JEE Main 2022 Online Application: The National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2022 exam. The application process for which has been started. As per the schedule released by the NTA, the first session of JEE Main 2022 will be held in April 2022 while the second session has been scheduled to be conducted in May 2022.

Online Applications for Joint Entrance Examination (Main) – 2022 Session 1 – Reg.
The Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education, Government of India has entrusted the responsibility of conducting the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main) to the NTA from 2019 onwards. The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE (Main) comprises two papers. Paper 1 is conducted for admission to Undergraduate Engineering Programs (B.E/B. Tech) at NITs, IIITs, other Centrally Funded Technical Institutions (CFTIs), Institutions/ Universities funded/ recognized by participating State Governments. It is also an eligibility test for JEE (Advanced), which is conducted for admission to IITs. Paper 2 is conducted for admission to B. Arch and B. Planning courses in the Country. The JEE (Main) – 2022 will be conducted in 02 (two) sessions for admissions in the next academic session (2022-23). The details are given below:

Dates of Examinations:

Session 1 (April 2022)  : 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 and 21 April 2022 

Session 2 (May 2022) : 24, 25, 26, 27, 28 and 29 May 2022

JEE Main 2022 Online Application

Important Instructions:
i. Candidates can apply for JEE (Main) – 2022 Session 1through “Online” mode only from 01.03.2022 to 31.03.2022 (up to 05:00 p.m.) only.

ii. The fees (as applicable) can be paid online up to 31.03.2022 (11:30 p.m.) through credit/debit card/net banking/UPI/Paytm wallet.

iii. In the first session of JEE (Main) – 2022, only Session 1 will be visible and candidates can opt for that. In the next session, Session 2 will be visible, and the candidates can opt for that Session. The application window for Session 2 will be re-opened as per the details available in the Information Bulletin.

iv. Only one Application Form is to be submitted by a candidate for each session. Multiple application forms submitted by a candidate for the same session will not be accepted at any cost.

v. Candidates are requested to fill in the Application Form very carefully. No corrections will be permitted once the Application Form is submitted

Steps to fill the JEE Main Application Form 2022

  • Visit the official website — jeemain.nta.nic.in
  • Register by filling in the email address and mobile phone number.
  • Filling in the online application will generate an “application number”. Make a note of that.
  • Using the system generated registration or application number, complete the JEE Main 2022 application form
  • Upload scanned documents including photograph and signature
  • Pay the application fee online
  • Submit the JEE Main application
  • Download, save and print the confirmation page
