Bal Sangopan Yojana Maharashtra Application form and all important details are given here. Every child has the right to be taken care of by the family, so under the foster care program, the family is made available to the child for a short period of time or for a long period of time. Bal Sangopan Yojana is implemented for the care of orphans, homeless and other vulnerable children in the age group of 0 to 18 years in an institutional and family environment. Under this initiative, children whose parents are unable to take care of them due to various reasons such as disorder (chronic illness), death, separation, or abandonment by one parent or some other calamity, are provided with temporary second family.

Children who have been orphaned by the ongoing covid-19 virus are benefiting from the scheme. In this case if one of the parents has died due to corona and the other is a non-earning member. In this case, the child can be registered under the childcare scheme. The scheme was launched in 2008. The government has been instructed to extend the scope of the scheme. Under this scheme financial assistance of Rs. 1125 / – is given to children. It can now be increased up to Rs. 2,500 / -. Also free education can be given to such children.

Eligibility to get benefit under this scheme

1. वयाची अट काय ? – लाभार्थी मुलगा किंवा मुलीचे वय हे १८ पेक्षा कमी असावे, ही प्राथमिक अट आहे.
2. किती रक्कम मिळते ? – शासनाच्या सुधारित आदेशानुसार एका लाभार्थीसाठी २ हजार २५० रूपये प्रतिमहिना म्हणजे एका वर्षाला २७ हजार रुपये मिळतात. तसेच वय १८ पूर्ण होईपर्यंत दर महिन्याला ही रक्कम मिळते.
3. जाणून घ्या कोणाला लाभ मिळतो ? “ज्या कुटुंबात मुलांना आई किंवा वडील नसतील किंवा ज्या मुलांना आई व वडील दोन्ही नाहीत, अशा बालकांना या योजनेचा लाभ मिळतो.
   • ही योजना अनाथ बालकांसाठी राबविण्यात येते. ज्या बालकांचे पालक काही कारणामुळे मृत्युमुखी पडले आहेत.
   • ज्या बालकांना दत्तक घेता येत नाही, अशी बालके या योजनेसाठी पात्र आहेत.
   • एखाद्या बालकाला कुष्ठरोग झाला असेल.

अर्ज मंजूर कोण करतात ?

1. लाभार्थ्यांचा अर्ज मंजूर करण्यासाठी बालकल्याण समितीकडे सादर केला जातो.
2. त्यानंतर तपासणी करून समिती अर्ज मंजूर करते.
3. या क्षेत्रातील काही स्वयंसेवी संस्थांकडूनसुद्धा अर्ज सादर करण्यासाठी मदत होते.
4. ही योजना अनेक वर्षांपासून चालू आहे. पण, अनेकांना ती माहीत नाही.
5. जिल्हा महिला व बाल विकास अधिकारी कार्यालयात भेट द्यावी. तेथे ऑफलाइन अर्ज उपलब्ध असतात. शासकीय

covid-19 बालसंगोपन योजना बदल –

महिला व बालविकास विभागाने ज्यांना कोरोनाविषाणू मुळे त्यांचे पालक गमवावे लागले आहेत अशा संसर्गामुळे अनाथ झालेल्या सर्व मुलांच्या खात्यात ५ लाख रुपये जमा करण्याचा प्रस्ताव आलेला आहे. योजनांवरील वार्षिक खर्च व्यतिरिक्त मुख्यमंत्र्यांनी अतिरिक्त खर्चाची माहिती देण्यासाठी महिला व बाल विकास विभागाला सूचना दिल्या आहेत. त्यामुळे या निर्णयाच्या अंमलबजावणीवर विचार करता येतील.

० ते १८ वयोगटातील अनाथ, निराश्त्रीत, बेघर व अन्य प्रकारे आपत्तीत असलेले बालकांचे संस्थाबाह्य आणि कौंटुंबिक वातावरणात संगोपन व्हावे यादृष्टीने बाल संगोपन योजना राबविण्यात येते. या उपक्रमातंर्गत ज्या मुलांचे पालक अनेक कारणांमुळे जसे की विकार (दिर्घकालीन आजार), मृत्यू, विभक्त होणे, किंवा एका पालकाने सोडून जाणे किंवा अन्य काही आपत्तीमुळे त्यांची काळजी घेण्यास असमर्थ असतात त्यांना तात्पुरते दुसरे कुंटुंब उपलब्ध करून दिले जाते.
कुंटुंबाकडून काळजी घेतली जाणे हा प्रत्येक बालकाचा अधिकार असतो म्हणून जोपासना (फ़ॉस्टर) कार्यक्रमातंर्गत मुलाला थोड्या कालावधीसाठी किंवा दिर्घकालावधीसाठी कुंटुंब उपलब्ध करून दिले जाते.
जोपासना करणाऱ्या पालकांना शासनातर्फे प्रत्येक मुलासाठी त्यांच्या मुलभूत गरजांकरिता ४२५ रुपये मासिक अनुदान सेवाभावी संस्थेमार्फत देण्यात येते. अमंलबजावणी करणाऱ्या सेवाभावी संस्थेला त्या कुंटुंबाला भेटी देणे आणि इतर प्रशासकीय कामाकरिता प्रत्येक मुलासाठी ७५ रुपये मासिक अनुदान देण्यात येते.

