Deputy Chief Engineer	holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or with five years of regular service in Level-12 of the pay matrix; and possessing a Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
Superintending Engineer (Civil)	holding analogous post on regular basis in lhe parent cadre or department, or with five years of regular service in Level-1 1 of the pay matrix, and possessing a Bachelor degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
Superintending Engineer (Mechanical/ Electrical)	holding analogous post on regular basis in lhe parent cadre or department, or with five years of regular service in Level-1 1 of the pay matrix, and possessing a Bachelor degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
