Mukhyamantri Saur Krishi Pump Yojana

Maharashtra Chief Minister Saur Krushi Pump Yojana has been launched by the state government to provide irrigation facilities to the farmers. Under this scheme, the state government will provide solar pumps to the farming farmers of Maharashtra to irrigate the fields and old diesel and electric pumps will be converted into solar pumps. Under the Maharashtra Chief Minister Saur Krushi Pump Yojana, subsidy will be provided by the Government of Maharashtra to install a new solar pump. Govt. of Maharashtra has targeted deployment of 1,00,000 nos. of Off-Grid Solar Powered Ag pumps in phase wise manner under “Mukhyamantri Saur Krushi Pump Yojana” within 03 years vide GR dated 1st Jan 2019.

शेतकऱ्यांना सिंचन सुविधा उपलब्ध करून देण्यासाठी राज्य सरकारने महाराष्ट्र मुख्यमंत्री सौर कृषी पंप योजना सुरू केली आहे. या योजनेंतर्गत महाराष्ट्रातील शेतकरी शेतकऱ्यांना शेतात पाणी देण्यासाठी राज्य सरकार सौरपंप उपलब्ध करून देणार असून जुने डिझेल व इलेक्ट्रिक पंप सौर पंपात रूपांतरित केले जातील. महाराष्ट्र मुख्यमंत्री सौर कृषी पंप योजनेंतर्गत नवीन सौर पंप बसवण्यासाठी महाराष्ट्र शासनाकडून अनुदान दिले जाईल.

सरकार महाराष्ट्राने 1,00,000 नग तैनात करण्याचे लक्ष्य ठेवले आहे. 1 जानेवारी 2019 च्या GR द्वारे 03 वर्षांच्या आत “मुख्यमंत्री सौर कृषी पंप योजना” अंतर्गत टप्प्याटप्प्याने ऑफ-ग्रीड सौर उर्जेवर चालणारे एजी पंप.

Objectives of Mukhyamantri Saur Krishi Pump Yojana

• Day time power availability for agriculture pumping.
• Decoupling irrigation sector from power subsidy burden.
• Minimizing cross subsidy burden on Commercial & Industrial electricity consumers.
• Replacement of Diesel pumps to reduce pollution.

Eligibility criteria for beneficiary selection

1. All the farmers who have access to sustainable water source to benefit from the scheme. But such a farmer should not have electricity connection in traditional way.
2. A farmer holding up to 5 acres of agricultural land is entitled to a solar agricultural pump of up to 3 horse power and a farmer holding more than 5 acres of agricultural land is entitled to a solar agricultural pump of 5 horse power.
3. Farmers not electrified by conventional energy in the state
4. Farmers who do not get no objection certificate from Forest Department for electrification Farmers who are pending payment of electricity connection to Mahadistribution Company / Farmers who are not likely to get electricity connection in near future.
5. Farmers in remote areas.
6. Farmers benefited under Maharashtra Government Irrigation Scheme.
7. Farmers holding individual or community farms, agricultural land adjacent to river / well / borewell will be eligible under this scheme.
8. Under the scheme, 10 percent of the beneficiaries of the general group and 5 percent of the beneficiaries of the Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes are required to be paid to the beneficiary as beneficiary share for solar agricultural pumps.
9. The applicant should not have benefited from Atal Solar Yojana before.

लाभार्थी निवडीसाठी पात्रता निकष

1. सदर योजनेचा लाभ घेण्यासाठी ज्या शेतकऱ्याकडे शाश्वत जलस्त्रोत उपलब्ध आहे असे सर्व शेतकरी. मात्र अशा शेतकऱ्याकडे पारंपारिक पध्दतीने विद्युत जोडणी झालेली नसावी.
2. 5 एकरापर्यंत शेतजमीनधारक शेतकऱ्यास 3 अश्वशक्ती क्षमतेपर्यंत सौर कृषीपंप व 5 एकरापर्यंत जास्त शेतजमीन धारकास शेतकऱ्यास 5 अश्वशक्ती क्षमतेचा सौर कृषीपंप देय आहे.
3. राज्यातील पारंपारिक ऊर्जेद्वारे विद्युतीकरण न झालेले शेतकरी
4. विद्युतीकरणासाठी वन विभागाची ना हरकत प्रमाणपत्र मिळत नसलेले शेतकरी महावितरण कंपनीकडे विद्युत जोडणीसाठी पैसै भरुन ही प्रलंबित असणाऱ्या ग्राहकांपैकी / शेतकऱ्यांपैकी ज्यांना नजीकच्या काळात विद्युत जोडणी मिळणे शक्य नाही असे शेतकरी.
5. अतिदुर्गम भागातील शेतकरी.
6. महाराष्ट्र शासनाच्या सिंचन योजनेअंतर्गत लाभ घेतलेले शेतकरी.
7. वैयक्तिक किंवा सामुदायिक शेततळे, नदी / विहिर / बोअरवेल यांचे शेजारील शेतजमीनधारक शेतकरी या योजनेत पात्र राहतील.
8. सदर योजनेअंतर्गत सौर कृषीपंपासाठी सर्वसाधारण गटाच्या लाभार्थ्यांकडून 10 टक्के व अनुसूचित जातीच्या / अनुसूचित ़जमातीच्या लाभार्थ्यांकरिता 5 टक्के लाभार्थी हिस्सा म्हणून लाभार्थ्यास भरणे आवश्यक आहे.
9. अटल सोलर योजनेमध्ये अर्जदाराने आधी लाभ घेतलेला नसावा.

