In fact, under the Sahakari Gram Awas Yojana, farmers in Rajasthan will be given loans of up to Rs 50 lakh for building houses. Informing about the government’s scheme, Principal Secretary Shreya Guha said that farmers would be given a loan of up to Rs 50 lakh in three installments by Central Cooperative Banks to build houses on their farms.

Under this Sahakar Gram Awas Scheme, farmers will have to pay 6% interest after taking loan. Inflation relief camps are being organized across the state from April 2024. The government has directed to distribute loans to the farmers as soon as possible after receiving the applications in these camps.

According to media reports, the state government has targeted to disburse loans of around Rs 1500 crore under the Rajasthan Rural Family Livelihood Loan Scheme. At the same time, 234,000 applications have been received under it so far. Only farmers will be eligible to apply under this scheme.

किसानों के लिए खुशखबरी! घर बनाने के लिए सरकार देगी 50 लाख रुपये;

केंद्र और विभिन्न राज्य सरकारें किसानों के लिए कई योजनाएं लागू करती हैं। ऐसी ही एक योजना के तहत राजस्थान सरकार ने किसानों को घर बनाने के लिए कर्ज देने की घोषणा की है. दरअसल, राजस्थान में सहकारी ग्राम आवास योजना के तहत किसानों को घर बनाने के लिए 50 लाख रुपये तक का कर्ज दिया जाएगा.

इतना ही नहीं समय पर होम लोन चुकाने वाले किसानों को ब्याज पर 5 फीसदी की सब्सिडी भी मिलेगी. सरकार की योजना की जानकारी देते हुए प्रमुख सचिव श्रेया गुहा ने कहा कि किसानों को उनके खेतों पर घर बनाने के लिए केंद्रीय सहकारी बैंकों द्वारा तीन किश्तों में 50 लाख रुपये तक का ऋण दिया जाएगा.

इस योजना के तहत किसानों को कर्ज लेने के बाद 6 फीसदी ब्याज देना होगा। 24 अप्रैल से प्रदेश भर में महंगाई राहत शिविरों का आयोजन किया जा रहा है। सरकार ने इन शिविरों में आवेदन प्राप्त होने के बाद जल्द से जल्द किसानों को ऋण वितरित करने का निर्देश दिया है।

मीडिया रिपोर्ट्स के मुताबिक राज्य सरकार ने राजस्थान ग्रामीण परिवार आजीविका ऋण योजना के तहत करीब 1500 करोड़ रुपये का कर्ज बांटने का लक्ष्य रखा है. वहीं, इसके तहत अब तक 234,000 आवेदन प्राप्त हो चुके हैं। इस योजना के तहत केवल किसान ही आवेदन करने के पात्र होंगे।

एक किसान के पास अपनी कृषि योग्य भूमि होनी चाहिए। साथ ही उसका बैंक खाता आधार कार्ड से लिंक होना चाहिए। इस योजना के तहत आवेदन करने के लिए आपको अपने नजदीकी बैंक में जाना होगा। वहां आप बैंक अधिकारी से सहकार ग्राम आवास योजना के तहत आवेदन की जानकारी प्राप्त कर सकते हैं।

इस कर्ज को चुकाने के लिए किसानों को 15 साल की अवधि भी दी जा रही है। इसके लिए केंद्रीय सहकारी बैंकों के प्रबंध निदेशकों को 72 करोड़ से अधिक का लक्ष्य दिया गया है। यह योजना बीपीएल परिवारों के लोगों को स्थायी रोजगार उपलब्ध कराने के उद्देश्य से शुरू की गई है।
