UPJEE Online Registration 2022

UPJEE Online Registration 2022 : Joint Entrance Examination Council (Polytechnic), Uttar Pradesh will conduct the Uttar Pradesh Joint Entrance Examination (Polytechnic) from June 6 to 12. The application process will begin on February 15 and the last date for application is April 17. Interested candidates can apply online through the website at jeecup.nic.in. The detailed notification is available on the official website of UPJEE.

Filling up the online form, the candidates need to submit details including their name, date of birth, address, parents’ name and along with scanned documents such as photograph, signature, educational certificates, ID proof like Aadhar card and others.

How to online Registration UPJEE 2022 

  • Go to the official website– jeecup.admissions.nic.in.
  • Open the homepage, click on the ‘UPJEE 2022 application’ link
  • Complete the registration process by filling in the required details.
  • Login to JEECUP website and access the UPJEE 2022 application form
  • Fill in the form and upload the required documents
  • Pay the application fee and submit the form
  • Download it and take a print out for future references

How to fill Application Form

New Candidate Registration and Sign-in Page

On clicking the apply button, the system will redirect on the New Candidate Registration and Sign-in Page. This page provides the facility to sign-in for registered applicants, new candidate registration or signup, forget application number and forget password.

New Candidate Registration

View Instruction Page

Applicant will apply for an application form, the instruction page will be shown. This page will have all the important instructions regarding business rules like eligibility rules, fee structures, application form submission process, payment procedures etc. Applicant should read Instructions carefully, if agreed then proceed for registration.

Submit Registration Form

The applicant will fill the Registration Form by entering the personal details (candidate name, father name, mother name, date of birth, gender), type of identification (Student Id, Voter Id, Passport Number, Ration Card, Bank Account, Other Valid government Identity), identification number, contact details (premises number or name, sub locality, locality, state, district, pin code), e-contacts (email address, mobile number, telephone number) and chooses password, security question and its answer.

Review Filled Registration Form

After pressing the submit button of registration form, a review page will be shown to the applicant to verify all the details filled in registration form before final submission.
After successful submission of the data, an Application Number will be generated and will be provided to the applicant. An email and sms will also be sent to the applicant to confirming registration. By using this application number and chosen password, applicant will has the facility of subsequent logins and complete the remaining steps.

Registered Candidate Sign-in

For sign-in, applicant will enter system generated application number and chosen password provided at the time of registration. After successful login, applicant will be landed to applicant’s home page.

Visit Applicant Home Page
  • After successful login, the system will automatically redirect to applicant’s home page.
  • Home page will show the current status of the application and remaining part to be completed depending on current stage of application form.
  • Home page may also contains the links for View Registration Details, Fill Application Form/View Filled Application Form, Upload Scanned Images/View Uploaded Images, Pay Examination Fee/View Fee Details, Download Confirmation Page and Send Confirmation Page on Email Address.
  • Further as per the schedule the links will be added like Correction in Filled Application Form, Download Admit Card, Download Score Card etc.
  • Applicants are advised not to disclose or share the password with anybody. Neither JEECUP nor NIC will be responsible for violation or misuse of the password of a candidate.
  • Applicants should remember to log out at the end of their session so that the particulars of the applicant cannot be tampered or modified by unauthorized persons. Applicants can change the passwords after login, if desired.
Application Form Submission

The steps are as follows to complete the Application Form.

Submit Application Form
  • The applicant will fill the Application Form depending as specified in Annexure and business rules define in the business rule section.
  • Before final submission, an option to REVIEW of filled application form will be available. Applicants are advised to verify the final data before final submission.
  • The applicants are required to submit the application carefully.
Review Filled Application Form
  • After pressing the “submit and review” button of application form, a review page will be shown to the applicant to verify all the details filled in application form before final submission.
  • After reviewing of all the details, applicant will submit the form finally and will complete the remaining steps.
    Upload Images of Photograph and Signature
  • If applicant logout without uploading the images and login again in future during stipulated period of time then system will redirect automatically at the image uploading page.
  • Uploading of scanned Photograph and Signature are mandatory for all applicants.
  • Scanned Images should be in JPG/JPEG format. Applicants are required to upload both the images in one-go. Partial uploading will not be allowed.
  • After successful uploading, system will automatically redirect to the page for payment of examination fee. Editing in Filled Application Form before Payment of Examination Fee
  • Applicant can edit his/her filled application form and uploaded images before Payment of examination fee.
  • On pressing of Edit button, the filled application form will be shown to the applicant in editable mode.
  • Before final submission, an option to REVIEW of filled application form will also be available to verify the filled details.

  • After pressing the “submit and review” button of application form, a review page will be shown to the applicant to verify all the details filled in application form during editing before final submission.
  • After reviewing of all the details, applicant will submit the form finally and will complete the remaining steps.
