्यात येणार असून, पात्र उमेदवारांकडून अर्ज मागविण्यात आले आहेत. या भरतीमध्ये मेरिटोरियस स्पोर्ट्सपर्सन अर्थात गुणवंत खेळाडू उमेदवारांना त्यांच्या क्रीडा कामगिरीच्या आधारे नियुक्तीसाठी प्राधान्य दिले जाणार आहे. निवड करताना केंद्र सरकारच्या कार्मिक व प्रशिक्षण विभागाने (DoPT) निश्चित केलेल्या प्राधान्यक्रमाचा विचार केला जाणार आहे.

गुणवंत खेळाडू उमेदवारांची निवड करताना त्यांनी कोणत्या स्तरावरील स्पर्धेत देश, राज्य, विद्यापीठ किंवा शालेय संघाचे प्रतिनिधित्व केले आहे आणि त्या स्पर्धेत कोणते स्थान किंवा पदक मिळवले आहे, यानुसार प्राधान्यक्रम निश्चित केला जाणार आहे.
गुणवंत खेळाडूंसाठी प्राधान्यक्रम

Senior National Championship मध्ये पदक मिळवलेल्या उमेदवारांना Junior पेक्षा प्राधान्य दिले जाईल. |
| तृतीय प्राधान्य | Association of Indian Universities/Inter University Sports Board आयोजित Inter-University स्पर्धेत किंवा संबंधित मान्यतेने आयोजित Khelo India University Games मध्ये विद्यापीठाचे प्रतिनिधित्व करून अंतिम फेरीत 1ले, 2रे किंवा 3रे स्थान/पदक मिळवलेले उमेदवार. |

| पाचवे प्राधान्य | All-India School Games Federation आयोजित राष्ट्रीय शालेय क्रीडा स्पर्धेत राज्य शालेय संघाचे प्रतिनिधित्व करून 1ले, 2रे किंवा 3रे स्थान/पदक मिळवलेले उमेदवार. |
| सहावे प्राधान्य | वरील श्रेणीतील संबंधित स्तरावर राज्य, केंद्रशासित प्रदेश, विद्यापीठ किंवा राज्य शालेय संघाचे प्रतिनिधित्व केलेले; मात्र पदक किंवा स्थान मिळवण्यात अपयशी ठरलेले उमेदवार. |
The meritorious sportspersons will be considered for appointment based on the following criteria :
4.1 Order of Preference : Meritorious sportspersons will be selected as per the order of preference contained in the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT) OM No. 14034/1/95-Estt. (D) dated 04.05.1995 and as mentioned in the instruction issued by the DoPT vide OM No. 1720781414772 dated 04.03.2024. The order of preference prescribed by the DoPT in this regard is as under:
- First preference : to those candidates who have represented the country in an International Competition with the clearance of the Department of Sports, Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports.
- Second preference : to those who have represented a State/U.T. in the Senior or Junior level national Championships organized by the National Sports Federations recognized by Department of Sports, Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports or National Games organized by Indian Olympics Association and have won medals or positions upto 3rd place. Between the candidates participating in Senior and Junior National Championships/games, the candidates having participated and won medal in Senior National Championship should be given preference.
- Third preference : to those, who have represented a University in an Inter-University competition conducted by Association of Indian Universities/Inter University Sports Board or Khelo India University Games conducted with authorization of Department of Sports, Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports and have won medals or positions upto 3rd place in finals.
- Fourth preference : to those who have represented a State/UT in Khelo India Youth Games (age category above 18 years) or Khelo India Winter Games or Khelo India Para Games conducted with authorization of Department of Sports, Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports and have won medals or positions upto 3rd place in finals.
- Fifth preference : to those who have represented the State Schools in the National sports/games for Schools conducted by the All-India School Games Federation and have won medals or positions upto 3rd place.
- Sixth preference : to those who represented a State/Union Territory/University/State Schools Teams at the level mentioned in categories (B) to (E) but could not win a medal or position, in the same order of preference.
Note 1. In the event of tie, those who have secured a higher position or won more than one medal may be given the preference.
Note 2. Participation in individual and team event/item may be given the same preference
Note 3. No preference may be given for winning more than one medal/position
Note 4. In case of any doubt about the status of a tournament, the matter will be decided by the Department of Personnel & Training in consultation with Department of Sports, Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports.
समान गुण किंवा टाय झाल्यास काय?
दोन किंवा अधिक उमेदवारांची पात्रता किंवा कामगिरी समान असल्यास, उच्च स्थान मिळवलेल्या किंवा एकापेक्षा अधिक पदके मिळवलेल्या उमेदवाराला प्राधान्य दिले जाऊ शकते.
वैयक्तिक आणि सांघिक क्रीडा प्रकारांना समान प्राधान्य
क्रीडा स्पर्धेतील वैयक्तिक (Individual) आणि सांघिक (Team) प्रकारातील सहभागाला समान प्राधान्य दिले जाऊ शकते. त्यामुळे उमेदवाराने वैयक्तिक किंवा टीम इव्हेंटमध्ये कामगिरी केली असली तरी संबंधित निकष पूर्ण असल्यास त्याचा विचार केला जाऊ शकतो.
एकापेक्षा जास्त पदके मिळवल्यास स्वतंत्र अतिरिक्त प्राधान्य नाही
एखाद्या उमेदवाराने एकापेक्षा अधिक पदके किंवा स्थाने मिळवली असली, तरी केवळ अधिक पदके मिळाल्याच्या आधारावर स्वतंत्र अतिरिक्त प्राधान्य दिले जाणार नाही. मात्र, टायच्या परिस्थितीत संबंधित उमेदवाराच्या कामगिरीचा विचार केला जाऊ शकतो.
स्पर्धेच्या दर्जाबाबत शंका असल्यास निर्णय कोण घेणार?
एखाद्या क्रीडा स्पर्धेचा दर्जा, मान्यता किंवा संबंधित स्पर्धा वरील प्राधान्यक्रमातील कोणत्या श्रेणीत येते याबाबत शंका निर्माण झाल्यास, त्याचा अंतिम निर्णय Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT) कडून Department of Sports, Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports यांच्या सल्ल्याने घेतला जाईल.
Income Tax Pune Recruitment 2026 मध्ये अर्ज करणाऱ्या गुणवंत खेळाडू उमेदवारांनी आपल्या क्रीडा कामगिरीशी संबंधित प्रमाणपत्रे, पदक/स्थानाचा पुरावा आणि स्पर्धेच्या मान्यतेशी संबंधित कागदपत्रे व्यवस्थित जतन करावीत. निवड प्रक्रियेदरम्यान संबंधित कागदपत्रांची पडताळणी केली जाऊ शकते. थोडक्यात सांगायचे झाल्यास, आंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तरावर देशाचे प्रतिनिधित्व करणाऱ्या उमेदवारांना सर्वाधिक प्राधान्य दिले जाणार असून त्यानंतर राष्ट्रीय, विद्यापीठ, Khelo India आणि शालेय स्तरावरील क्रीडा कामगिरीनुसार प्राधान्यक्रम ठरवला जाणार आहे.
टीप: उमेदवारांनी भरतीची अधिकृत जाहिरात व त्यातील सर्व अटी व शर्ती काळजीपूर्वक वाचूनच अर्ज करावा. वरील प्राधान्यक्रम दिलेल्या अधिकृत निवड निकषांवर आधारित आहे.
