पहिल्या अपत्यासाठी पाच हजार रुपयांची सरकारी मदत कायम ठेवतानाच आता दुसरे अपत्य मुलगी असेल तर महिलांना अधिकचे सहा हजार रुपये राज्य सरकार देईल. पंतप्रधान मातृवंदना योजना-२ लागू करण्याची घोषणा सार्वजनिक आरोग्य विभागाने सोमवारी केली. आता हे पाच हजार रुपये दोन टप्प्यातच दिले जातील. 

कुणाला मिळेल लाभ? –

• – ज्या महिलांचे निव्वळ कौटुंबिक उत्पन्न प्रति वर्ष आठ लाख रुपयेपेक्षा कमी आहे तसेच किमान १८ वर्षे व कमाल ५५ वर्षे वय असलेल्या महिलांसाठी योजना असेल.
• – दुसरे अपत्य जुळे झाले आणि त्यात दोन्ही मुली असतील किंवा एक मुलगी एक मुलगा झाला तरी एकाच मुलीसाठी लाभ दिला जाईल.

पुणे : मातृवंदना योजनेचा 69000 महिलांना लाभ

1. प्रधानमंत्री मातृवंदना योजना सुरू झाल्यापासून त्याअंतर्गत गेल्या पाच वर्षांत पुणे शहरात 69 हजार 64 महिलांना प्रत्येकी पाच हजार मिळून एकूण 34 कोटी 53 लाख रुपयांचा लाभ मिळाला आहे.
2. बालकांमधील कुपोषण कमी करता यावे तसेच माता सशक्त राहावी, यासाठी त्यांना प्रधानमंत्री मातृवंदना योजनेअंतर्गत हा लाभ देण्यात येतो.
3. त्याद्वारे आई व बाळाचे आरोग्य अबाधित राहावे, यासाठी योग्य आहार घेणे गरजेचे असते.
4. पुणे शहरात दरवर्षी 25 ते 26 हजार महिलांची प्रसूती होते. त्यापैकी बहुतांश प्रसूती या शासकीय केंद्रांत होतात, तर 40 टक्के प्रसूती खासगी रुग्णालयांमध्ये होतात.

योजनेचा लाभ मिळण्यासाठी आवश्यक बाबी

1. लाभार्थी व पतीचे आधार कार्ड.
2. लाभार्थीचे आधार संलग्न बँक खाते.
3. गरोदरपणाची शासकीय आरोग्य संस्थेत 150 दिवसांच्या आत नोंद.
4. शासकीय संस्थेत गरोदर कालावधीत तपासणी.
5. बाळाचा जन्मनोंदणी दाखला व प्राथमिक लसीकरण प्रमाणपत्र.
6. लाभार्थीने अटींची पूर्तता केल्यानंतर 30 दिवसांच्या आत लाभाची रक्कम अदा करण्यात येते.
7. जननी सुरक्षा योजनेअंतर्गत पात्र लाभार्थ्यांना शासकीय संस्थेमध्ये तसेच शासनमान्य रुग्णालयात बाळंतपण झाल्यास या योजनेचे मिळणारे आर्थिक साहाय्य देखील मिळते.

1. कुटुंबातील जोडप्याच्या पहिल्या अपत्याचा गर्भ राहिल्यापासून त्याचे लसीकरण पूर्ण होईपर्यंत महिलेला 5 हजार रुपयांचे आर्थिक साहाय्य तीन टप्प्यांत देण्यात येते.
2. गरोदरपणाची नोंद एएनएम यांच्याकडे मासिक पाळी चुकल्यानंतर 100 दिवसांच्या आत केल्यास पहिल्या टप्प्यात 1 हजार रुपये मिळतात.
3. सहा महिन्यांनंतर गरोदरपणात किमान एक प्रसूतीपूर्व तपासणी, सोनोग्राफी झाल्यानंतर दुसर्‍या टप्प्यात 2 हजार रुपये मिळतात.
4. तिसरा व अंतिम 2 हजार रुपयांचा हप्ता बाळाचे जन्मनोंद प्रमाणपत्र तसेच 14 आठवड्यांपर्यंतचे प्राथमिक लसीकरण पूर्ण झाल्यानंतर मिळतो.

इस योजना से गर्भवती महिलाओं और स्तनपान कराने वाली माताओं को पहले जीवित बच्चे के जन्म के दौरान फायदा होगा। योजना की लाभ राशि DBT के माध्यम से लाभार्थी के बैंक खाते में सीधे भेज दी जाएगी। रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, सरकार निम्नलिखित किश्तों में राशि का भुगतान करेगी।

• पहली किस्त: 1000 रुपए गर्भावस्था के पंजीकरण के समय
• दूसरी किस्त: 2000 रुपए,यदि लाभार्थी छह महीने की गर्भावस्था के बाद कम से कम एक प्रसवपूर्व जांच कर लेते हैं ।
• तीसरी किस्त: 2000 रुपए, जब बच्चे का जन्म पंजीकृत हो जाता है और बच्चे को BCG, OPV, DPT और हेपेटाइटिस-B सहित पहले टीके का चक्र शुरू होता है ।

Required Documents for Pradhan Mantri Matru Vandana Yojana

1. For the first phase of benefits and for registration, Form 1A Maternal and Child Protection Certificate and Aadhaar attached bank / post account information is required.
2. For the second phase of benefits, a Form 1B Maternal and Child Protection Certificate must contain at least one Antenatal Check (ANC).
3. For the third phase of benefits, a copy of Form 1C Birth Registration Certificate and Certificate of Maternal and Child Protection with the record of the first dose of vaccination given to the baby must be submitted.
4. If the beneficiary woman’s bank account is not attached to Aadhaar, she should use Form 2A to attach Aadhaar and Form 2B to attach Post Account Aadhaar.
5. Beneficiary will use Form 2K for registration / correction regarding Aadhaar.
6. Form 3 is used for correction of information regarding registration of this scheme (address / mobile number / bank account number / name change / Aadhaar number).
7. These forms will be available free of cost at Anganwadi Sevika / ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery) as well as at the health institution.
8. Also, if the beneficiaries do not have Aadhar Card / Bank Account / Post Account, Anganwadi Workers / ANM will help to get the card and account.
9. Necessary forms and applications are provided free of cost through the health center.
