CTET 2021 released exam schedule and admit card, direct link to check
CTET Exam Time Table 2022: The Central Board of Secondary Education, CBSE, has released the CTET 2021 revised schedule and admit card on the official website, i.e., ctet.nic.in. Earlier, the CTET exam was postponed due to unavoidable circumstances. As per the updated schedule released by the authorities, the exam which was scheduled to be held on December 16 will be conducted on January 17, 2022, and the exam for December 17 will be held on January 21, 2022.
In continuation to Public Notice dated 16.12.2021 vide which the CTET examination of 2nd shift of 16/12/2021 and both the shifts of 17/12/2021 was postponed, it is hereby informed to all concerned that the above examination will now be conducted as per date, time and shift mentioned below:
CTET 2021 Releases Exam Schedule
Some of the candidates of whose examination was scheduled to be held on 16th & 17th December 2021 at Purnea (Purnia) have been allotted revised date of examination 12th January 2022.
The revised admit cards have been uploaded on the website https://ctet.nic.in . The candidates are advised to download their revised Admit Cards and appear in the examination at the respective centers as per revised schedule accordingly.
CTET Admit Card 2022
The CBSE has released the CTET admit card 2022. The admit card is an important document that candidates need to carry to the examination centres on the day of the exam. Candidates can download the admit card by following the steps mentioned below:
- Visit the official website
- Click on the preadmit card link
- Enter the application number, date of birth and security pin
- Click on Submit
- Download the admit card
- Take a printout

CTET Syllabus 2022
The CTET syllabus is prescribed by the CBSE. The syllabus includes topics from which questions are asked in the exam. The CTET Paper 1 syllabus includes topics from five sections:
- Child Development and Pedagogy
- Language-I
- Language-II
- Mathematics
- Environmental Studies
On the other hand, CTET Paper 2 comprises topics from four sections:
- Child Development and Pedagogy
- Language-I
- Language-II
- Mathematics and Science or Social Studies/Social Sciences
Though the Child Development and Pedagogy, Language-I and Language-II sections are common in both papers, the nature and the standard of questions are different in both. Candidates should go through the syllabus in detail to be familiar with the important topics.