Beneficiary Selection Criteria

• Farmers should not have conventional electricity connection.
• Farmer having farm land up to 5 acre is eligible for 3 HP pump and farm land above 5 acre is eligible for 5 HP & 7.5 HP pump.
• Farmers which are not electrified through any scheme previously.
• Priority to farmers from Remote & Tribal area.
• Farmers from villages which are not electrified yet due to NOC from forest Dept
• Beneficiary farmers of “DHADAK SINCHAN YOJANA”
• Paid pending consumer, applied for new electricity connection for agriculture pump

Beneficiary Selection Criteria for 7.5 HP Pump :

• Water source must be well (वि‍हिर) or tube-well (कुपनलिका) only.
• Solar pump will not be given on well & tube well coming under over-exploited, exploited & partially exploited villages defined by GSDA
• Solar pump will be given to beneficiaries coming under villages in Safe Watersheds having Stage of Development / Extraction less than 60%.
• Solar pump will not be given on Bore well coming under rock area.
• The depth of water source must not be more than 60 mtrs.

Application Process of CM Saur Krishi Pump Yojana

पारेषण विरहीत सौर कृषीपंप नविन वीज जोडणी करिता अर्जाची प्रक्रिया.

1. महावितरणाच्या वेब पोर्टलवर (https://www.mahadiscom.in/solar) ऑनलाइन अर्ज करावा.
2. सध्याच्या कृषीपंपाकरिता नवीन वीज जोडणीसाठी पैशाचा भरणा करुन प्रलंबित असलेल्या अर्जदाराने फक्त काही अनिवार्य फील्ड, उदा. अर्ज क्रमांक, पैसे भरल्याची पावती क्रमांक, मंजुरी क्रमांक आणि क्षमतेची मागणी इ. तपशील देणे अनिवार्य आहे.
3. नवीन अर्जदार (परंपरागत कृषीपंप नवीन वीज जोडणीसाठी पैशाचा भरणा केलेला नाही) सर्व फील्ड अनिवार्य आहेत म्हणून तपशील भरणे आवश्यक आहे.
4. ए – 1 फॉर्मवर संपूर्ण माहिती भरावीे सोबत (कागदपत्रांची प्रत अपलोड करावी)

7. कास्ट प्रमाणपत्र (एससी / एसटी लाभार्थींसाठी)
8. अर्जदाराने ए – 1 फॉर्मवर व घोषणापत्रावर सही करणे आवश्यक आहे.
9. ऑनलाइन ए – 1 फॉर्म प्राप्त झाल्यापासून 10 दिवसांच्या आत, सर्वेक्षण केल्यानंतर फील्ड ऑफिसमधून डिमांड नोट जारी केले जाईल. जर काही विसंगती आढळली तर त्यानुसार अर्जदाराला कळविण्यात येईल.
10. डिमांड नोट देय झाल्यानंतर लाभार्थी एजन्सीचे नाव सादर करेल / देईल (केवळ 25000 निविदासाठी लागू आहे).
    प्रत्येक टप्प्यावर अर्जदारांना एसएमएसद्वारे कळविण्यात येईल.

1. First of all, the applicant has to visit the official website of the scheme.
2. After visiting the official website, the home page will open.
3. On this home page you will see the option of Beneficiary Services.
4. After clicking on the option, you have to click on the option of New Consumer.
5. After clicking on the option, the application form will open in front of you.
6. In this application form, you will have to fill all the information asked like Paid Pending AG Connection Consumer Details, Details of Applicant and Location, Nearest MSEDCL Consumer Number(where pump is to be installed), Details of Applicant Residential Address & Location, etc.
7. You have to upload all your documents.
8. After filling all the information, you have to click on the submit application button.
9. In this way you will complete the application.

Instruction for Beneficiary

लाभार्थींसाठी मार्गदर्शक सुचना

या योजनेत खालीलप्रमाणे नविन तसेच प्रलंबित अर्जदार पात्र राहतील.

1. पैसे भरुन प्रलंबित असलेले अर्जदार (मार्च 2018 पूर्वी ज्यांना एचव्हीडीएस योजनेमध्ये 2.5 लाखांहून अधिक रकमेच्या पायाभूत सुविधांची आवश्यकता आहे.)
2. 31.03.2018 नंतर सर्व पैसे भरुन प्रलंबित असलेले अर्जदार.
3. 01.01.2019 पासून कृषी पंपासाठी सर्व नवीन अर्जदार.
4. 2.5 लाखापेक्षा कमी रकमेच्या पायाभूत सुविधा लागणाऱ्या एचव्हीडीएस मधील पैसे भरुन प्रलंबित असलेला व या योजनेमध्ये सहभाग घेण्यास इच्छुक असलेला अर्जदार.
