Through which the property holders of the country can download their property card. After this, the respective state governments will do the physical distribution of the property card. The people of the village will now be able to get loan from the bank through this scheme.

प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने स्वामित्व योजना के तहत सम्पति कार्ड वितरित करने की घोषणा की है। प्रधानमंत्री जी ने कहा है कि इस योजना के अंतर्गत देश के लगभग एक लाख प्रॉपटी धारको के मोबाइल फ़ोन पर एसएमएस के माध्यम से एक लिंक भेजा जायेगा। जिसके माध्यम से देश के प्रॉपटी धारक अपना प्रॉपटी कार्ड डाउनलोड कर सकते है। इसके बाद संबंधित राज्य सरकारें संपत्ति कार्ड का फिजिकल वितरण करेंगी । गांव के लोगों को इस योजना के माध्यम से अब बैंक से लोन मिलने में भी आसानी होगी।

प्रधानमंत्री स्वामित्व योजना को शुरू करने के पीछे सरकार का मकसद है कि वह ग्रामीण भारत को आर्थिक रूप से मजबूत बना सके. इसके जरिए सरकार तकनीक का इस्तेमाल करके ग्रामीण भारत को भी सशक्त बनाना चाहती है.
आपको बता दें कि पीएम स्वामित्व योजना की शुरुआत केंद्र सरकार द्वारा साल 2020 में अप्रैल के महीने में की थी. इस योजना को शुरू करने के पीछे सरकार का मकसद है कि वह ग्रामीण भारत को आर्थिक रूप से मजबूत और आत्मनिर्भर बना सके. इस स्कीम के जरिए सरकार तकनीक का इस्तेमाल करके ग्रामीण भारत को भी सशक्त और मजबूत बनाना चाहती है.

Objective of PM Svamitva Yojana

प्रधानमंत्री स्वामित्व योजना का मुख्य उद्देश्य ग्रामीण किसानों की जमीनो की ऑनलाइन देखरेख मुहैया कराना जमीनों की मैपिंग और उनके सही मालिकों को उनका हक दिलाना जमीनी प्रक्रिया में पारदर्शिता लाना ग्रामीणों के हक में इस योजना के तहत काम किया जाएगा।

आपको बता दें कि पीएम स्वामित्व योजना का मुख्य उद्देश्य है कि गांव में रहने वाले लोगों को उनकी प्रॉपर्टी का मलिकाना हक मिल सके. इसके लिए गांव में रहने वाले लोगों को अब प्रॉपर्टी कार्ड के लिए स्कीम के तहत आवेदन नहीं करना पड़ेगा. सरकार जैसे-जैसे ग्रामीण भारत में सर्वे और मैपिंग की काम करती जाएगी वैसे-वैसे लोगों को उनकी जमीन का प्रॉपर्टी कार्ड मिलता जाएगा. ध्यान रखने की बात यह है कि जिन लोगों के पास पहले से जमीन के कागज मौजूद हैं उन लोगों को तुरंत अपने कागजात की फोटोकॉपी करके जमा करवाना होगा. वहीं जिन लोगों के पास जमीन के कागज नहीं हैं उन्हें सरकार की तरफ से घिरौनी नाम का डॉक्यूमेंट दिया जाएगा.
