Post Name	Education Qualification
Medical Superintendent	A Medical qualification included in the I or II Schedule or Part II of the third Schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956 (persons possessing qualifications included in Part II or third schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in Section 13(3) of the Act). A Postgraduate qualification, e.g., MD or MS or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto.
Superintending Engineer	Employees of the Central/ State/ Union Territory Governments/ Universities/ Central Statutory/ Autonomous Bodies/Public Sector Undertakings/ Research & development organizations holding analogous posts. Or Executive Engineers with 5 years of regular service in the grade pay of Rs. 7600 /-. Or Executive Engineer with 10 years of regular service in the grade pay of Rs. 6600 /-.
Registrar	A graduate of a recognized University. And Seven years of experience
Executive Engineer (Electrical)	holding analogous posts regularly or Assistant Engineer (Electrical) with 5 years of regular basis in the grade pay of Rs. 5400 /- or Junior Engineer (Elect.) with 7 years of regular service in the grade pay of Rs. 4600/-
Executive Engineer (Civil)	holding analogous posts regularly. Assistant Engineer (Civil) with 5 years of regular basis in the grade pay of Rs. 5400 /- or Junior Engineer (Civil) with 7 years of regular service in the grade pay of Rs. 4600/-
Senior Accounts Officer	holding analogous posts regularly, or With 5 years of regular service in the relevant field in the grade pay of Rs. 5400/-
Nursing Superintendent	Officer under the Central/ State Government or Statutory/ Autonomous Bodies holding analogous posts Or Deputy/Assistant Nursing Superintendent with 5 years of regular service in the Grade Pay of Rs. 5400 /
Deputy Nursing Superintendent	Assistant Nursing Superintendent with 2 years of regular service in the grade.
Assistant Nursing Superintendent	B.Sc Nursing (4 years course) from a recognized institute/ university. Or B.Sc (Post-Certificate) or equivalent such as B.Sc Nursing (Post Basic) (2 years course) from a recognized university. Should be registered with the Indian Nursing Council/State Nursing Council.
Assistant Accounts Officer	Officers under the Central/ State/ U.T Governments/University/ Statutory/ Autonomous Bodies or Research and Development Organizations holding analogous posts regularly
Assistant Administrative Officer	MBA/PG diploma in management from a recognized institution. Knowledge of Government Rules and Regulations. Proficiency in Computers
Private Secretary	Officers of the State/ Central Government or Central Statutory/ Autonomous Bodies holding analogous posts or with at least 5 years of regular service in the post with Grade Pay of Rs. 4200 /-or higher.
Chief Pharmacist	holding analogous posts regularly or With 5 years of regular service in the grade of Pharmacist Grade-II in the Grade Pay of Rs. 4200 /-
Senior Pharmacist	Holding analogous posts regularly or With 6 years of regular service in the grade of Pharmacist Grade-II in the Grade Pay of Rs. 2800 /-
Office Superintendent	Holding analogous posts regularly or With 10 years of regular service in the Grade Pay of Rs. 2400 /- in the relevant.
Personal Assistant	Holding analogous posts regularly. Or With 10 years of regular service in the grade pay of Rs. 2400 /-.
Upper Division Clerk (UDC)	Holding analogous posts regularly. Or With 8 years of regular service in the grade pay of Rs. 1900 /- and possessing the mentioned educational qualification.
