2. The beneficiary should possess the minimum degree of disability not less than forty per cent 40%.

अपंगांना स्वयंरोजगारासाठी अर्थसहाय्य-(DWS)

1. कुटुंबाचे पुणे महानगरपालिका हद्दीत किमान ३ वर्षे वास्तव्य असल्याचा पुरावा म्हणून मागील ३ वर्षाचा मनपा टॅक्स पावती किंवा लाईट बिल किंवा टेलिफोन बिल (लॅण्डलाईन) किंवा झोपडी फोटो पास/झोपडी सेवा शुल्क पावती/भाडे करारनामा यांपैकी एक जोडणे आवश्यक.
2. रेशनिंग कार्डची साक्षांकित प्रत अपत्य पडताळणीसाठी जोडणे आवश्यक.
3. वयाच्या पुराव्यासाठी जन्मदाखला / शाळेचा दाखला किंवा बोनाफाईड प्रमाणपत्र आवश्यक.
4. मागासवर्गीय असल्यास जातीचा दाखला जोडणे आवश्यक आहे व ४०% पेक्षा जास्त अपंगत्व असलेल्या अपंगांनी अपंगत्वाचा दाखला जोडणे आवश्यक राहील.
5. व्यवसायासाठी आवश्यक परवाने (उदा. शॉप अॅक्ट परवाना, अन्न औषध परवाना) जोडणे आवश्यक.
6. व्यावसायिक कौशल्य मार्गदर्शन कार्यक्रम पूर्ण केल्याचे प्रमाणपत्र जोडणे आवश्यक.
7. व्यवसायाचा अनुभव असल्यास अनुभव प्रमाणपत्र जोडणे आवश्यक.
8. व्यावसायिक कौशल्य प्रशिक्षण संस्थेतून प्रशिक्षण पूर्ण केलेल्या व्यक्तीस प्राधान्य दिले जाईल.
9. दिनांक ०१/०५/२००१ नंतर जन्माला आलेल्या व ह्यात अपत्यामुळे कुटुंबाच्या अपत्यांची संख्या दोन पेक्षा जास्त झाल्यास लाभ मिळणार नाही.
10. कुटुंबाचे सर्व मार्गांनी मिळणारे वार्षिक उत्पन्न रुपये १,००,०००/- पेक्षा कमी असावे, झोपडपट्टीतील अर्जदारांनी शेजार समूह गटाचा उत्पन्नाचा दाखला जोडावा. व झोपडपट्टी व्यतिरिक्त राहत असलेल्या अर्जदारांनी मा. तहसीलदार, जिल्हाधिकारी कार्यालय यांच्याकडील उत्पन्नाचा दाखला जोडणे आवश्यक.
11. अनुदान प्राप्त झाल्यानंतर एक महिन्याच्या आत खरेदी केलेल्या मालाची / साहित्य / साधन इ. मूळ पावती कार्यालयाकडे सादर करणे आवश्यक आहे.
12. अटी व नियम यात बदल करण्याचा / अर्ज नाकारण्याचा अधिकार मा. उप आयुक्त, स.वि.वि. पुणे महानगरपालिका यांचेकडे राहील. तसेच त्यांचा या विषयाबाबत निर्णय अंतिम राहील.
13. स्कॅन डॉक्युमेंट्स संलग्न करणे आवश्यक आहे.

Required Documents for Self-Employment Financing Schemes for DWS

1. As proof of residency of the family in Pune municipal Corporation Area for at least 3 years, it is necessary to attach one of the last 3 years Municipal Tax Receipt or Light Bill or Telephone Bill (Landline) or Hut Photo Pass / Hut Service Fee Receipt / Rent Agreement.
2. Attested copy of rationing card must be attached for child verification.
3. Proof of age requires birth certificate / school certificate or bonafide certificate.
4. In case of backward class, it is necessary to attach caste certificate and for those with more than 40% disability, it will be necessary to attach disability certificate.
5. Necessary business licenses (e.g. Shop Act license, Food and Drug license) must be attached.
6. Certificate of completion of vocational skills guidance program must be attached.
7. Experience certificate is required if you have business experience.
8. Preference will be given to the person who has completed the training from the Vocational Skills Training Institute.
9. No benefit will be given if the number of children born in the family after 01/05/2001 and the number of children in the family exceeds two.
10. The annual income of the family by all means should be less than Rs. 1,00,000 / -. And applicants living apart from slums. Proof of income from Tehsildar, Collectorate must be attached.
11. Goods / Materials / Equipment etc. purchased within one month after receipt of grant. The original receipt must be submitted to the office.
12. Right to change / reject application in terms and conditions Deputy Commissioner, S.V.V. Will remain with Pune Municipal Corporation. Also, their decision on this issue will be final.
13. Scan documents must be attached.

3.	Scheme objective	To facilitate Self employment to unemployed disable persons is the objective of the scheme. Under this scheme Financial Assistance is provided to disable person for self-employment, small scale business and agro based project.

Applicant should have minimum 40% disability. 3. Applicant should be Domicile in Maharashtra. 4. Applicant age criteria between 18 to 50 years. 5.Applicant annual income should be below the Rs 100000/-
6.	Benefits Provided	Under this scheme financial assistance up to Rs.1,50,000/- is provided. 80% loan amount is provided from Nationalized Bank and 20% or up to Rs.30,000/- subsidy is provided from Social Welfare Department for self-employment.