बाल संगोपन या योजनेचा फायदा खालील बालकांना देण्यात येतो

1. अनाथ किंवा ज्यांच्या पालकांचा पत्ता लागत नाही, व जी दत्तक घेणे शक्य होत नाही अशी बालके
2. एक पालक असलेली व family crisis मध्ये असलेली बालके, मृत्यू, घटस्पोट, विभक्तीकरण, परित्याग, अविवाहित मातृत्व, गंभीर आजार, पालक रुग्णालयात असणे, इ. कारणामुळे विघटीत झालेल्या व एक पालक असलेल्या कुटुंबातील बालके, कुष्ठरोग व जन्मठेपेची शिक्षा भोगत असलेल्या कैद्यांची बालके, एच आय व्ही ग्रस्त/ बाधित बालके, तीव्र मतीमंद / multiple disability बालके, दोन्ही पालक अपंग आहेत अशी बालके.
3. पालकांमधील तीव्र बेबनाव, अति हेटाळणी व दुर्लक्ष, न्यायालयीन किंवा पोलीस तक्रार प्रकरणात अशी अपवादात्मक परिस्थितीतील (crises situation मधील ) बालके
4. शाळेत न जाणारे बाल कामगार (कामगार विभागाने सुटका व प्रमाणित केलेले)

बाल संगोपन योजना पात्रता

1. ही योजना अनाथ बालकांसाठी राबविण्यात येते ज्या बालकांचे पालक काही कारणामुळे मृत्युमुखी पडले आहेत.
2. ज्या बालकांना दत्तक घेता येत नाही अशी बालके या योजनेसाठी पात्र आहेत.
3. जी बालके फक्त आई आणि वडिलांजवळ राहतात त्यांना या योजनेसाठी पात्र मानले जाईल.
4. एखाद्या बालकाला कुष्ठरोग झाला असेल.
5. जे बालक एखाद्या गुन्ह्यांतर्गत कारावासात असेल.
6. एखादे परिवार आपल्या मुलाला सांभाळायला असमर्थ असतील.
7. अविवाहित माता या योजनेअंतर्गत लाभ घेऊ शकेल.

9. अपंग मुले
10. ज्या बालकांचे आई वडील एखाद्या गंभीर आजारामुळे रुग्णालयात भरती आहेत.
11. ज्या बालकांचे पालक मानसिक रुग्ण आहेत.
12. अशी बालके ज्यांचे आई वडील घटस्फोटित आहेत.
13. ज्या बालकांच्या आई वडिलांना एच आय व्ही झाला आहे.
14. ज्या बालकांना एच आय व्ही झाला आहे.

बाल संगोपन योजना अनुदान वितरण –

1. या योजनेअंतर्गत लाभार्थी बालक पालकांच्या नावांवर असलेल्या बँक किंवा पोस्ट खात्यामध्ये दर महिन्याला अनुदान वितरित करण्यात येते. ही जबाबदारी संबंधित स्वयंसेवी संस्थेची राहील.
2. बँक किंवा पोस्ट खाते उघडल्याशिवाय जिल्हा महिला व बालविकास अधिकारी यांनि संस्थांना कोणतेही अनुदान वाटप करू नये ही जबाबदारी जिल्हा महिला व बाल विकास अधिकारी यांची असते.
3. जिल्हा महिला व बालविकास अधिकारी यांच्याकडून दर ६ महिन्यांनी या स्वयंसेवी संघटनांना अनुदान वितरित करण्यात यावे व या स्वयंसेवी संस्थांनी लाभार्थी कुटुंबांना दरमहा ते वितरित करावे.

Eligibility for Bal Sangopan Yojana

1. The age of the applicant child should be between 1 to 18 years to avail the benefits of this scheme.

Required Documents for Bal Sangopan Yojana

1. The applicant is required to submit proof of residency. (Ration Card, Electricity Bill, Water Bill, House Lease, Municipal Certificate / Corporator’s Certificate – any one of these documents)
2. Proof of income or receipt of parent’s salary
3. Address of the child’s parent’s office
4. Detailed information about what parents do.
5. A color photo of the beneficiary’s family as well as his home Beneficiary’s parent’s
6. Aadhar card
7. 15 years residency certificate of parents in Maharashtra.
8. Must have a savings account in a nationalized bank
9. Passport size photos
10. Child’s birth certificate
11. Death certificate of the beneficiary’s parents.

Anudan Distribution Bal Sangopan Yojana

1. Under this  Bal Sangopan Yojanathe Anudan is distributed monthly in the bank or post account in the name of the beneficiary child parent.
2. This will be the responsibility of the concerned NGO.
3. It is the responsibility of the District Women and Child Development Officer not to distribute any anudan to the organizations by the District Women and Child Development Officer without opening a bank or post office account.
4. Anudan should be distributed to these NGOs every 6 months by the District Women and Child Development Officer and these NGOs should distribute it to the beneficiary families every month.
