TCS Recruitment 2021 -A top official of the country’s largest software exporter TCS said the company will employ over 40,000 freshers from the campus during the financial year 2021-22. TCS’ global human resources head Milind Lakkar told reporters here that the largest private sector employer with over five lakh employees had recruited 40,000 graduates from the campus last year and this time the number will be better.

देश की सबसे बड़ी सॉफ्टवेयर निर्यातक टीसीएस के एक शीर्ष अधिकारी ने कहा कि कंपनी वित्त वर्ष 2021-22 के दौरान कैंपस से 40,000 से अधिक फ्रेशर्स को नौकरी देगी. टीसीएस के वैश्विक मानव संसाधन प्रमुख मिलिंद लक्कड़ ने यहां संवाददाताओं से कहा कि पांच लाख से अधिक कर्मचारियों वाली निजी क्षेत्र की सबसे बड़ी नियोक्ता कंपनी ने पिछले साल कैंपस से 40,000 स्नातकों को भर्ती किया था और इस बार ये संख्या बेहतर ही रहेगी. उन्होंने कहा कि कोविड-19 महामारी से संबंधित प्रतिबंधों के कारण भर्ती करने में कोई कठिनाई नहीं हुई और पिछले साल कुल 3.60 लाख फ्रेशर छात्र एक प्रवेश परीक्षा में आभासी रूप से शामिल हुए.

लॉकडाउन हटाने की प्रक्रिया तेज होने के साथ दिल्ली सरकार के रोजगार बाजार पोर्टल पर रोजगार तलाश रहे लोगों ने बड़ी संख्या में पंजीकरण कराया है. दिल्ली सरकार ने बृहस्पतिवार को एक बयान में कहा कि जून के महीने में हर जिन पोर्टल पर करीब 300 नौकरियों का विज्ञापन डाला गया जबकि इस दौरान हर दिन औसतन 1,092 लोगों ने पंजीकरण कराया. इसमें कहा गया, ‘पोर्टल पर इस साल एक जून से 30 जून के बीच नौकरियां तलाश रहे कुल 34,212 लोगों ने पंजीकरण कराया जबकि 9,522 नयी रिक्तियों के लिए विज्ञापन डाले गए. इसके अलावा व्हाट्सऐप, फोन कॉल और नियोक्ताओं को सीधे आवेदन के जरिए नौकरियों के इच्छुक लोगों एवं नियोक्ताओं के हर दिन 2,500 संपर्क बने.’

बयान के मुताबिक जून महीने में नौकरियों के इच्छुक लोगों एवं नियोक्ताओं के बीच कुल 75,000 संपर्क बने. मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल ने कोविड-19 महामारी से प्रभावित हुए नौकरी के इच्छुक लोगों और नियोक्ताओं को आपस में जोड़ने के लिए पिछले साल रोजगार बाजार पोर्टल शुरू किया था. यह पोर्टल jobs.delhi.gov.in पर उपलब्ध है.
