The Indira Gandhi National Old Age Pension Scheme (IGNOAPS) is funded the Ministry of Rural Development of India. IGNOAPS also called as National Old Age Pension Scheme (NOAPS). This Scheme (IGNOAPS) under National Social Assistance Programme (NSAP) in the year 2007. The old age pension scheme aims to provide social protection to the eligible beneficiaries. This Schemem provides social assistance benefits to poor households in India such as old age person, widow and disability person. Main objective for this scheme is to ensure social protection to its beneficiaries in India. In this old age pension amount will be credited to the beneficiary bank account or post office account as per the information furnished by Applicant.

इंदीरा गांधी राष्ट्रीय वृध्दापकाळ निवृत्तीवेतन योजने अंतर्गत राज्यातील निराधार व्यक्तीना दरमहा निवृत्तीवेतन दिले जाईल. केंद्र शासनाने विहीत केलेल्या निकषांनुसार राज्यातील द्रारीद्रय रेषेखालील नोंद असलेले ६० व ६५ वर्षावरील निराधार वृध्द व्यकती या योजनेमध्ये पात्र राहतील. द्रारीद्रय रेषेखालील कुटूंबाच्या यादीमध्ये त्या व्यकती / कुटूंबाचा समावेश असल्या बददलचा साक्षांकीत उतारा.

- लाभार्थी: दारिद्रय रेषेखालील 65 व 65 वर्षावरील सर्व व्यक्ती पात्र होतील. या लाभार्थ्यांना केंद्र शासनाकडून रु.200/- प्रतिमहा प्रति लाभार्थी निवृत्तीवेतन देण्यात येते. याच लाभार्थ्यांना राज्य शासनाच्या श्रावणबाळ सेवा राज्य निवृत्तीवेतन योजनेमधून गट (अ) रु.400/- प्रतिमहा निवृत्तीवेतन मिळते. यामुळे या लाभार्थ्यांना राज्य शासनाकडून रुपये 400/-प्रतिमहा व केंद्र शासनाकडून रुपये 200/- प्रतिमहा असे एकूण रुपये 600/-प्रतिमहा प्रति लाभार्थी निवृत्तीवेतन मिळते.
- फायदे: – प्रतिमहा प्रतिलाभार्थी निवृत्तीवेतन रु.600/- अदा करण्यात येते.

Eligibility Criteria for Indira Gandhi National Old Age Pension Scheme
- The age of the applicants should be 60 years or higher. (It is applicable for both male & female candidates).
- Applicant must belong to BPL Card hold means household living below poverty line according to the criteria prescribed by the Government.
- Applicant must be destitute and having no regular source of financial support form family members or any other sources is eligible for old age pension.
- BPL widows and BPL persons with severe and multiple disabilities in the age group of 60 -79 years are not eligible for this scheme.
Benefits of Indira Gandhi National Old Age Pension Scheme in Maharashtra
- Under this scheme, Rs. 600 per month is given to each beneficiary.
- Old aged person of 65 years & above belonging to BPL Family are eligible under this Scheme.
- Beneficiaries under this scheme receive Rs.200/- from Govt. of India & Rs.400/- from Govt. of Maharashtra under Shravanbal Seva Rajya Nivrutti vetan Yojana. In all the beneficiary receives Rs. 600/- per month.

- Under IGNOAP scheme, senior citizens of India will receive monthly pension.
- Indira Gandhi National Old Age Pension Scheme is a non-contribution pension.

- Candidates can track their application by simply visiting NASP official website.
- Visit the home page of NASP website and Click on More reports from the main page.
- Under this Select the Application Track option from the next page
- Here Enter your application number and click on search
- Status of Application will be displayed.

- Open the NASP web page to find pension payment details online, select Pension Payment Details from .
- You can get details by entering sanction order number or application number or by proving mobile number and applicant name.
