A proposal to set up a mega textile park at Auric under the PM Mitra scheme was recently submitted to the central government on behalf of the state government. If this project on 1000 acres is approved, it will provide direct employment to one lakh people and indirect employment to two lakh people. This scheme is also known as Pradhan Mantri Mega Textile Integrated Textile and Apparel Scheme. Under this scheme, 7 integrated textile parks will be created across the country. This scheme will revolutionize the textile manufacturing sector in India. As per the latest updates thorough the PM Mitra Yojana 2022 will be generated 21 lakh jobs. 1. For this PM Mitra Yojana 4445 crore rupees will be spent by the government to run this scheme.
2. This scheme is inspired by Pradhan Mantri GK5F model which is Farm to Fiber to Factory to Fashion to Foreign.
3. World class infrastructure will be created in the textile park through PM Mitra Yojana.
4. 21 lakh jobs will be created through this scheme.
5. Out of 21 lakh jobs, 7 lakh direct and 14 lakh indirect jobs will be created.

पीएम मित्र योजना

पीएम मित्र योजनेंतर्गत ऑरिक येथे मेगा टेक्सटाईल पार्क स्थापन करण्याचा प्रस्ताव राज्य सरकारच्यावतीने केंद्र सरकारला नुकताच सादर करण्यात आला. एक हजार एकरवरील या प्रकल्पाला मंजुरी मिळाल्यास प्रत्यक्ष एक लाख नागरिकांना, तर अप्रत्यक्ष दोन लाख लोकांना रोजगार उपलब्ध होतील. यासाठी राज्य सरकारचा पाठपुरावा महत्वाचा ठरणार आहे.
पंतप्रधान मित्र योजनेंतर्गत देशभरात सात मेगा टेक्सटाईल पार्क उभारण्यात येणार आहे. उद्योजकांनी येथे यायचे आणि त्यांचा उद्योग सुरू करायचा आहे. यासाठी त्यांना लागणारी वीज, पाणी, इंटरनेट सुविधेसह सर्वप्रकारची सुविधा उपलब्ध आहेत. पीएम मित्र योजनेंतर्गत मेगा टेक्सटाईल पार्कसाठी आवश्यक असलेली एक एकर जागा ऑरिकमध्ये उपलब्ध आहे. यासोबतच अन्य सर्वप्रकारच्या सुविधा आहे.
केंद्र सरकारने २०२० मध्ये देशभरातील सात ठिकाणी पीएम मित्र योजनेंतर्गत मेगा टेक्स्टाईल पार्क उभारण्याची घोषणा केलेली आहे. या घोषणेनुसार तीन वर्षांत हे मेगा पार्क उभारले जाणार आहेत.

देशभरातून महाराष्ट्रासह १३ राज्यांकडून मेगा टेक्सटाईल पार्कसाठी केंद्रीय वस्त्रोद्योग मंत्रालयाकडे १८ प्रस्ताव पाठविण्यात आलेले आहेत. त्यात महाराष्ट्र सरकारने औरंगाबादेतील ऑरिक आणि विदर्भातील अमरावती येथे मेगा टेक्सटाईल पार्क उभारण्याचा प्रस्ताव सादर केला आहे. टेक्स्टाईल प्रकल्प मंजूर झाल्यानंतर येथे येणाऱ्या उद्योगामुळे सुमारे एक लाख नागरिकांना प्रत्यक्ष, तर दोन लाख जणांना अप्रत्यक्ष रोजगार उपलब्ध होईल, अशी अपेक्षा केंद्र सरकारची आहे. कोट्यवधी रुपये खर्चून उभारण्यात आलेल्या ऑरिकमध्ये अद्याप एकही मोठा उद्योग आलेला नाही. यामुळे ऑरिकमध्ये टेक्सटाईल पार्क मंजूर व्हावा, यासाठी राज्य सरकारकडून जोरदार प्रयत्न आणि पाठपुरावा होणे अपेक्षित आहे.

1. पीएम मित्रा योजनेंत पंतप्रधान मोंदी यांनी पाच ‘एफ’ डोळ्यांसमोर ठेवले आहे. त्यात ‘फार्म टू फायबर टू फॅक्टरी टू फॅशन टू फॉरेन’ यांचा समावेश आहे.
2. मराठवाडा, विदर्भ हे कापूस उत्पादनात अग्रेसर आहे. त्यामुळे येथील कच्चा मालावर प्रक्रिया करून एकाच छताखाली सर्वप्रकारची टेक्स्टाईल, कापड उद्योग उभारला जाईल.
3. कापड उद्योगासाठी लागणारा सर्वप्रकारचा कच्चा माल एकाच पार्कमध्ये उपलब्ध झाल्यानंतर मालाची ने-आण करण्यावर होणाऱ्या खर्चाची बचत होईल.
4. मेगा पार्कमुळे प्रत्यक्ष एक लाख जणांना, तर दोन लाख नागरिकांना अप्रत्यक्ष रोजगार मिळेल.
